We started with what personality is and then went into an overview of the Enneagram itself. Katie then offered us a brief description of each of the 9 types. It’s so good y’all. Katie is a WEALTHHHH of knowledge and this was an episode where light bulbs were going off in Kat’s head the entire time. P.S.     Creating Calm in the Midst of Chaos: with Jamie Grace Nov 23, 2020

    This week Kat (@kat.defatta) brings the multi-talented Jamie Grace (@jamiegraceh) on the show to share part of her personal story, including her struggles with mental health. Jamie was diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, OCD, and Tourette’s Syndrome at age 11 but that is not where her story starts or ends. In this conversation, you get to hear about how Jamie refused to allow the hard parts of life to rob her of the good parts. She’s funny, she’s resilient, she’s a real human with feelings and she is someone who is spreading a message more of us need to hear: We can live full lives being our imperfect selves. Amen.
