Stop Wanting Him Back & Find Someone Better

Heartbreak coach, Claire Byrne, breaks down exactly how you can finally STOP wanting your ex back on this podcast that is unlike any other heartbreak podcast out there!

Heartbreak is messy, painful and overwhelmingly daunting at times, but it can also be the gateway to embark on a new journey beyond your wildest dreams if you LET it. You will laugh, you will cry, and have your own mind BLOWN, by how POSSIBLE it will be for you to THRIVE from heartbreak, versus barely survive.

After years of enduring toxic relationships, and being at a loss on how to navigate through the pain, Claire is now dedicated to helping other women like her, not only STOP wanting him back, but become the best version of themselves, BECAUSE of the heartbreak.

PLEASE NOTE: Claire refers to her exes and the listener’s ex as a “he,” based on her own personal experience as a heterosexual female, but this work can be applied to ANYONE going through heartbreak. ALL genders and sexual orientations are encouraged to listen and apply Claire’s tools into their own lives!

Picture this. You’re out with friends, or you’re at an event, and there’s a chance you might see your ex. If you’re like my client, you might be freaking out, wondering what you would say to him, or maybe you even want to confront him so you can get the closure you feel like you need in order to move on. But what if you didn’t? What if you didn’t need his feedback in order to stop wanting him back? Focusing on this is actually keeping your person that much further away. Let’s unpack your thoughts around closure and feedback from someone that isn’t your person, and how you can move on without it.

She Found Someone Better Oct 11, 2021
    Show notes

I have such an awesome conversation to share with you today. My bestie and holistic health coach Jamie McKeowen is back! She has been a guest before where we have talked about what to eat on a broken heart, dating apps, and she has even helped me answer some of your questions. But today, we are talking about her and how she called love in.

It was about this time last year when I was working on creating my course - which is now available in my group coaching program, Stop Wanting Him Back and Find Someone Better - and Jamie was instrumental in helping me create the videos in the program. In this conversation, Jamie shares how the work and the coaching I was doing helped her to identify where she wanted to make some changes in her love life to be ready for her person, and how she then created that result! Jamie has now been in an amazing relationship for eight months, and I am just so thrilled for her and what she has created.

If you are ready to find your person like Jamie did, then I invite you to join my group coaching program, Stop Wanting Him Back and Find Someone Better. It’s a one year program where I coach you through the three results of stopping wanting Mr. or Ms. Wrong Back, falling in love with you, and finding someone better. When You're NOT Ready To Call Him In Oct 04, 2021
    Show notes

I hope all of my listeners listen closely to this episode, even if you don’t think it’s for you! This was a theme for some of my clients and consult calls this week; women who really believed they were ready to date, and it was clear to me that they really were not. We all have human brains which have limiting beliefs that keep us stuck in mind drama, and keep our person further away. This is where the beauty of coaching comes into play! In this episode, I share how I coached one of my clients on her mind drama, what it feels like when you create and believe new thoughts that serve you, and how you can become the upleveled woman that is ready to date and find her person.

If you are ready to clean up your heart in a different way, then I invite you to join my group coaching program, Stop Wanting Him Back and Find Someone Better. It’s a one year program where I coach you through the three results of stopping wanting Mr. or Ms. Wrong Back, falling in love with you, and finding someone better. • You may not be ready to find your person, but that doesn’t necessarily mean you have to stop dating
    • Wanting your person is not the same as being ready for them
    • Being stuck in the drama isn’t serving you and isn’t helping you
    • Getting coached even when you aren’t going on dates
    • If it feels like you are forcing guys to go on dates

Diagnosing Your Unavailability Sep 27, 2021
    Show notes

“I just keep attracting unavailable men. This is just my pattern. This is what I do.” This is something I hear from my clients quite often and I coach them to be able to identify where they are being unavailable in their own lives to themselves and those around them. However, in today’s episode I want to take a bit of a different approach. What if, instead of thinking about the unavailable partners you attract and trying to diagnose where they’re coming from, you just said no and didn’t make it a problem? Holding on to this story that it’s just who you are, isn’t serving you. So let’s unpack it so that you can find your Mr. Right.

This is the exact type of thing I help my clients understand about themselves in my group coaching program, Stop Wanting Him Back and Find Someone Better. It’s a one year program that includes three calls a week. Plus, you have access to over 60 videos of how to achieve the three results of stopping wanting Mr. or Ms. Wrong back, falling in love with yourself on a deep level that you never would have if you hadn’t gone through this heartache, and you will find someone better. Clean Urgency On Finding Love Sep 13, 2021
    Show notes

Why are you wanting to find love, and are you doing everything you can to create that result? I was recently talking with my dear friend and coaching colleague Danielle Savory, and we were talking about our own lack of urgency. I shared this with my group coaching clients and they were a little surprised to hear that sometimes I get comfortable, and I get complacent. But it’s true! Sometimes, when we create amazing results, like healing our hearts, we may find ourselves sitting back and resting in that, and we lose our steam for creating more results for ourselves.

In this episode, I share with you how to light that fire for yourself and remind you why you should keep working to create the result of finding your person. We also talk about clean versus dirty urgency, the thoughts you may be thinking from a place of dirty urgency, and what it looks like when you are thinking clean urgent thoughts that inspire action, to create results.

If this sounds like you and you are fired up to find your Mr. or Ms. Right, I want to invite you to take part in my upcoming webinar, How To Find Your Person. The Literal Price I Paid For Love Aug 30, 2021
    Show notes

It honestly makes me a little emotional when I think about the role that coaching has played in my business, my love life, and my entire life. When I began working with my business coach Stacey in June 2018, I was all in on growing my business, and I did! I created amazing results, built a life that I loved, and created a belief man plan in order to call in Mr. Right.

I hear from people about the price of coaching and the reasons they give for not going all in on healing their hearts and finding Mr. or Ms. Right. In this episode, I share with you my willingness and commitment I had to finding my person and how I invested in creating the ideal relationship I have with the love of my life.

It all begins with hiring a coach, and I know I am the best coach to help you heal your heart, deepen your relationship with yourself, and to help you find the partner of your dreams. Part Three: Empath Life In Search For Love Aug 23, 2021
    Show notes

Empaths feel all the feels, and they feel them more and feel them harder than other people. This episode is a part 3 in my 3-part series on being an empath, and how that plays a role when it comes to how we operate, how we move through heartbreak, and how we approach our dating lives. In part 1 I explored what it meant to be an empath. You can find that episode here: https://clairetheheartbreakcoach.com/podcast/2021/8/9/part-one-empath-life-in-romantic-relationships. And in part 2, I talked about ways you can approach and move through heartbreak as an empath. You can find part 2 here: https://clairetheheartbreakcoach.com/podcast/2021/8/16/part-two-empath-life-during-heartbreak

One of the great things about being an empath is that we get to experience really high highs in our lives, including when we date! And because of this, it can lead to us not setting and holding boundaries, and even diving in too soon with people we don’t really know that well. As I said in episode 2, I’m not telling you to not be an empath, I want to help you manage those feelings and not act from them. So in this episode, let’s look at what it’s like to be an empath in your dating life and ways to call in your Mr. or Ms. Right.

    Topics In This Episode

    • 10 things you can do to navigate your dating life and looking for love as an empath.
    • A bonus in your dating life as an empath
    • The overwhelm of dating and intimacy for empaths
    • Slowing down and taking your time is key
    • Location is key! Finding and planning dates where you can be comfortable
    • Signs they are reciprocating the care and time you give them
    • Advocating for yourself when you find yourself over-giving
    • The right person for you will honor your boundaries and will see spending time with you as a privilege
