    Yoga Strong

To be “Yoga Strong” is to pay attention to not only your body, but how you navigate being human. While combining strength and grace creates a powerful flow-based yoga practice, it is the practice of paying attention in the same ways off-the-mat that can be equally impactful.

This podcast is a guide for yoga teachers, practitioners and people trying to craft a life they’re proud AF about. This is about owning your voice. This is about curiosity, bravery, sensuality, and building a home in yourself.

Jenny Lee, vocal empowerment coach, massage therapist, self-love guide, and yoga teacher, breaks down the term “medicine.” She's found healing in self-inquiry through her own experience with a bulimia eating disorder, being arrested, and examining the grief in her own life. We share stories about our many selves, the vulnerability of being seen in our process, eating disorders, and the importance of community in our healing.

    122 - Seasons of Libido: Let’s Talk About Sex with Taylor-leigh Aug 26, 2021
    Show notes

We received this message: “Thoughts on when sexual desire is in hibernation for a long time. Will it ever return? Do I care?”
This is an excellent topic and something that is common for all of us.
Taylor-leigh begins by claiming to be the horniest person alive, Bonnie shares a story about brushing her teeth and then we dive into a conversation that includes communication (always) and cycles and our lived experiences of riding waves of libido.
This episode is part of a larger series called "Let's Talk About Sex" that I host monthly. These are casual real convos with my friend Taylor-leigh. We share our experiences with sex, sensuality, and relationships hoping that more conversations normalize and may open conversations for others.
