I am talking about lessons I’ve learned on my Martial Arts and Yoga journey, and what I’ve learned practicing meditation. He suggested to be aware of four points in our training career, and those are 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months and 3 years. And I understand that timing is not that precise, but the whole concept made total sense to me.
