There are tonnes of tech products that are designed to get you to waste your life using them. There is an opportunity costs to this and you have to find a way to turn that negative time into positive time.
Success takes time. It takes a lot more time than most people think that it should take. If you are not willing to put in 10 years of work then you need to find a new thing,
The more you believe and are working towards your gift, the easier of a time you will have sticking with your habits because you are living in your life purpose.
Life is going to happen and no one is perfect. The key is getting things right 90% of the time.
The habit of reading is powerful but it takes a long time to see change. As you read more, you start coming across books that are so good that they need to be dissected daily.
The difference between the people who go on to succeed and the ones that fail is the ability to show up despite your feelings. Not everyday is going to be a perfect and good day. You have to make a way for yourself by just doing it when most others would not.

You have to move from the well worn path and make a new path through the jungle. It's not easy but it's worth it! Each time you walk the new path you strengthen its ability in becoming a go to habit.

Almost half of everything you do is a habit. You feel in control and you feel like you are making choices in the moment. In reality, you are just relying on habit to do what you do. If you have good habits, this should excite you, but if you have bad ones this should horrify you. Never be that person that dismisses the power and role of habits.
