125: 12 days of earnest inspiration, a love letter to all my tenderhearted weirdos Dec 02, 2021
    Show notes

Hi Soothers! To inspire us through the month of December, and in support of my Introduction to Intentional course, I’m rolling out a new mini podcast and Instagram series: 12 Days of Earnest Inspiration.
When I looked back at what I thought my audience really wants, regardless of if they ever even do any of my courses, it was this: A beacon of earnestness. Inspiration that yes, they can do The Thing. Encouragement in a world that’s convinced them of their powerlessness. A message that they’re not too much, it’s not too late, in fact they’re perfect and so is the timing, and Let’s. Get. Going.
So over the next 12 days, expect 12 inspiring messages about how you can truly begin to change your life if you like, and go after your dreams. How you deserve to. And if you think I can help you do it, you can enroll in an Intro to Intentional Living. But whether you do or not, know this: You’re deserving of all those quiet dreams that are currently tucked away in your heart. And I think right now is the perfect time to start making moves after them. Let’s go.
An Introduction to Intentional Living is OPEN. We begin January 2022: https://www.catherinedandrews.com/intentional-living
Also, you can sign up for 2 or 3 of my courses at once, with a significant discount! You can simultaneously enroll for my Intro to Intentional Dating course which will be in late spring, and/or my Secretly Ambitious course which will be fall 2022, and get hundreds of dollars off. It's all available by getting on the waitlist here: https://www.catherinedandrews.com/intentional-living
The Sunday Soother is a spin-off of The Sunday Soother, a weekly newsletter that creates conversations around compassionate personal development and helps readers access their spirituality and mindfulness in practical, actionable ways.

119: Magic Month: The magic found in ancestral healing Oct 31, 2021
    Show notes

Welcome to the final episode of Magic Month here on the Sunday Soother! I hope you have so enjoyed the wonderful guest interviews and my takes on magic. In this last episode, I talk about the magic that can be found in connecting with your ancestors, beginning to heal ancestral traumas, and finding your place in the chain of the universe by understanding your place in your ancestral lineage.
In today's episode, I give examples of how ancestral connections relate to magic; three stories of how I have connected with my ancestors; and then share several practical tangible ideas about how you can begin your own ancestral work.
After all, today is Samhain, and this time of the year is one in many cultures where the veil is considered thin and we are more easily able to connect with and honor our ancestors. So let us begin!
