    The Melissa Ambrosini Show

One of the most loved voices in personal growth and self-improvement, Melissa Ambrosini sits down each week with the people shaping how we live, love, work and heal. Jay Shetty. Gabby Bernstein. Marianne Williamson. Esther Perel. Erin Brockovich. Wim Hof. Lewis Howes. Rich Roll. And more. The teachers, disruptors and world-class experts most of us only get to read about.

Melissa has spent over a decade helping people quiet the inner critic, back themselves and build a life that actually feels like their own. She’s the bestselling author of Mastering Your Mean Girl, Open Wide, PurposeFULL, Comparisonitis and Time Magic, named Australian Business Book and Personal Development Book of the Year in 2023. Elle Magazine called her a self-help guru.

These aren’t surface chats. Melissa goes to the real stuff. The mindset keeping you stuck. The habits that change everything. The health and wellness science behind how you feel, the psychology of relationships, and the courage it takes to want more and go after it.

Part mindset, part manifesting, part masterclass in backing yourself, this is a personal growth podcast for anyone who knows there’s a bigger version of their life waiting.

You’ll leave most episodes seeing something you couldn’t before.

Who are you, really? And what were you put on this planet to do? Some people might spend a lifetime searching for these answers, but a powerful system called Human Design can reveal in *seconds* what it is that makes you tick. In today’s episode, Jenna Zoe — a world-renowned Human Design practitioner — is here to pull back the curtain on this astonishingly accurate system and show us how it can change our lives forever...

Human Design has been called the intersection between science and spirituality. Fusing elements of astrology with other ancient traditions like the Hindu chakras, the Chinese iChing, and Kabbalah's Tree of Life, it’s a life-transforming system to map your true nature and purpose here on earth.

Jenna Zoe is a leading Human Design expert with a unique approach to reading charts and helping people understand themselves on a soul level. She has created a library of online programs which enable people to find a deeper understanding of their type and how it influences their lives. She is also the host of the Reframe with Jenna Zoe podcast (which you should definitely check out!).

I have to admit, my interest in Human Design only sparked at the start of this year. But as soon as I found out my ‘type’, and read the description, I was blown away… this stuff is super accurate, and I can’t wait to incorporate more of it into my life.

So if you want to unlock the truth about the five different ‘types’, understand your unique inner guidance system, and discover the person you were born to be, pop in those earbuds and press play… this episode is for you.
