    223. Hold The Line Jan 31, 2022
    Show notes

In today's Monday Message, Emily is addressing those who are feeling tired and discouraged. It's clear that we, as a country, have all experienced some traumatic times these last few years. It's been one thing after another and we're all feeling defeated. It is exhausting when your core values are being tested day after day. But change is coming! You will see victory but you have to hold the line. You will not stay in this hard season. You will prevail into something more beautiful, you just have got to push through. Please do not feel alone. You are not the minority, there are a lot of people who feel the way you do. Stand firm in your core values and do not allow anyone or anything to infringe upon that. Surround yourself with people who share your core values and push you to be the best version of you. It is time for you to be who you and live in freedom of your true self. Not everyone will like it or support it but life is too short to not be the fullest expression of who you are. You will find your tribe, others like you who will stand in your corner and encourage you to face the hardship head on. When you're in alignment with what's meant for you, life gets really really good. There is more for your life, you must hold the line. That's today's message.

Emily is doing a series with past clients to allow them to share their personal growth journey of evolving. 220. Always Do The Right Thing Jan 24, 2022
    Show notes

In today's Monday Message, Emily talks about doing the right thing and when you don't, do whatever you need to do to make that wrong right. Since we're all human, we all have moments that we aren't proud of. Moments that don't align with the highest and best version of ourselves. The important thing to do in those situations is to own it, ask for forgiveness, make amends and be better next time. When you allow the past to hold on to you, you're essentially giving up your freedom to whatever shame or guilt you feel from those moments of wrong-doing. That was the old you and you can't carry that in your heart, mind and soul any longer. Do whatever you need to do to make it right and forgive yourself. Maybe someone hurt you and you can't let go of the anger or hurt you feel inside. You are living in your own prison of resentment and bitterness. Again, you have to choose forgiveness. Take inventory of what's tying you down to your old life, guilt or shame, anger or hurt. Find the root cause, own up to your mistakes, give yourself grace and choose to do better today. Don't stay stuck. That's today's message.

Emily is doing a series with past clients to allow them to share their personal growth journey of evolving. Each client has a very different experience and we are so honored to be sharing some of them. Being from a small town, Beckie shares how she has always thought of herself as an outsider. She desperately was seeking community and like minded individuals in her life who were passionate about evolving. That was one of the reasons she joined the Evolve X program. Beckie shares that a big part of the program that was an impact on her was becoming more self aware and how important the journal prompts were in helping her increase her self awareness. Beckie states that she struggled talking to people and felt that being the quiet one was holding her back and hindering her as a personal trainer and host of her show Relentlessly Fit Podcast. But as she went through the program she really started to own being an introvert and realized it was part of her purpose. Every week the program focuses on a different topic and she shares about her hardest week in the program, how she got through it and what she learned from it. 216. Is Your Environment Holding You Back? Jan 17, 2022
    Show notes

In today's episode, Emily talks about how important your environment is to evolving. Your environment includes your home, the people in your life, your work place, what you watch or listen to, anything you surround yourself with. Are any of those things holding you back from being the best version of you? How much influence do those things have on your decisions? She also talks about finding your gifts and talents and being intentional about how you bring those things out of you in order to share them with the world. You may not realize that what you're currently choosing is actually doing the opposite and is killing those gifts and talents. You may be really holding yourself back from success due to your environment being so comfortable for you. Are you scared to leave that comfort? Every day is a gift and it is up to you to live each day to the fullest and to challenge yourself to be better. If you give it you're all, you will not fail. Don't stay stuck. Don't stay predictable. Don't stay small. Choose better for yourself and go ALL IN ON YOU! Take that leap of faith and it will be what changes the trajectory of your life. Know there's more out there, it just requires you to take that step forward. Evolving isn't always pretty or easy. Sometimes you say yes to things, sometimes you say no to things. You have to be willing to struggle and get out of your comfort zone in order to reach the next best version of you. That's today's message.
