The Parent of Your Future | JEB IN FLOW Oct 12, 2020
    Show notes

Treat your future like it's your child. Would you let your kid eat pizza and cake all day and watch cartoons, and never go outside and give them whatever they wanted whenever they wanted because that's what they wanted right now? Or would you make decisions that would allow them to become a successful adult with tools to effectively navigate the world?

The past does not make you. It does not predict your future unless you let it.

Seasons Change, Good Habits Don't Have To Sep 21, 2020
    Show notes

So much changes from summer to fall. Especially this year. Kids go back to school and it looks very different, or they don't go back to school and it looks very different. The weather changes, there is less daylight. We are naturally wired to start craving sweeter things and be less active in preparation for the harsh winters. Luckily in this modern era, we don't have to worry about surviving the winter. We can override our genetic programming and be less affected by that which is beyond our control, by developing and strengthening good habits.
