FBU 230: How to Create a Business Blueprint Jul 04, 2022
    Show notes

In this episode, Jill teaches you how to create a business blueprint a.k.a. the entire structure that will be the foundation of your sales, your content, and your coaching services. Some new coaches, after getting certificated, feel the need to have a "business plan" in the most traditional sense, but the thing is that a "business plan" often times involves a lot of theory and no action. A blueprint, on the other hand, makes you ready to start selling now.

"Realize you don't need a 'business plan' in the traditional sense. Instead, I want to outline what I consider to be a 'blueprint' of where you are and where you're trying to go." – Jill Coleman

FBU 229: First Launches vs. Seasoned Launches Jun 29, 2022
    Show notes

In this episode, Jill speaks about the major differences between launching a new offer if you are a beginner and doing the same thing if you're in the industry for a while. It's completely normal to feel anxious when we create, plan, and execute our first launch, however, it's important not to have a lot of expectations for it. The results might not be the best and it's ok. When we're more experienced though, we start to get traction. Tune in!

"You're going to do a lot of work, in the beginning, for not a lot of results. That's just the nature of it. However, at some point, it's going to flip and it's going to flip to the point that it actually doesn't take a lot of effort to get a huge outcome." – Jill Coleman
