She is wanting to start her own thyroid optimization and weight loss clinic delivering it via telemedicine. She is needing assistance turning her idea into a reality. We talk about how to build a successful telemedicine business and why marketing is so important when delivering care digitally.
Today we will be talking to Jenn who is a family nurse practitioner. Currently she is working as a cardiology nurse practitioner but is going to be leaving her job soon to focus on her business. She started an aesthetics practice 2 years ago and also recently started a weight loss practice. Today we will be talking to Sean who is a chiropractor and recently became a family nurse practitioner. He has been operating a chiropractic office for the last 14 years and became a nurse practitioner so he could add additional services to his practice. He is needing assistance with developing the cash service line of his practice and wants to integrate men’s health, IV infusion, and weight loss services into his established practice. We discover that a business is never a “set it and leave it” type of activity. We discuss about how you must always be working ON your business and develop a mindset of growth which requires you to never be content with your business.
Today we will be talking to Nick who is a family and acute care nurse practitioner. Currently he is working full-time at an urgent care. He recently started a concierge wellness practice but is needing help obtaining more patients. We discuss various marketing strategies and how to improve the workflow of his practice. What we find out is that he just needs to make a few small changes to his established practice to increase patient volume. We figure out what the “hole” is in his business and discuss how to how to fill and fix it so he can build a profitable and successful practice.
Today we will be talking to Sam who is a pediatric nurse practitioner. Currently she is working in multiple settings but recently started a side hustle focused on mobile pediatric dermatology. She is needing assistance on developing this hybrid telemed/mobile practice including content creation, marketing, and how to be efficient with mobile visits. We discuss the importance of organic traffic and SEO and how it is critically important for you to make it as easy as possible for patients to find your practice!
Today we will be talking to Erica who is a family nurse practitioner. Currently she works hospice and also teaches part-time. She started an aesthetics practice recently and is in talks to partner with other practices. She is needing assistance on how to navigate partnerships and how to grow her business. This is an interesting episode as the first half of the episode was with her prior to the partnership meeting and we followed up 4 weeks later to finish the episode! We discover that partnerships that do not value your worth are bad news. Additionally, she discovers that starting a practice is a roller coaster of emotions and events, but if you continue to push forward, you can succeed!
Today we will be talking to Chris who is a family nurse practitioner. Currently he is working as a travel RN as he is making a great income doing this on the side. He recently started a men’s health practice and while it is doing well overall, he is wanting to grow his practice and to integrate more services into it. We discover that it does not take thousands of patients to have a profitable side hustle and that if you can create a practice with just 100 patients, you will have a profitable practice. But if you want to grow past that, it takes a different approach.
