    Kelly Troup

Drop in on this conversation Jimmy and Kelly had all about this topic and a whole lot more.

Kelly is an ancestral health guru, certified through the Primal Health Coach Institute and Metabolic Solutions. She found this lifestyle after being diagnosed with metabolic syndrome at only 28. Using real food she had it reversed in three months! She fully believes food is not the only piece of the puzzle when it comes to health, and therefore incorporates lifestyle habits and mindset, as well as knowing that there is always the possibly of underlying root causes that may need investigated. No one should be told nothing’s wrong with them when they feel terrible. She knows personally after a severe C-diff infection from a hospital had her looking for answers again in 2019. 214: Dr. Raymond Nichols Champions Taking Personal Responsibility For Your Health Jun 24, 2021
    Show notes

It’s Thursday and that means it’s time for the REALEST TALK on the Internet REAL TALK with JIMMY MOORE. Today Jimmy is joined by Dr. Raymond Nichols to talk about taking personal responsibility.

“I haven’t been afraid to open the door and look behind what’s really going on.”

    Dr. Raymond Nichols

Today, Jimmy is excited to share with you guys a vibrant and genuinely delightful man named Dr. Raymond Nichols (@dr.raymondnichols) for an engaging conversation all about healthy living, getting in the proper mindset, and self-empowerment. He’s a holistic health-minded chiropractor who happens to be just down the road from Jimmy a few miles in Greenville, South Carolina and he’s truly a man on a mission. If you don’t already follow Raymond on Instagram, then go do it right now—trust me, you’ll thank me later!

We are now living in a day and age where the novel concept of thinking for yourself, being critical of the messages you’re hearing that don’t seem quite right, and living out your true core values and pursuing your wildest dreams is a lost art. Far too many people have chosen to just go along to get along and this zombie tribe mentality is now leading us down an inevitable path of personal and societal destruction. This is why the work Raymond is doing is so important and why it deeply resonates so much.

He constantly reminds people of the tremendous value and power that they hold deep within themselves. You may never realize just how much of your life is controlled by what others tell you to think and do and that might seem preposterous at face value. But think about it—why do you make the decisions about your life that you do? Let this marinate in your mind for just a moment.

Are the choices you are making of your own volition or is it because it’s what you blindly believe everyone else is doing and you don’t want to rock the boat? Groupthink is very real and everything happening in the world today seems to be centered around getting you to fall into lockstep with what is being pushed.

Thanks to the valiant efforts of people like Raymond, so many people are thankfully waking up and breaking free from that to live with purpose on their own terms!

DON’T YOU DARE MISS THIS ONE!
