    Fit Womens Weekly Podcast

This is a fitness, nutrition, and health podcast for women. RKC and NASM coach, Kindal Boyle talks anything and everything about helping you get results from your workouts, get inspired for new fitness challenges, to build strength and find a passion for living a healthy life beyond burning calories.

More than that, she seeks out and interviews the best guests you can imagine. Not only celebrities, the best trainers, but real women and success stories.

There is so much to learn from real women that are not paid to lose weight and get fit like celebrities are. And that’s one reason why we wanted to create this podcast.

It’s laid back and will feel as if you’re just talking with your girlfriends as you learn about amazing fat burning workouts, techniques, and fundamentals that actually work.

I really hope you enjoy it.

Chrissy King is a trainer, powerlifter and writer. I'm excited to have this woman on today to share her story about finding her spot in the fitness world and the adversity she deals with every day being a woman of color in a not so color dominated field.

Ep. 202: What's The #1 Reason Women Don't Hit Their Fitness Goals? Dec 05, 2018
    Show notes

Today's a Q&A! I asked and you guys delivered with some great questions.

    Here's what we'll cover:

Does cardio affect strength? How can you balance both and what does my normal cardio:strength ratio look like?

Fasting: If you fast in a 12 hour window, how should you structure meals when life is crazy busy? How do you fit in enough food in a limited window?

What's the #1 reason why women don't hit their fitness and body goals? I thought this was way too good to not answer it.

Have a question? Send it my way kindal@fitwomensweekly.net.
