    Show notes

Today I’m chatting with Danielle Peazer, professional dancer, personal trainer and fitness influencer. Danielle has danced on stage with some of the biggest names in entertainment, and has gone on to become one of the biggest fitness influencers in the world. What I love about her is her refreshing take on health and fitness: no quick ‘fixes’, moderation, and a sustainable method that makes your body feel good. Her method is rooted in dance and the kind of training that professional dancers do, but it’s for everyone. Short, digestible workouts that you can do at home or on-the-go.

Our chat goes over her background as a dancer, how she launched her method, how to train like a dancer, why she’s totally against drastic weight loss, and so much more.

And now, Maria’s releasing her second book, How To Make It Happen.

Maria dishes the dirt on everything from having the idea, to finding the right manufacturer, to getting noticed by celebrities, to the tipping point.
