**The Age Grouper: Triathlon Podcast**

This is The Age Grouper Triathlon and Multisport Podcast. Join Jeff and Eric, two regular 30-34 year old triathletes from the heart of the Midwest, in the kind of conversation that only age-groupers can appreciate. We explore the everyday issues that we face as swimmers, cyclists, and runners. If you’re part of any age-group, you’ve found the right podcast!

Eric and I begin with an overview of our training and racing so far for 2011, then we follow up on the freebie magazine subscriptions we've been getting, and then add a little to the "what bike to buy" discussion. The ladies add their 2 cents about a few women's triathlon issues and much more. It's just a great popcorn episode!
