Great interview with Kenn Joyce, spokesman for Alienated Children First! Through legislation 28 counties are in agreement with Parental Alienation being considered a crime. He has educated the judiciary and the public on Parental Alienation. Kenn also documents that there have been 10% of suicides related to Parental Alienation in Ireland. His work is to be commended in putting the children first and helping parents with false accusations through this difficult time.

Dr. Mark David Roseman is an expert and international speaker in high-conflict divorce, parental alienation and child custody. Also, Dr. Roseman is the CEO of the Toby Center for Family Transitions, a child reunification program based in Florida which he founded in 2010. As a mediator and consultant with family members enduring social and personal stress, Dr. Roseman has found the complimentary use of different clinical and non-clinical modalities to be most effective in ameliorating these difficulties.
Dr. Roseman founded Preserving Family Ties Media LLC, an educational media and service company offering support groups and coaching for Targeted Family Members.
Also, Dr. Roseman is the Publisher of Contemporary Family, a quarterly digital publication providing global resources for effective parenting. Topics addressed include Parental Alienation, high-conflict divorce as well as Child Custody. He has also written the book Preserving Family Ties.
We talked about how judges should be aware of Parental Alienation and that they should be educated not only in Parental Alienation, but keeping the family together.

Cheryl A. Kennedy discusses being a "Fraud on the Court," crime victim, CPS, Congress and Martial Law Dec 29, 2020

Cheryl A. Kennedy is a "Fraud on the Court," crime victim defrauded by an Attorney in a divorce with a judge involved. Due to the State Bar of California being inoperable, it led to her subpoena of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to a violated jury trial against the Attorney in 2008. Attorney General Jerry Brown represented Schwarzenegger, he was later subpoenaed after alleged payoffs were made. The cases corruption went from San Mateo Superior Court , in CA to Albany/Ulster County Supreme Court under Cuomo in NY. Kennedy exposed many other victim cases over the years and had a U.S. Marshal assigned to her under the Obama Administration. Kennedy is a Constitutionalist, Rights Activist and Whistleblower and commented for years on election fraud, fake news, fraud in foreclosures etc. Kennedy has personally sought the Military and Trump to restore our Republic NOW.

Michael Sayen discusses the difference between State Law and the Federal Constitution regarding the best interests of the child Dec 23, 2020

My guest on Slam the Gavel, Michael Sayen discusses the argument in the Best Interest of the Child Standards State Law always supersedes because the Federal Laws in the Constitution does not cover the Best Interest the Child Standards. There is much to learn from this podcast. One must stick to the Federal Laws in the Constitution and do not get sidetracked with the Best Interest of the Child Standards. However, State Law says the Judge knows what is in the best interest of your child. The Federal Constitution says the parent knows what is in the Best Interest of the Child. If a judge can construe the facts of the case, he or she can control the outcome by the Appellate Courts., because the Appellate Courts looks at facts not opinions. Michael also talks about his own case and it's outcome as he argued on Constitutional grounds.

Though difficult with the holidays, Dave will see her on New Year's Day. Great conversation on the Family Court system in England, their Barristers and Solicitors and Judges. Dave shares his thoughts and views on Parental Alienation and how he had a great support system while he was going through the Family Court. A lot to learn from this podcast as Dave says, "why manipulate a child," and delves into the topic of Parental Alienation and the film, "Erasing Family." We talked about the behaviors in Family Court as well as Parental Alienation. This was a great up-date with Dave for sure!

Slam the Gavel welcomes Michael Volpe, a freelance investigative journalist. His work has been published in such places as The Daily Caller, The American Conservative, Ami Magazine, the Washington Examiner, and Capital Research Center. His 2016 investigation of Memphis lawyer Keith Dobbs led to a sixty seven count indictment. He's also been a keynote speaker at Center for Immigration Studies, Eugene V. Katz Award and his series of articles in Communities Digital News freed a 37 year old former Army Ranger from a corrupt guardianship. Michael Volpe discusses the book, Screw the Bitch: Divorce Tactics for Men by Dick Hart. Valuable learning experience with Michael Volpe who opened not only my eyes to the extreme judicial corruption but ways to improve while explaining how things are getting better via the media.
