    Ep 299: Cluttered + Ashamed May 08, 2023
    Show notes

Is there something in your life you are afraid to share? Well, this episode is that thing for me. I am scared to share this with you, but I know it will help you in ways it has helped me. So let's talk about it ... the shame of home and shame of clutter.

Over the last few years ago I went through so much change and so many shifts. And because of that piles of clutter surround my home (and my life). So I found myself sitting in the same mental, physical, and emotional place I was a decade ago before I decluttered for the first time.

    In this episode Allie discusses:

🏠 The current reality of her home and clutter, and where shame started to creep in over the last few years

☀️ The shame women feel in their home (+ how real, normal it is)

❌ How the energy of hiding hinders you in every area of your life

💛 Choosing to live against the grain when it comes to clutter + things

    Show notes

Have you ever met someone who went through a wake up call and ACTUALLY did something about it? Meet Kelsey Smith! After the complicated delivery of her first son, Kelsey had the realization that while she had accomplished many "goals", they weren't goals that brought her fulfillment. This led to the launch of her business which focuses around normalizing moms having big dreams + making their own fulfillment a priority.

In this conversation, I talk about a few different things with Kelsey but everything points back to having vision, goals, and dreams — as a mom and as a family. Which of course leads to one of my favorite conversations ... morning routines! ☀️

You can join Kelsey + her community in so many ways; the Momma Has Goals app, events, programs, and 1:1 mentorship. Kelsey wants to help YOU live the life of your dreams for yourself and your family.

Ep 294: Mommy Juice + Wine Culture with Michelle Smith Apr 05, 2023
    Show notes

We are diving into Mommy Juice (aka wine) culture; from knowing when you are taking it too far to ways you can put yourself in check to defining what a healthy relationship with alcohol for YOU is. Joining me for this conversation is my friend, Michelle Smith. Her story is POWERFUL, and I know you will feel loved (not ashamed) as you listen to her share. Mama's, I see you. You are doing better than you think.

Michelle struggled for years with alcohol addiction that looked like "overdoing it." In reality, she was drinking to escape the stresses of life---and the "mommy juice" drinking culture was helping her self-destruct. Since getting sober in 2016, she integrates both her personal experience in recovery and professional experience as a mental health and addiction advocate toward normalizing sobriety in our boozy culture.

In this episode Allie + Michelle discuss:
