Remember that you are not alone in this. Breast implant illness is real and can be detrimental to your health and quality of life. I hope that my story gives you the courage to seek more information and follow your intuition. This episode is not intended to tell you what to do. Only your intuition can do that. I made the decision to follow my intuition, even though I was scared, and to take back my health.

81 - Proudly Being Too Much and High Maintenance Jul 29, 2021
    Show notes

I have been guilty of buying into the programming that it is bad to be high maintenance. Have you? The term has this negative connotation and we judge other women for seeming to be "too much." But secretly we want the things we want. Why should we be ashamed of that? In this episode, I admit that this is something I'm working on and practicing daily. I encourage you to do the same. Stop apologizing for wanting the things you want, even if they seem to be too much. Don't deny yourself the things that make you happy out of fear of what others will think of you.

And remember that I am partnering with Supercast for a spin-off channel called Be You in Business which will give you more access to me and even more content that you won't find here on the podcast. It's so much of a deeper dive into important topics crucial to the growth and journeys we are all on together. It is also an opportunity to learn more about how I was able to go from being broke to owning a multi-million dollar business. This is where you will find more business-related work you can do and the kind of things you can do to find success in your career. You deserve to do this work. As hard as it is, this work will get you one step closer to excavating the real you and finding your joy and abundance.

80 - How My Multi-Million Dollar Network Marketing Career Really Ended Jul 26, 2021
    Show notes

Not everything has to be let go or erased, yet everything from the past that holds some sort of emotional charge and brings back painful memories, does deserve to be revisited so we can make peace with it. It is crucial to process things that happen to you. Trust me, I've lived with resentment and unprocessed anger. It's not worth it. And to be perfectly honest, it's easy to let your ego take over and hold on tight to that resentment. But that's what this episode is about. Today, I'm laying it all out on the table. You've heard me talk about my multi-million dollar network marketing career many times before. But what happened? Why am I not a part of that anymore? Listen to find out my experiences and how I learned that this divine intervention led me here to the Be You Collective. I wanted to be myself and was afraid. But now, after making the decision to truly let go, I can tie another boat to that dock.

Don't forget that I am partnering with Supercast for a spin-off channel called Be You in Business which will give you more access to me and even more content that you won't find here on the podcast.

    Show notes

I have been so excited for this episode with guest Erika Alaura. The conversation we have today is so powerful and eye opening and I encourage you to listen with an open mind and an open heart.

Erika is an intuitive healer, channel, and transcendence coach partnering people to experience not only recognizable transformation but true transcendence. She draws on her extensive training and experience to incorporate multiple modalities and guides her clients to a lighter, clearer energy and a deepened connection to their own truth, wisdom and intuition. Born and raised in Northern Vermont, Erika was a psychic child and started studying metaphysics at age 13. She started offering tarot readings professionally at age 15. Erika is deeply passionate about holding the space and sifting through the elements her clients reject, repress, or fear about themselves - discreetly, confidentially, and without judgment - transmuting that negative emotion into peace, understanding and ultimately, acceptance.

78 - Redefining Divorce - The Pain, The Unspoken Truth, and The Beauty Jul 19, 2021
    Show notes

Most of these episodes are not at all scripted. I love just having a conversation with you. But I do tend to have an outline of bullet points as I prepare each discussion. Today is different. This episode isn't edited and I have no outline to guide me. It is truly a stream of consciousness and freeflow.

This topic is hard. From someone who admittedly used to be extremely judgemental regarding divorce, I know that this is a trigger for a lot of people. But today, I share with you my experience with divorce. Divorce came into my life at two separate times. I am a child of a traumatic divorce and many years later, I chose divorce for myself. What could have changed my mind? Today, I lay it all out on the table. Yes, there's pain. But there's also beauty in this decision for many of us. Just like trauma, when it comes to divorce, everyone sees it differently and experiences it differently.

So if you have experienced divorce in any capacity or have even thought about it, give this episode a listen. It's not sugar-coated. I made some great decisions and some not-so-great decisions but divorce was the right choice. It might not be for you, but you'll know if it is.

    77 - God Goggles Jul 15, 2021
    Show notes

We've discussed the question, "Where was God in that situation?" when thinking about past experiences. This is an important question to ask, but what about the present moment? I heard a friend call this "God Goggles," and that term has changed my way of thinking in profound ways. Now we can look at current situations, people who are dear to us, and even at ourselves through the lens of our Creator. This lens is one of love and you will find yourself throwing judgement out the window. In today's episode, we're starting the conversation about God Goggles in reference to relationships. How are people showing up in their relationship with you and how does that look when you try on God Goggles? Not only that, but how are you showing up?
