Today we will be talking to Shanda who is an adult nurse practitioner. She is currently working full-time in a cardiology office and also owns a part-time opioid addiction practice. She recently started a medical cannabis clinic and is now in entrepreneurial mode and is looking to open a new weight loss clinic to add to her “business list.” We discuss how to prioritize tasks in her business and how to focus on income generation. Her goal is financial independence and through building multiple income sources she will get there in no time!
Today we will be talking to Brad who is a family nurse practitioner. Currently he is working full time in an urgent care setting and doing part-time medical cannabis evaluations but is wanting to start a niche side practice of his own. He is thinking he would like to start an IV infusion clinic as there are a lot of outdoor enthusiasts in his area, but he is doing medical cannabis evaluations on the side working for someone else, so why reinvent the wheel? We discuss how he should focus on what he already knows and capitalize it to the max. He is also having difficulties getting ahead financially in his life and we cover how living above your means is the worst thing you can do if you are wanting to reach financial freedom as a nurse practitioner

Additionally, she does aesthetics one day a week on the side to diversify her income. She is having trouble shifting her mindset from being an employee to a business owner. Shifting into the correct mindset is absolutely critical when becoming a successful entrepreneur. We talk about strategies on how to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and how to work ON your business vs. IN your business.
Today we will be talking to Stacy who is a psych nurse practitioner that is on the path to financial freedom. She is working an amazing job earning a very healthy salary. She is wanting to open side a side hustle to stack on top of her salary so she can accelerate her financial position. We discuss how she can leverage her position and her knowledge to build a financial fortress that will put her into a position where she could easily retire in 5-10 years. We also discuss how she can now take her foot off the peddle some so she can begin enjoying the money she is making because she has worked so hard over the past 20 years.
Today we will be talking to Amanda who operates a successful functional medicine practice where she is also offering aesthetic services. Her practice is doing amazingly well, but she lacks free time. We find out that she is working more IN her business vs. working ON her business. While she is making an amazing income in a short amount of time, she has done so by sacrificing a lot of her free time. We discover that she needs to learn how to delegate tasks to others and how to develop systems so she can develop a strong passive income that will set her free. She recently started a side hustle providing women’s health services and hormone replacement therapy. Business has been on the slow side, and she is having difficulty gaining traction in her new practice as she continues to work full-time. Cassie talks about how she started her aesthetics practice and how she has gone all in to grow it to its full potential. She is wanting assistance with the process of building a large telemedicine practice that connects nurses in need to psychiatric nurse practitioners. She has identified a specific target market where she is going to provide a specific service to which means she will succeed. We create a plan to help her turn this vision into a realty and cover the processes necessary to get there.
Today we will be talking to Dianne who is a family and psych nurse practitioner. She is working fulltime at a telepsych practice and is in the process of starting her own practice. She is needing assistance managing her time during the start up process and how to grow her practice the correct way from the start. Dianne has all the resources she needs to start her practice but we find out that procrastination, analysis paralysis, and issues prioritizing tasks during the start up process are what’s preventing her from getting started.
Today we will be talking to Laura who is a nurse practitioner that recently started an IV hydration business approximately 6 months ago. She decided to quit her full-time job to plunge 100% into her part-time practice. She is needing assistance with growing her practice so she can eventually replace the salary she had in her previous job. One of the most important aspects of this episode is that we talk about the need to take a risk to get a successful business up and running.
