Slam the Gavel welcomes return guest, William J. McGee for another great interview. We discussed his book "Attention All Passengers," an expose on the airline industry and "Half the Child." Major discussion on airline safety and book now in audio, "Half the Child."
Not only did I read excerpts out of his book, Half the Child, we also talked about how parents are not fully aware of what really goes on in the Family Courtrooms across the country and globally. William talks about his fictional character Michael, who goes through the Family Court system to not only be near his son but to litigate to be with his son. A well written novel, this describes the love a father has for his son and the upheaval of the both of them during the Family Court process.

Charles J. Stecker, Jr. discusses child advocacy and being a voice for the child Feb 08, 2021

Slam the Gavel is happy to have Charles J. Stecker, Jr. on the show as he has displayed his first acts of courage and heroism at the tender age of 4 years-old by attempting to rescue his 2 year-old brother. Sadly his brother was murdered despite Charle's efforts.
Charles is a dynamic speaker who serves others through his thought provoking true life personal stories. His diverse cross cultural and multidisciplinary expertise is sought after. He has been featured on many radio talk shows, TV shows, and newspaper articles.
Founder and Director of the currently defunct International Child Abuse Prevention Task Force Inc. An organization that he has every intention of reviving.
Charles is a Children's Rights Warrior, Parental Responsibility Activist and Chronic Lyme Disease Thriver.

PART THREE: Crystal talks about the international problem of child Sex Trafficking and the slavery in the Foster Care System Feb 04, 2021

Slam the Gavel welcomes Crystal for another educational episode that discusses not only the Office of the Inspector General but also the slavery that inflicts and infests the Foster Care System that has been a global problem.
Crystal's message is clear: Wake Up America, do not put your children's pictures on social media of any kind. Parents must not be afraid, while encouraging parents to study the Sex Trafficking laws and stand together. The message is loud and clear.
Labeled herself for being in the Foster Care System, Crystal tells a little bit about her story. Crystal explains that 90% of the Sex Trafficking involves not only CPS but Foster Care. Much to learn from this podcast as Crystal is concerned for our future generations.

PART THREE: Monica Griego discusses her recent court case and wanting her children back home Feb 03, 2021

Slam the Gavel welcomes Monica back on the show. Monica walks us through her journey of the death of her parents and now dealing with her children in Foster Care. She explained her one daughter is Autistic and that it would be better for her children to be home with her and doing well in school during this time of Covid. Monica states that Foster Care is not a home as her children don't know when they are coming or going.
Monica encourages parents to read and educate themselves in the law when dealing with CPS. She explains that it is a parent's right to video and take pictures, read the treatment plans thoroughly and call the Governor's Office if parents can't get the ahold of the treatment plan. Don't give up on your children, Monica encourages and that Autistic children need help and a routine, however the courts are treating them as a child with no learning deficits and judges and lawyers need to understand this.
What concerns Monica is that when her children are returned to her from Foster Care there needs to be agencies to help with the transition from being exposed in Foster Care to returning to their forever home with their parents.

Ann O'Keeffe Rodgers is a Consultant who works out of the Resolution Center in Jacksonville, Florida. Ann also facilitates conferences, retreats, support groups and networking among targeted parents.
A certified Family Court mediator and Spanish interpreter, Ann has a heart for the disabled community, as the mother of an adult with autism.
Recently Ann was one of the head coordinators of the Guardians and Gatekeepers Family Advocacy Conference, produced by Kids Need Both, Inc. of Lakeland Florida. Working alongside Dr. Mark D. Roseman and Associates, Ann is on the facilitator team as well. She co-founded Epiphany Awaits, a coaching and resource center for those experiencing high-conflict divorce and separation.

James Gibson was falsely accused with a conviction of murder, served 29 years and was exonerated Jan 30, 2021

I was so honored to have as my guest, James Gibson, who was falsely accused with a conviction of murder and sentenced to a life without parole. This innocent man served 29 years of torture in a prison system that is designed to destroy not only a person's life, but also mind and soul.
James, however, was exonerated in 2019 and is now sharing his story because what happened to him can happen to anyone of us. James explains that it was his mother's emotional support that got him through this ordeal.
While in prison, James filed his own appeals, never took a plea or deal. He is to be commended for his knowledge of the law while he explains the process of exoneration and obtaining a certificate of innocence. Therefore, James has taken it upon himself to help/advocate for others.

Christine Morrison, book author of, "Judicial Criminals: The greatest fraud upon American society America's Legal System," on the show to discuss her case, reparation bills, predator judges, their judiciaries and color of law actors. Christine explains how all this unfolded for her and the damage it did to her child and livelihood.
We discuss the case Foster vs. Foster and how financial, physical and mental distress is caused through the rigors of the Family Court System. Family Court is not about the best interest of your child and causes the greatest fraud on the Non-Custodial parent.
There has to be accountability for judges and attorneys within the court/Family Court system. Christine spoke of her legal battle in the state of Michigan

PART TWO: Crystal exposes sexual abuse and Child Trafficking within the Foster Care system Jan 27, 2021

Crystal was my returning guest who had a lot to say in regards to sexual abuse and Child Trafficking within the Foster Care System. Crystal discusses the John Hopkins Study and The Pacific Standard article written by Natalie Pattillo written on March 5, 2018 that discussed an alarming rate of sexual abuse within the Foster Care system.
Sexual abuse is four times likely to happen within the Foster Care system than in the home. Children are taken away on false allegations, preponderance of evidence and without a signed warrant or probable cause and placed in Foster Care, causing a broken attachment bond with the fit and loving parent. Damage is almost as worse than someone coming back from war with PTSD. Also, there is a high rate of runaways within the Foster Care system either end up in prostitution, sex trafficked under tunnels or raped by the Foster parent.
Crystal impresses upon us that our children should not be treated as silver or gold, cash to the Foster Care system. She notes that in grocery stores you will see bulletin boards with children's faces again, missing from 1980's. 80% of those sex trafficked children are from the Foster care system.
The non-profit organization Crystal started 10 months ago, Warriors for Children and Families Unite, is on Facebook and Google and she can be reached there.

We talked about the Entities (CPS) that feed off the government corruption that hijack families and steal children away from fit, loving parents based on false allegations of abuse.
It was discussed that there are over 500,000 false accusations made and that 75% of them are false and frivolous. Covid has also made a play in the way these Entities are behaving.
Crystal advised on unlawful entry without a signed warrant, the use of cameras and intimidation tactics used by these Entities.

Aoife Griffin from Ireland discusses Quantam Flow, hypnosis, and her book, "Stop, Breathe and Enjoy" Jan 15, 2021

Aoife Griffin from Ireland was my guest and we talked about her book that was written in 2020, "Stop, Breathe and Enjoy," that is about living with Autism, ADHD and Anxiety as well as the therapies she tried and things that worked and others that didn't with the idea of giving families hope.
She is also certified in Quantum Flow and uses hypnotism to go to the root cause of a person's stress or Anxiety in order to help clients to release their limiting beliefs, stresses and traumas from their subconscious mind, body and nervous system. Aoife is also trained as a mindfulness practitioner and counselor.
Aoife became involved in Parental Alienation while watching a friend post about it on social media and she could see that the children were being used as weapons.
