Our guest this week, Rita Jean Flemming, is a regenerative detox specialist who works to help people heal from the inside out, starting at the cellular level and working through all of the body's systems and functions. She describes regenerative health as the process of renewal and restoration, which is something many of our bodies long for because of how much stress we're exposed to in today's society in the form of malnutrition, lack of connection to nature, sedentary lifestyles, and increased toxin exposure. After enduring a car accident at age 19, Rita was told she'd never resume normal functions again...but by regenerating every aspect of her health, she was able to fully recover and live optimally, reminding us that it's never too late to heal. In this episode, she describes each of the 6 pillars of regenerative health: alkalinity, cellular ATP, organs of elimination, soil health, gut health, and the endocrine system. An extremely informative and inspiring episode, so enjoy :)
