    065 Three FAILED Experiments I Ran in 2022 Feb 27, 2023
    Show notes

You KNOW I love a good experiment, but did you know I LOVE when experiments flop?!

That's right. I find it SO insanely valuable when something I try in my business doesn't work.

"Kelly, that's crazy! Why do you love failed experiments?"

    I'll tell you *exactly* why.

Because once I know something doesn't work, it moves out of my brain forever.

I don't have to wonder or stress about it anymore.

It takes up no space in my consciousness.

And I get one step closer to the thing that DOES work!

I ran a lot of experiments in 2022. Some of them worked beautifully.

Some of them were a total BUST!

In this episode, I'm spilling the tea on 3 experiments that flopped, along with my biggest takeaways and learnings from each.

    You'll learn:

    • What happened when I cleared out my inactive Instagram followers
    • What happened when I introduced something my audience was begging me for
    • What happened when I introduced something my audience NEVER asked for

I hope you'll listen to this episode if:

    • You'd love to be taking more risks to create bigger results in your business
    • You're nervous about trying new things due to the fear of "failure"
    • You'd like to cut down on the time you take to make bold decisions
    • You'd love to watch me fall flat on my face

I'd love to hear your biggest takeaways from this episode, and hear about an experiment YOU ran last year! Send me a message on Instagram and let me know:

But MOST business owners aren't creating content ASSETS that work for them and continue to bring revenue into the business for years to come…

They're creating content MACHINES that need to be fed every 24-48 hours, or they die.

    In this episode, you'll learn:

063 Is This the REAL Reason You're Afraid to Niche Down? Feb 20, 2023
    Show notes

If you're a soulful entrepreneur on your way to your first 6 figures, I need you to know something:

It will never be harder than it is right now.

I know the journey to your first six figures is a confusing dumpster fire. You don't know what works yet, your brain has no evidence that you're going to be successful, you're overwhelmed by endless advice (most of which you didn't ask for).

It's no surprise that this space between $0 and $100k is where most entrepreneurs give up. It's hard, and it requires serious resilience and commitment.

AND, it's the most f*cking exciting time in your business, because the possibilities are seriously endless!

Though money definitely isn't everything, I can tell you that the moment I crossed the six figure mark, a weight lifted off my shoulders. I felt like anything was possible for me. I felt like I'd hit a benchmark that meant I'd never need to return to a dreaded grey cubicle.

SO, I want you to make your first (or next) six figures with as much ease and confidence as possible, starting with this solo episode.

    In this episode, you'll learn:

    • Two insanely simple concepts that would have helped me reach 6 figures faster had I known them sooner
    • Why you don't need viral growth to build a successful business
    • The fine line between building and burning the brand you're working so hard to create
    • What it takes to actually build a brand that resonates, changes lives, and lasts
    • How to make sure your visibility strategies are supporting your goals
    • The biggest mistake I made that burned my brand in the first 2 years of business
    • How to identify "the thing" you need to be known for
    • How to know whether or not you should niche down further
    • The sneaky fears and limiting beliefs that might be hiding under your resistance to niching down
    • The 3 unexpected things that happened to me when I resisted niching down

I'm SO excited to watch you take these tips and fly fearlessly toward your first (or next!) six figures.

Pssst… ready for your next level of visibility so you can reach the RIGHT audience by the thousands (without having to build that audience yourself?) It's time to get you guesting on podcasts to explode your brand, magnetize soul-aligned clients and customers, and boost your bottom line.

I'd love for you to download my free digital guide: 7 strategies to find aligned podcasts to guest on. This guide will help you build a powerhouse pitch list of 30 incredible podcasts in under an hour!
