    Normalizing Therapy Oct 14, 2019

For this episode we did something a little different. One of our clients, Jessica, volunteered to be on this podcast. She wants to "normalize therapy" as she puts it. She feels therapy is something everyone should do.

Jessica, sat with Gabriela Reyes (Gabi), The Counseling Corner co-host and a therapist herself here at Coral Gables Counseling Center. Being on both ends of therapy, Gabi has conducted a wonderful and fun, yes fun, interview with Jessica, as they explore therapy.

If you've ever been on the fence whether to see a therapist or not, this episode is for you. It's an honest look inside the therapy room from both a client and a therapist perspective.

    Enjoy!
