If something with more than one person involved works effectively over an extended period of time, there are always leadership lessons to be learned.
This episode is a rollercoaster because we're going from laughing and joking to things that are really serious all thrown into one episode.
As goofy as this episode sounds, there are some important leadership actions that we address in today's episode. What can we learn from Santa that will help us be more effective leaders?
Our whole team is rooting for you. We want to see you win! Have a very, very Merry Christmas, and always remember, my strength is not for me, your strength is not for you, our strength is for service.

2020 was a crazy experience and there are people out there that will say "well, there's always value in experience." But that's not true. There's value in evaluated experience. We extract the value of the experience that we've had, when we take the time to intentionally, purposefully, and thoughtfully evaluate it.
If you are like most entrepreneurs and leaders, you could suffer from blind optimism and the result causes dissonance because reality differs from your expectation.
To end 2020 well, we need to evaluate our wins and failures and examine our expectations. This episode will serve as a guide to give you the clarity you need the close out the year and prepare for 2021.

We're doing something a little bit different on today's podcast. Over the course of the past couple of months, we've seen a trend. Leaders and business owners feel like they are trapped by the thing that they're building. That's a scary place to be. Have you ever been there before, or maybe you're there right now where you feel trapped, you feel constrained, you feel contained?
Today's episode is a message that Alex preached at cornerstone church on the topic of finding freedom. Because so often, the way that we experience freedom is directly related to the place that we choose to find it.

2020 has been a rough year for a lot of people, but that doesn't mean you can't find practice gratitude. Practicing gratitude has been proven to physiologically help people who are stressed, distressed, and even depressed. In today's episode, we're going to go over 7 intentional questions to help you engage in meaningful, intentional, deliberate gratitude.
1. An area you were able to grow in
2. A relationship you were able to build
3. A lesson you were able to learn
4. The trials you were able to face
5. The season you are currently in
6. An experience you got to have
7. The thing you just can’t explain or shouldn’t* have happened

If you are the owner and CEO of your organization, or if you are the intern in an organization, I guarantee you, what we're going to talk about today can apply to you where you're at.
Oftentimes the larger an organization becomes, the less we think about our work as a contribution. But in reality, if your work isn't a contribution, if it's not driving some outcome, if it's not pointed towards some results, then all you're doing is filling a seat.
To be intentional about contributions, we're going to focus on three contributions the impact-driven leader should be focused on:
