Stop Wanting Him Back & Find Someone Better

Heartbreak coach, Claire Byrne, breaks down exactly how you can finally STOP wanting your ex back on this podcast that is unlike any other heartbreak podcast out there!

Heartbreak is messy, painful and overwhelmingly daunting at times, but it can also be the gateway to embark on a new journey beyond your wildest dreams if you LET it. You will laugh, you will cry, and have your own mind BLOWN, by how POSSIBLE it will be for you to THRIVE from heartbreak, versus barely survive.

After years of enduring toxic relationships, and being at a loss on how to navigate through the pain, Claire is now dedicated to helping other women like her, not only STOP wanting him back, but become the best version of themselves, BECAUSE of the heartbreak.

PLEASE NOTE: Claire refers to her exes and the listener’s ex as a “he,” based on her own personal experience as a heterosexual female, but this work can be applied to ANYONE going through heartbreak. ALL genders and sexual orientations are encouraged to listen and apply Claire’s tools into their own lives!

    Show notes

I have shared on this podcast before that I am a number six on the enneagram, I have an anxious attachment style, and I’m an Aquarius. I believe that it is important to understand who we are, some of the labels that apply to us, so that we can then understand how it impacts our dating lives, and our entire lives! That is why I’ve created this mini-series about what it’s like to be an empath and look at how it shaped our heartbreak, and what it means about how we show up in our dating and love lives. In this episode, let’s explore what it means to be an empath and the 15 signs you may be one.

This is the exact type of thing I help my clients understand about themselves in my group coaching program, Stop Wanting Him Back and Find Someone Better. It’s a one year program that includes three calls a week. Plus, you have access to over 60 videos of how to achieve the three results of stopping wanting Mr. or Ms. Wrong back, falling in love with yourself on a deep level that you never would have if you hadn’t gone through this heartache, and you will find someone better. Are My Feelings Valid Or Am I Being Dramatic? Jul 26, 2021
    Show notes

It’s no secret that I am a fiery, Irish woman. Even from my infancy, there are well-known family stories that they would have to tip-toe around me so that I wouldn’t wake up kicking and screaming. As an adult, I’ve been told that I am too dramatic and over the top. But when my gaslighting, narcissistic sociopath ex started saying the same thing, I began to really doubt myself.

This is the exact topic that was brought up on a recent group coaching call with a client in my program, Stop Wanting Him Back and Find Someone Better. In working with this client, we have been cleaning up some stories from her emotionally abusive ex, and one of the remnants of his abuse left her unable to determine if her feelings were valid or not. In this episode, I share with you how to break it down and determine what your feelings are and how to have your own back through the process of figuring it out.

    Topics In This Episode

    • Sometimes Mr. Right comes before we are fully prepared
    • It takes time to get to know someone. And if this your Mr. or Ms. Right, then what’s the rush?
    • Fear of getting hurt again in your next or current relationship
    • Are your feelings valid or are you being dramatic? You get to decide.
    • The power of group coaching
    • Looking at the source of your shame and blame
    • Different ways self-doubt can show up
    • Taking ownership of your feelings

If you are finding yourself struggling and really wanting to take this work to the next level, I invite you to join Stop Wanting Him Back and Find Someone Better. It’s a one year program that includes three group coaching calls a week. I am so excited to have another guest on the show again this week, my dear client Emily. She came to me for one-on-one coaching after the end of her divorce when she was ready to find her Mr. Right. She is now a member of my group coaching program, Stop Wanting Him Back and Find Someone Better. I wanted to bring her on because since we have worked together, I have coached her through two heartbreaks, and I know that she is on the precipice of finding love.

In our conversation, I ask Emily to share with you her dating experiences so that you can hear how together we determined exactly what her work would be. We talk about thought work, when it’s working, when it’s not, and how to know the difference. And we also discuss her relationship with money and not indulging our victim stories.

If you are wanting results like Emily and really want to take this work to the next level, I invite you to join Stop Wanting Him Back and Find Someone Better. You guys are in for such a treat today because I have another bestie from my mastermind on the podcast with us today, Lindsey Mango. She is a fellow life coach and she has a program called Anything But Average, where she helps people create their own coaching businesses. She teaches them to have an anything but average life so that they have the confidence to create that in their business.

I wanted to bring Lindsey on the podcast because I believe that creating a result, no matter what it is, from healing your heart, reaching a health goal, or growing your business, is all about how you think, feel, and behave to get there. How we show up in one area of our life is how we show up in all areas of our life, and Lindsey is an amazing example of upleveled living and really creating the life you want and calling in Mr. Right.

    I STILL Give A F*&% About Him! Jul 05, 2021
    Show notes

Let’s talk about time, and how long it takes to get closure and be able to move on from Mr. or Ms. Wrong. I recently had a client tell me she was really frustrated because even though she is in a new relationship and she knows that her ex is not her Mr. Right, she said to me, “But I still give a fuck about him.” If this sounds familiar, I want you to reflect on two things: why does it matter, and who cares? In this episode, I explain why the closure you seek won’t actually make anything better, how to create the closure you need, and how to give yourself compassion so that you can begin the healing that is necessary in order to truly stop wanting Mr. or Ms. Wrong back and find someone better.

If you are finding yourself stuck and really wanting to take this work to the next level, I invite you to join Stop Wanting Him Back and Find Someone Better. What If I Make The Same Mistake? Jun 14, 2021
    Show notes

Recently a client in my group program, Stop Wanting Him Back and Find Someone Better, was reflecting on some of her past relationships and came to the call asking the question, “But what if I make the same mistake?” When we look at the people we have attracted in our past, it can be so easy to be fearful that we will keep repeating the same pattern because that is all that we have known. Throughout my 30s I definitely experienced my fair share of heartbreak, but I wouldn’t call them mistakes. In this episode, let’s examine our mistakes and really learn how to shift the way we think about them, so that we can use them to serve us in our journey to heal our hearts and find someone better.

From Man Children to MAN Jun 07, 2021
    Show notes

I am so excited to share this special episode with you! Back in November I had a client come on the podcast and share what it was like to have worked together for the three months I had been her coach, at that time. In that episode, Taking A Dump On Your Love Story, I talked about how important it was to take off the rose-colored glasses and really evaluate and assess your past relationships for what they truly were, not what we wished they would be. I highly recommend you go back and listen to that episode to hear how important it is to take those relationships off of a pedestal, and to hear how committed Leanne was to the work, even before she found Mr. Right. You can find that episode at: https://clairetheheartbreakcoach.com/podcast/2020/11/23/taking-a-dump-on-your-love-story

In this episode, Leanne is back! For a little bit of a spoiler, through our time together and the work that Leanne has invested in herself and in her relationship, she has called in the love of her life! I wanted to bring her back on the podcast so that she could share with you some of the challenges she has faced from November to now, how she got coached through tough dating experiences, and why she continues to get coached in the group program, even now when she has found the love of her life.

If you are looking for a transformation such as the one Leanne experienced, I highly recommend you apply to my one year group coaching program, which is the same name as this podcast, Stop Wanting Him Back and Find Someone Better. In this episode you hear Leanne talk about just how life changing this work has been, not only for her dating life, but for other aspects of her life, such as her relationship with herself and her body. I know this work works, and I can’t wait to see you in there. To learn more, go to https://course.clairetheheartbreakcoach.com/. Or if you have any questions, email me. hello@clairetheheartbreakcoach.com

And if you keep wanting that same love, you will find it again. But my loves, you are worthy, deserving, and capable of creating something so much more.

I’m not going to lie to you. Doing this work and breaking the beliefs that you have is painful, but it is worth it and you can do it. This is the exact thing that I guide and teach my clients in my group course, Stop Wanting Him Back and Find Someone Better.
