The Sun is the giver of life. But darkness is just as important. There is an energy in the Yin and Yang of darkness and light the propels life forward, that drives change and fluctuation. But all that movement and transformation is only at the surface. You can learn to cease your identification with the impermanence of phenomenal existence, to observe life flowing by, simply bearing witness to creation unfolding and tuning in to the light and the dark. This is the lesson of Buddha and Jesus, Lao Tzu and Hermes, shared here in a simple meditation.
