Elaine Cobb, founder and President of Family Access: Fighting for Children's Rights is on Slam the Gavel. Elaine is the heart behind the team of expert professionals providing resources at little to no cost to the entire community world wide. For more than nine years, Family Access: Fighting for Children's Rights is a cause which has provided resources to parents, grandparents and professionals with the latest research and support, at no cost to those that participate.
Elaine discusses upcoming an International Conference, "Helping Courts Understand the Phenomenon of Alienation," that will take place on May 14th, 15th and 16th 2021. Numerous professionals will be speaking including Attorney Ashish Joshi.
Another Symposium taking place in October in Durham, NC, "How to Cope with Emptiness," will be in person on October 15th and 16th, 2021. This will be for parents and alienated grandparents. Again many professionals will be speaking and this will be highly informative as well.

Deanna Kloostra back on Slam the Gavel talks about several topics such as researching Parental Alienation Syndrome 15 years ago from Dr. Gardner who allegedly committed suicide. She talks about PAS and how it affects mothers and fathers.
Revengeful Parent Syndrome Deanna discovered in December, is a Torture Technique used in court to run Mothers down in order to give the children to abusive Fathers.
Along with our topics of discussion were Child Trafficking through the railroad and talked about the YouTube videos by Tim Ballard, who rescues children being trafficked.
The rigors of Family Court were discussed as they quickly diagnose a Mother with Borderline Personality Disorder which then opens the door for the Father to take the children. We are frustrated with the court system being rigged as the courts slowly break down the Mother to get custody of the children to hand over to the Father, however the courts will also conceal the children from the Father to get him to fight for custody if he is not trying to take children from the Mother. It's all to make more money for those working in the courts.

Cheryl A. Kennedy returns to talk about Cuomo and National Security NOW Mar 10, 2021

Cheryl A. Kennedy discusses cases of corruption under Cuomo in NY and the need for National Security. Being that Kennedy is a Constitutionalist, Rights Activist and Whistleblower, she has been commenting for years on election fraud, fake news and fraud in foreclosures etc. She addressed the impartiality and unfairness of the corruption within the court system.
Also discussed the Bar Association and it being questionably usurped by Britain with attorneys having an allegiance to Britain. Courts however, are making billions of dollars each year along with kickback scams in the legislature. Cheryl agrees the judiciary should be abiding by the Constitution, but it is not and feels it should be shut down. The judiciary is a mockery and so corrupt as there is no accountability. Even in the Thomas Valva case, Cheryl feels National Security should step in due to the corruption.
Much discussion on the sexual impropriety within the political arena but also in the military as well.

Michael Volpe back on to talk about the 31 judges recusals, a 14 year-old being sent to live with her abuser and the definition of Parental Alienation and Court Corruption Mar 07, 2021

Michael Volpe is back with a heated topic recently involving a 14 year-old ordered to live with her abuser as her mother is jailed. Soon after the judge recuses herself. No surprise, as on YouTube a video called, "St. Louis Family Court Corruption," shows where numerous Guardian ad Litems (GAL's) gather in a coven to conspire and collude together in a twisted story of court corruption involving another GAL. Another fly in the ointment evolves when 31 judges recuse themselves. All this is explained in this episode on Slam the Gavel.
So much was talked about in reference to his book, "Prosecutor's Gone Wild," and RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act). Heated discussion on the usage and term of Parental Alienation came on to the scene as well with much debate.

Rod McCall shares his personal experience with Parental Alienation and his book, For the Love of Eryk Feb 24, 2021

Rod McCall, author, on Slam the Gavel discusses his personal experience with Parental Alienation, which was so severe that it led to the death of his son Eryk who was killed at the hands of his own mother when she lost her parental rights as the courts finally saw through her alienating behaviors. Rod McCall has also interviewed many other parents as well as professionals in family law as Rod's book is an excellent and powerful resource which can raise awareness, educate and be a catalyst for change. Rod has also testified before the Texas legislature about Parental Alienation which can also be found on YouTube.
Great discussion on how Parental Alienation can be spoken about and to educate others on the behaviors of Parental Alienation. Others label it as "junk science," but that is far from the truth. Amy Baker, Ed Kruk and Attorney Ashish Joshi were discussed at length as well as the film, "Erasing Family," by Ginger Gentile.
Family Court Judges and Attorneys need to be educated in this realm of Parental Alienation for the sake of future generations as we talked about the deceit and corrupt actions of attorneys deciding case outcomes even before a parent walks through the doors of Family Court.

Jodi Peary, JD, PhD is on Slam the Gavel with her expertise of working at the intersection of law and psychology. Dr. Peary is sharing some of the ways Enlightened CoParenting as a holistic approach, can help families to heal and still feel like a family despite divorce. Communication is key but focusing on the details of communication alone often leads to two parents gritting their teeth and being polite for a period of time. When differences arise, the communication rules go out the window.
In Enlightened CoParenting there is a focus on incorporating emotional intelligence in children which ends up influencing the emotional intelligence of parents. It also deepens the relationship between parent and child which can help to lower the level of anxiety parents have when the child is with the other parent. Healing for the parent themselves reinforces their parenting strengths.
Dr. Peary discusses the actionable points for achieving improvement to CoParent, to CoParent relationships, parent-child relationships which is really important for teens but can be scaffolded with younger kids before they are teens, and relationship with self.

Trish Guise is a High Conflict Divorce Strategist and a New Ways for Families Coach (Copywrited), trained by Bill Eddy, co-founder of the High Conflict Institute. Trish is also the Canadian Ambassador for the new publication, Contemporary Family which provides practical knowledge for improving outcomes for children when parents separate. This publication provides timely research and professional guidance from specialists in psychology, family law, education, health, case management and child and family services.
Trish has over 20 years of experience coaching and training entrepreneurs, corporate employees, and post-secondary students in communication and conflict resolution skills. After experiencing her own high conflict divorce and parental alienation, Trish now counsels parents on how to communicate with their high conflict ex-spouse, while protection themselves and their children from abuse and alienation. Working in conjunction with researchers, advocates, lawyers, psychologists and social workers Trish hopes to see significant changes in how the law protects children from alienation. Sheila tells her story of an alienated mother, dealing with the corrupt court system in Ireland along with Brian O'Sullivan and the changes being made in Ireland Feb 15, 2021

Wonderful guest on Slam the Gavel, Sheila (not her real name) talks about her journey through not only parental alienation but the corrupt court system, and her video on YouTube called "Irish Mothers Story of Parental Alienation." She discusses how she has been alienated from her daughter since age eight for well over a decade and the effects it has had on her life.
As a very loving mother, she is sharing her story to highlight to other parents caught up in this terrible situation of Family Court while she has gone through four judges throughout trying to get her daughter back. She wants go give the right advice and education regarding Parental Alienation to all parents, while working alongside Brian O'Sullivan.
Sheila talks about the red flags of Parental Alienation and how we as parents see it far too late, such as the child using adult verbiage when speaking to officials and being coached. Much to learn from Sheila and grateful to have her on the show.

EXCELLENT CONVERSATION on Slam the Gavel with Dr. Aman Kumar! Dr. Kumar is from Varanasi-Uttar Pradesh, India. He completed his Ph.D on the issue of Human Trafficking and Migration in Nepal from Centre for the Study of Nepal, the Faculty of Social Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India in December, 2019.
Dr. Kumar started his work in the field of Modern Slavery since 2012 under the banner of Free the Slaves and Freedom Fund in Northern India.
Writing a number of articles and research papers on the issue of Modern Slavery in a different context, Dr. Kumar has a strong field base knowledge and many years of experience, as his primary passion is in the Social Sector.
Currently he is working as an Assistant Director of Astha Mahila Evam Bal Vikash Sansthan-India. He is also associated as a community educator in Freedom Youth Justice Centre New York.
