    Tim Conway Jr. on Demand

Tim Conway Jr. can be heard live Monday–Friday from 6pm–10pm on KFI AM 640 and everywhere on the iHeartRadio App.

Follow the show on socials @ConwayShow.

Tim Conway Jr. brings his signature humor to breaking news, Los Angeles current events, Orange County stories, Riverside County headlines, the Inland Empire, live police chases, freeway traffic, Hollywood craziness, pop culture, the big sports stories of the day, politics, gambling, and everything happening across Southern California. With his finger on the pulse of what’s happening in SoCal and beyond, Conway delivers funny, fast-moving talk radio every weeknight on KFI AM 640.

Heard by listeners across the country and around the world on the iHeartRadio App, Conway’s humor, storytelling, and take on the current news of the day connect with audiences far beyond Southern California. His perspective is local, but his comedy, curiosity, and down-to-earth view of life translate across cultures, communities, and languages.

Tim Conway Jr. was born and raised in Los Angeles and is the son of iconic comedy legend Tim Conway of The Carol Burnett Show. He spent his childhood around Santa Anita, Hollywood Park, and Del Mar Racetracks with his father, four younger brothers, and older sister — experiences that helped shape his humor, storytelling, and down-to-earth perspective on life.

During his early career, Conway produced his own internet radio show and, thanks to its popularity, was offered the opportunity to host a talk show on 97.1 KLSX-FM. Over twelve successful years, his show became famous across Southern California for entertaining topics, live police chases, Hollywood craziness, pop culture, sports, and current events with a twist of humor. In 2009, when KLSX switched to an all-music format, Conway joined KFI AM 640, continuing to bring listeners his unique comedic perspective on breaking news, politics, gambling, history, sports, entertainment, and life in SoCal.

Throughout his career, Conway has been featured on Fox 11, CBS, NBC, and ABC, and has received numerous industry honors including a Golden Mic Award, an Edward R. Murrow Award, and a Marconi Award nomination for Personality of the Year. When he’s not entertaining listeners, Conway enjoys spending time with his family, supporting local charities, and hanging out at the racetracks.

    Show notes

Hour 3 (9.16) Gary Gulman’s bit on abbreviating state names has Timmy nodding along — and they agree small businesses should never walk onto “Shark Tank” and dance for the Sharks. Then the real ding-dong: In-N-Out managers pulling about $200,000 a year.

Finding your NFL team this season is a scavenger hunt across streamers and random weeknights, shrinkflation gets the blame, and Jay Leno actually got a law: “Leno’s Law,” signed by Gavin Newsom, eases smog rules for vintage cars from 1976–1985 starting in 2028.

Timmy swears Dan Rather wrote in that he listens to the Conway Show — or was that the Agua Dulce Winery guy? — they roll Bellio’s new promo, and Travis Kelce is among the victims in a multimillion-dollar Ponzi; Sid Jawahar of Swiftarc Capital got 11 years and owes $35 million back.

Foosh rates Domino’s Personal Pan Pizza a 9 out of 10, a San Mateo woman pulled a four-pound intact mastodon tooth out of a creek (West Coast giants gone some 10,000 years), and they close on a 30-year family hunt for a lost wedding band.

8:05 — Comedian Gary Gulman did that funny bit on abbreviating state names, and Timmy agrees with Gary that it's a terrible idea for small businesses to go on "Shark Tank," because they will surely get rinsed by the Sharks. Who wants to dance like jesters for their life's work? If you have a great idea, for the love of God do not go on "Shark Tank." Let's listen to Gulman's bad business bit. Also, you're not going to believe what the In-N-Out Burger managers take home annually: $200,000 a year. Ding-dong.

8:20 — The NFL season is about to get very confusing, with fans forced to look for the games across various streaming networks and providers, and different days throughout the week. Good luck finding your team on the tube. Shrinkflation is being blamed for the SNAFU. Jay Leno has created a new law that's been signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom. It's called "Leno's Law" and benefits people who drive vintage cars built between 1976 and 1985 when it comes to smog testing. The exemptions begin in 2028.

8:35 — Timmy loves meeting people in his line of work, including CBS anchor Dan Rather, who sent him a lovely message about listening to The Conway Show to keep up on all the latest news — or was that message from Tim's friend who runs the Agua Dulce Winery in Santa Clarita? Also, the crew plays the latest Conway Show promo featuring super producer Bellio. And in other news, Travis Kelse was among the victims in a multimillion-dollar Ponzi scheme! The convicted fraudster, Sid Jawahar of Swiftarc Capital, has been sentenced to 11 years in the big house and must pay back $35 million.

8:50 — Timmy always turns to The Foosh when it comes to trying a new fast food menu item. And tonight it's Domino's Personal Pan Pizza, which Foosh gives nine out of 10. A woman in California's San Mateo County found a four-pound, in-tact mastodon dinosaur tooth sticking out of a creek bed that could be worth a ton of money. Mastodons used to roam the Westcoast and became extinct 10,000 years ago. Lastly, we explore the multigeneration hunt for a long-lost wedding band that has been missing for 30 years.

Tragedy in Chatsworth, OC E-Bikes Begone, and Burbank's Own Conway International Sep 17, 2026
    Show notes

Hour 4 (9.16) 9:05 — To more on last night's tragedy in Chatsworth. Tim plays the news report from Mark Brown of ABC (who Tim happens to share a one-sided friendship with). All of this kicked off when a woman speeding in an SUV T-boned the bus, which had the right of way, resulting in the death of two passengers. News Chopper 4 was covering the crash when it went down. That woman had quite the long rap sheet and is now booked on suspicion of murder. She's being held on $4 million-plus bail.

9:20 — Ross Benson of Burbank remembers news pilot George Marciniw, who he has known and worked with for decades, as the nicest guy in the world who loved Burbank, where they both grew up. George even helped Ross's son propose to his daughter when he took them up in his chopper to hover over the Hollywood sign. Ross plans to lead the charge to get a statue erected in George's honor in the Burbank area.

9:35 — Todd Spitzer’s on the line after Orange County’s first e-bike buyback vacuumed up about a thousand machines in one Sunday at Angel Stadium. Parents lined up to swap the kids’ rockets for Target, Walmart and Dick’s cards — and for the first 75, a pair of Angels tickets — because they’d rather lose the bike than spend another weekend in the ER. The DA’s pitch is simple: Get the fast ones off the street before somebody else ends up like Jesse Hayes.

9:50 — The Dodgers are one win from wrapping the division — magic number: 1. Meanwhile California’s so jammed with cars the DMV is out of plate combos and rolling out a new mix (three numbers, three letters, then another number). Timmy could not care less. His daughter is obsessed, so here we are. He also wants to know if inmates still hammer out the plates. And BUR’s new terminal opens October 13, which happens to be Conway’s birthday, so obviously it should be Conway International. He’s already the unofficial mayor of that airport.

E-Bike Buyback in OC — No More Fallen Angels and Cracked Craniums in Newport! Sep 15, 2026
    Show notes

Hour 1 (9.14)6:05 — Mark Thompson is in the Tim Conway Jr castle, and the lads are talking all things sports betting and the death of their favorite fur babies. Aside from his cat dying, Mark admits to a pretty good weekend of wins and grins thanks to his sporting prowess. There’s a fire burning in La Habra Heights — and it’s burning homes, even with five water-dropping helicopters fighting the flames.

6:20 — Marky Mark and Timmy C talk all things football, and it’s not such a ding-dong moment that the Rams and Chargers aren’t doing so well. With the city heat in Los Angeles, people are fighting. Even Bellio is flipping people off on the 5, and Mark’s getting Facebook critiqued for his delightful laugh. F that guy. Not Mark, F his troll.

6:35 — It’s been more than a year since The Foosh’s near-fatal road accident, and Tim’s getting soppy. Without The Foosh, who would send Timmy all those funny memes? There’s been an E-bike buyback in Orange County because parents no longer want their kids on those dangerous death traps. The electronic bikes are getting exchanged for gift cards and Angels tickets.

6:50 — The Emmys have started, and Michael J. Fox is getting the Bob Hope Humanitarian Award. Back in the ’80s, Conway had a fun run-in with Michael J. Fox right after he won his two Emmys. Timmy takes a whip-around with them to ask if they’d bring their winning Emmy with them to a restaurant or bar following the ceremony. And now? There’s a high-speed chase in downtown LA.

Would You Like an Enema with Your Emmy? Or a Suppository with Your Statuette? Sep 15, 2026
    Show notes

Hour 2 (9.14) The downtown high-speed chase blew right past KFI’s own Michael Monks — he’s on the phone with the play-by-play — while Heather Brooker is in studio after a full day on the Primetime Emmys red carpet, grilling winners and walkers in the heat. Noah Wyle took one for HBO Max’s “The Pitt,” Apple TV’s “Pluribus” and Widow’s Bay cleaned up, and Jean Smart just made history with five straight Emmys for Hacks. Then it’s football pain: the only two teams that scored seven or fewer in Week 1 were Timmy’s Chargers and Bellio’s Broncos, and the Rams are already a MASH unit, with Myles Garrett done for the season after knee surgery. Mark’s never had hair extensions; Timmy almost went blond this weekend. Vegas is printing money on concerts and sports, not just the tables. And the hour turns grim: a McLaren hit a tree in Irvine, killing both people in the car, including 27-year-old James Wehr, co-founder of South OC Cars & Coffee, plus a fire at a Target in Silver Lake.

7:05 — The high-speed chase downtown went right past the home of KFI’s own Michael Monks! He’s on the phone to spill the speedy tea. Meanwhile, Heather Brooker is here to talk all things Emmys. She’s been down there all day on the red carpet interviewing the stars as they traipse their stilettos, gowns and tuxes down the ruby rug.

7:20 — Back with Heather Brooker, who’s been standing in the beating sun all day to interview Hollywood’s winners, grinners, gurners and head-turners on the Primetime Emmys red carpet. Noah Wyle won for HBO Max’s “The Pitt,” while Apple TV’s “Pluribus” also took home a trophy or several. Meanwhile, Jean Smart has now officially set a new record, having won five back-to-back Emmys for her starring role in “Hacks,” another HBO Max series. “Widow’s Bay” on Apple TV also won big.

7:35 — Did you know? The only two teams that scored seven or less in the NFL opening week were Timmy’s team the Chargers, and Bellio’s Broncos. Meanwhile, the Rams have been dealing with several players on the injured list, including Myles Garrett, who’ll be out of commission all season following his knee surgery.

7:50 — Have you ever had hair extensions? Mark says he hasn’t, but Timmy almost got blond ones installed this weekend. Meanwhile, in Las Vegas, non-gaming entertainment like concerts and sports brings in huge cash to Sin City. And in Irvine, there was a horrible crash, in which a McLaren crashed into a tree, killing the two people in the vehicle, including 27-years-old James Wehr, co-founder South OC Cars & Coffee car show. There was also a fire at a Target in Silver Lake.

Don’t Sleep on Gas-Station Chicken — It’s the Best Dirty Bird in Town! Sep 15, 2026
    Show notes

Hour 3 (9.14) At the Emmys, Martin Short didn’t win — but the cutaway of him ripping up his speech and tossing it on the ground only proved he’s still the funniest, cutest, most gracious guy in Hollywood. Back in the real LA, the $500 million Sixth Street Viaduct has turned into an e-bike and dirt-bike playground, so cops finally shut down a weekend street takeover: nearly 80 citations, bikes and scooters impounded, traffic unblocked. Cue the “CHiPs” flashback.

Timmy then hits Burger King nuggets, drive-thru line-jumpers, and cheap-eats hacks — use the apps for loyalty and birthday deals, assemble deconstructed sandwiches in the parking lot, and don’t sleep on gas-station chicken, the city’s best dirty bird.

The hour closes on fashion royalty: Bob Mackie, the “Sultan of Sequins,” has died at 87. Tim knew him from “The Carol Burnett Show”; Mackie also dressed Cher, Tina Turner, Diana Ross, and Miley Cyrus. And just to keep you up at night: Kelvin waves, those little El Niño ripples no taller than a foot, might theoretically wipe us all out. Oh, great.

8:05 — At the Emmys, Martin Short lost out, but there was a cutaway to him ripping up his speech and throwing it on the ground. We can all agree he’s the funniest, cutest, bestest, most charming, most gracious guy in Hollywood. The $500 million Sixth Street Bridge has been a magnet for kids on e-bikes, dirt bikes and e-scooters, and the cops have finally had it with the street takeovers and shut it down, with citations, confiscations and arrests. Now, let’s remember Eric Estrada and “CHiPS.”

8:20 — To more on the brouhaha that happened over the weekend on the Sixth Street Viaduct — or as some locals apparently call it, the “Sixth Street Bitch”? — cops swooped in on the street takeover that was blocking and disrupting traffic on the famed bridge, impounding bikes and scooters, and issuing nearly 80 citations.

8:35 —Timmy talks Burger King’s Chicken Nuggets and flagrant line jumping in the drive-thru. Fast-food hacks: Get on the apps, because they include loyalty programs and birthday discounts to keep costs down. Next up, people are ordering deconstructed sandwiches and putting them together in the car park to save a little dough. And don’t sleep on gas-station chicken — that’s the best dirty bird in town!

8:50 — Bob Mackie, the world’s greatest clothing designer known as the “Sultan of Sequins,” has died at age 87. Tim knew him personally — he did all the clothes for “The Carol Burnett Show.” He also famously dressed Cher, Tina Turner, Diana Ross and Miley Cyrus. And have you heard about Kelvin waves? They’re waves no more than 12 inches, a side effect of El Nino that could potentially wipe us all out. Oh, great.

Fell deep in love but now we ain’t speaking / Michael J. Fox was Alex P. Keaton’ Sep 15, 2026
    Show notes

Hour 4 (9.14) Mark and Tim are having a week: Rams, Chargers, dying cats, broken ankles, SoCal sticker shock — and heat-fueled road rage so bad Bellio got flipped off on the 5 by some ding-dong glued to a phone.

Then it’s Orange County’s e-bike buyback — gift cards from Target, Walmart and Dick’s, Angels tickets for the first 75, no questions asked — because parents are done spending Saturdays in the ER.

Somehow Timmy jumps from a downtown high-speed chase to the Emmys red carpet to childhood memories of ice-cold suppositories, because of course he does. Heather Brooker is in studio after a full carpet day: Michael J. Fox got a lifetime honor, Stephen Colbert’s “Late Show” beat Jimmy Kimmel and John Oliver for variety series, and Heather wore the dress her Instagram fans voted on. Atta girl.

9:05 — Between the Rams and Chargers, dying cats, broken ankles and the increasing cost of living in SoCal, Marky Mark and Timmy C have been doing it tough this week. Angelenos are angry this week, and it must be the heat. Plus, Bellio got the acrylic bird from some dumb B who was on her phone while driving on the 5.

9:20 — Cards from Target, Walmart, Dick’s. First 75 in line also got two Angels tickets! Working, broken, stolen-looking — they took ’em. We’re talking the Orange County e-bike buy-back! Parents are tired of spending their Saturdays in the emergency room. First guy in line was Jesse Hayes, 20, who spent three months on life support after an e-bike crash in Huntington Beach.

9:35 — How did we go from high-speed car chases in downtown LA, to the Emmys red carpet, to Tim’s remembrances of ice rockets up his tuchus courtesy of his mom’s love of suppositories? We don’t know but Conway sure found a way to segue from award winners to enemas.

9:50 — Heather Brooker is back in studio with Mark and Tim to break down the Emmys while the big drama and comedy races are still out. So far, the night’s already delivered: Michael J. Fox picked up a lifetime achievement honor, and Stephen Colbert’s “Late Show” beat Jimmy Kimmel and John Oliver for variety series — a win that lands extra hard after CBS canceled the show. Heather, never one to phone it in, wore a dress her Instagram fans actually voted on. Atta girl.
