Kelli Moore is the master of reinvention. And in this next chapter of her life and show, she invites you to The Naked Mama for some big sister pep talks, cause you know she keeps it real real, to be deeply held and seen, because chances are she fucking gets it, and for conversations that will likely make you slightly (or extremely) uncomfortable and ask you to think outside the box – because that is where the real magic is.Kelli leads women in their journeys of clearing old stories and beliefs to step into who they are becoming. In this show, she's diving into the art of reinvention, intimacy, motherhood, and healing modalities. You get to have the life you really want. From Self-Sabotage to Self Love | with Steven Tennant Dec 31, 2018
    Show notes

Steven Tennant (AKA my younger brother) is here to get real vulnerable!

He’s also a wellness junkie, although he wasn’t always. Steven suffered from a hefty dose of self-loathing for most of his life, and he struggled to acknowledge that fact. Like a lot of us, it wasn’t until he hit a breaking point that he could come to terms with how much he hated himself, and how much that affected him and the people around him every day.

But Steven made a huge shift about two years ago, and today he shares how he was able to face the problem, throw his entire life out the window, and start loving himself.

We discuss his own wellness journey, self-sabotage, his life as an ocean lifeguard, our relationship, and how he figured out how to actually start loving himself.

I love him so much, and I know you will, too.

    Today on The Platform...

    • Why the Tennant stare tends to scare people
    • How Steven got into the health and wellness space
    • Optimizing your performance
    • Steven’s life-changing breakdown

    • The harmful effects of sibling comparison

It has also failed so many people I know. The more that I learn about the problems with conventional medicine, the more grateful I am for my incredible functional medicine doctor, Dr. Lekkos.

Today on The Platform, we talk about:

The Woman Who Got My Ass Off The Couch | with Dr. Patti Fletcher Nov 19, 2018
    Show notes

While I was on leave from work before officially quitting my job this spring, I was reading books, trying to stay connected and be inspired. I read Disrupters by Dr. Patti Fletcher, and I couldn’t put it down. Patti’s ability to explain what women must do to rise to the top is emotional, eye-opening, and humbling. She tells the stories of women we can all see ourselves in, and those we want to emulate.

I was so honored to sit down with such a game changer and talk about how we can all be better for ourselves and use our voices and power for good.

Today on The Platform, we talk about ...

    • How women can help themselves to the top (and support each other along the way)
    • How we’re limiting ourselves from massive success
    • Patti’s spiritual connection with her deceased ancestors, who push her to tell their stories and carry this torch for them
    • Why it’s important to develop your own definition of success
    • How to maintain your feminine grace while being fierce and making powerful change
    • Why impostor syndrome is so prevalent
    • How to create your own sacred tribe

Why Women Belong In Villages | with Paula Mallis Nov 08, 2018
    Show notes

Back in the day, tribes and villages of women raised children together; nothing was done alone. But as time has gone on, we’ve lost this beautiful practice. We’re in a society where we’re expected to have children and families and careers, and to do so independently, perfectly, and Instagram-worthy at all times.

When I found WMN Space, it felt like I was in this time warp: a place where women gather in circle to share, support, hold space, and love. You set intentions, ground in with other women, and help navigate this big life as one.

The creator of this beautiful practice here in LA is Paula Mallis. In our conversation, you’ll hear me talk about her giving off this vibe that she’s done this all before.

    Today on The Platform...

    • How WMN Space was born
    • The incredible gifts of Paula’s experience with motherhood
    • Mothering your inner child
