    In this episode, Emy and Gabi discuss making time for sex with Nicole Herdocia-Oria, RMFT. They dig in deep around intimacy issues, including stopping to make time for sex. The more time we make time not only for the relationship but also for ourselves, the stress around the relationship also reduces.

    They also discuss lingerie and body image. They discuss how sometimes having sex feels like hard work. Emy adds changing your negative thoughts around it to more positive thinking around it and focusing on the benefits of it instead by looking forward to the sex rather than just focusing on the scheduling.

    Vicki explains the difference between showing up to other people and for other people. They further discuss how the responsibility of creating boundaries falls on each of us. Others can't do it for us.

    They also discuss the importance of just sitting alone and not feel that we constantly have to be doing something.

    In this episode, Lucia discusses her spiritual path from the time she was a toddler to the adult she is today.

    She discusses with Emy and Gabi her journey questioning her faith. She shows us how through curiosity, she has come around to the beliefs she has today.

    Lucia also talks about her experiences in attending spiritual retreats. She explains how retreats give her the time and space to focus on herself and her faith that, in the day-to-day, she doesn't have. Lucia attends spiritual retreats every six months to keep her faith strong and alive.

    Gabi and Emy also share their experience in their spirituality and faith. Lucia adds that she has great conversations with people with a variety of spiritual beliefs which also opens her up to be curious.

    In this episode, Courtney Waugh, LMFT, a former athlete herself, discusses athletes' high-level performance and mindset. She explains what happens mentally to athletes when they are no longer playing. She discusses how they feel disconnected in life and the necessity of having a plan B. Courtney further explains how you can be someone who not only loves the game but enjoys playing it for fun. She also discusses the mental difference between the high-performance player and the one that plays for fun. They also discuss the importance of their clients checking in with themselves on time off, sleep, going out with friends.

Does your relationship have a strong foundation and good bones and is the problem only paint peeling or is the foundation cracked? Throughout this podcast, they compare the foundation of a house to relationships.

    They also talk about how it's important to leave time between relationships to create the space to heal.
