    Show notes

Just like with body composition, genetics play a large role in our sense of happiness. There are many studies and mountains of evidence to support the fact that material things or drastic positive life changing events like winning the lottery, getting married or getting a promotion don't actually increase our long-term happiness. But there is one way to raise our happiness set point, and it involves making a habit of one incredibly simple thing.

    Act Right Jun 30, 2020
    Show notes

What does it mean to "act right"? I'll tell you what it means to me… be humble. "Act Right" means to be "right sized". We've all either tried to puff up our chests and act big and bad or we've made ourselves small and put others way up above us on a pedestal. Amazing things happen when we stay on that middle path and actively work at being right sized.
