Bonus Episode: How to Adapt Your Wellness Business During the Pandemic Mar 23, 2020
    Show notes

Welcome to a bonus episode of TWBP.

I’m Kathleen LeGrys and although I’m not joined by my co-host and BFF, Karen Pattock, today, you’ll get to hear from her too in just a bit, along with some other awesome colleagues of ours.

Our friend, Lori Kennedy, reached out to Karen and I, along with 3 other colleagues, so we could do a livestream broadcast about how to navigate your business and your mindset during the COVID pandemic.

This was a completely unscripted, off-the-cuff livestream and we ended up sharing so many value bombs, that will help you adapt and pivot right now.

It was so helpful for everyone that we wanted to share it with you in case you didn’t know about the livestream.

    We talked about:

    • How to get your mind right and look for the opportunities
    • How to show up as the expert and leader that you are
    • How to support your clients with online appointments
    • Should you be launching, and promoting, etc.
    • How to handle decline payments
    • What to focus on right now if you decide not to launch or promote a paid program
    • How to ensure your practice survives

We share plenty of practical tips and examples that you can use, and we hope you find them beneficial, and can put some of them into place.

We’re here to help, so if you have questions, let us know over on TWBP FB page.

EP144: 5 Simple Ways to Repurpose Your Content to Reach More People Mar 17, 2020
    Show notes

If you’re finding it challenging to come up with content to share with your audience on a regular basis, you are not alone. This struggle is not unique to the health and wellness industry, so don’t beat yourself up about it if you’re finding it difficult to find the time and topics for your content.

The great news is that one piece of content can be used multiple ways, which means you can share your knowledge in different formats and save yourself a ton of time. This often also results in reaching more people, especially when your content is being shared by your audience.

In this episode, we’re going all in on:

    • What content marketing is and the most common ways to share content
    • 5 unique ways to reuse content every week to reach more people
    • Specific examples of how to repurpose 4 types of content from one blog post
    • How to repurpose content to build your email list

Repurposing your content is more than a time saver; it also allows people to consume your content in the format they prefer. Some people prefer video, some love audio, and some would rather just read.

To become known, people need to be able to learn from you and connect with you, so sharing content is one of the best ways to attract more clients.

Bonus Episode: The #1 Thing You Must Figure Out if You Want to Fill Your Programs Feb 02, 2020
    Show notes

We just wrapped up our free 4-part live training series called: The Secrets to Turn Your Health Coaching Hobby Into a Profitable Business. The series is over, but there were so many breakthroughs and a-ha moments, that we wanted to share one of the trainings with you.

Part two of the training series covered client attraction and messaging. More specifically, we talked about the #1 thing you must figure out if you want to have a wellness business that your dream clients are engaging with and enrolling in your paid programs because they know you are the “go-to” person for the problem they are trying to solve.

We also shared how to narrow down your ideal client identity without feeling like you’re missing out on potential paying clients. When you figure out how to do this, you’ll know exactly what’s been missing in your overall marketing message that’s held you back from enrolling paying clients until now.

You’ll also hear a little bit about our mentorship and training program where we help health coaches, nutritionists and practitioners grow a profitable business.

Enrollment is open right now for the Wellness Business Insider’s Club, but only until February 4th. Once the doors close, they won’t open again until the fall.

We would love to have you join us!

Bonus Episode: The Fastest Way to Overcome the Obstacles in Your Business Feb 01, 2020
    Show notes

As you may know, we have a mentorship and training program for health coaches that we open enrollment for just a couple of times a year, and it’s called The Wellness Business Insider’s Club. We started this as a result of hearing from so many listeners who said they love the podcast, and they want more help, support and access to us.

One of things we enjoy the most about the WBIC is monthly hot seat coaching sessions that we do in the members-only Facebook group. This is where our members get to come on with us on a live to get clarity to help them move forward in an area where they need help.

Back in December, we had 3 awesome members sign up for hot seat coaching, and their questions were so good and so relevant to most people growing a wellness business, that we decided to share it with you today on the podcast.

    • Mary Ann was feeling overwhelmed with finding the time to keep up with her social media presence and content strategy.
    • Shonda was feeling some resistance around launching the same program again, so she was wondering if she needed to change the content. She was concerned people would get tired of seeing the same offering again. She also had a question about pricing her offer.
    • Elizabeth had a question about what direction to go with her niche and her offerings since she serves more than one target market right now.

Chance are, you can relate to at least one of these questions.

Great news! As of today, Feb. 1st, we have opened enrollment for the Wellness Business Insider’s Club, but only until February 4th. Once the doors close, they won’t open again until the fall.

Join us here if you’re ready to transform your wellness business.
