Slam the Gavel welcomes Vesta Spivakovsky, a journalist, columnist, television and radio host - faced a problem that became a very real disaster, but remains invisible to most citizens of the country. In 2010, her ex-husband took upon himself to forever alienate her from her daughter.
This book is not just an authorial confession. Its task is to bring the problem of family kidnapping and PAS (Parental Alienation Syndrome) into the field of public discussion. It is dedicated to parents who are in a similar situation but do not despair and do not give up. And also to all those who care about it at the legislative, social, and personal level.
"Family kidnapping" in Russia not only shown a considerable hole in the legislation but became a full-on disaster, invisible to most citizens of the country. The lack of reaction of the legislation forced Vesta to make public, her personal tragedy in order to again force the government to pay attention to the lack of existing legal mechanisms in resolving family conflicts.
According to international human rights organizations in Russia, between forty-seven and fifty-five thousand minor children disappear every year. "Family kidnapping" in Russia is still not regulated at the legislative level and is discouraged as a topic of discussion in the current political environment.

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Attorney Ingrid Irwin from Ballarat, Victoria, Australia. The last time she was on the show was November 16th, 2021, Season 2, Episode #130. In this podcast we discussed her book, Nolle Prosequi in, which was published in 2020. The title of the book means "do not prosecute." This is a call to action and critically assesses the latest developments in the law in this area from 2018 to present day. This book is published under her name Ingrid Irwin.
Attorney Irwin stressed the importance of sexual assault victims/victims of rape to have THEIR OWN ATTORNEY. The Prosecution in a Criminal Case IS NOT THE VICTIM'S ATTORNEY. This must be made clear at the very beginning that the crime takes place. The victim should not go to the police, but to retain an attorney first. This would save the victim from repetitious re-traumatizing of the incident.
With two books written, Attorney Irwin is very passionate about victims getting justice the correct way and that is that they have THEIR OWN ATTORNEY.

Laura Thomason: Counselor and Advocate For At Risk Youth Suffering Through The Foster Care System Nov 23, 2021

Slam the Gavel welcomes Laura Thomason, a grandmother of two children in the Foster Care System. Laura is an Advocate and Counselor for at risk youth and wants to see Foster Care reform.
Laura would also like to see the Family Forward Act Implemented and accountability. She is also questioning what happened to the 974 children that have "gone missing" in the Missouri Foster Care System in 2019. There are no answers.
Only seeing her grandchildren twice since March of 2020, Laura explained how they got into the situation of Foster Care and the abuse that has taken place. No parent or grandparent is immune to these profiteering systems, such as CPS, that remove children from fit and loving parents as well as extended family members and place them in Foster Care.
Laura is concerned for the welfare of those placed in Foster Care as they are put on psychotropic medications and then shuffled through the system.

Jeni Lynn Speaks Out On Being A Pro Se And A Protective Parent Nov 22, 2021

Slam The Gavel welcomes Jeni Dees. She is a protective mother fighting to protect her 3 children from abuse and her 10 year old against sexual assaults perpetrated by the ex's step son who is almost 18.
When Jeni reported this as EVERY parent should if their child reports it to them, she was hit with 7 false charges by Sgt David Galbraith of Westminster PD. These charges only came because Westminster PD was in a federal lawsuit that Jeni brought against them for false arrest and for being assaulted by them. The federal judge had just ruled WestminsterPD had NO indifference for Jeni's life as they ripped her g-tube out and ripped her shoulder out causing 2 surgeries.
The Court used Jeni's children as pawns and ALLOWED the rapes to continue even after Jeni was found NOT GUILTY by a Jury of twelve.
Jeni has been hit with gags and multiple ProtectionOrder's for using her voice and exposing every coward behind her children's hell.
The FBI is now investigating after 8 yrs of protecting the judge, now a Justice on Colorado's highest court, William Hood who kidnapped her child under the color of law.

Slam the Gavel welcomes back author Vincent McGovern to discuss why Mothers are not faring well in the adversarial Family Court System. He further explained that the mother's are very honest and forthright of their opinion and/or not prepared to play the game and therefore the outcome is disasterous.
What Mother's do not understand is that a vindictive party/Father sets the tone and scene well in advance in preparing to ambush the Target Parent/Mother.
The result of when a child is taken away from a loving, fit parent is a disturbed thought process in that child that will affect them years later, create mental illness and they will then have difficulty in future normal relationships.
There is a Transition Phase, Switching and Splitting that will take place and this is explained in the podcast along with Mothers/parents being powerless against the false narrative that is entertained in the secretive Family Courtroom.
Vincent McGovern explained why Shared Parenting is not working and how it is disastrous for children when Family Court is involved as it is an adversarial system and this is also elaborated in the podcast.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Attorney Ingrid Irwin, 48 years old and a former Catholic. She is from Ballarat, Victoria, Australia, the pedophilic epicenter of Australia, which compares to Boston in the movie, "Spotlight."
Attorney Irwin has been a lawyer since 1999, working in family violence, child protection, family law, civil law including sex assault survivors suing perpetrators for personal injury and intervention orders.
She has also represented clergy sex abuse clients in the Australian Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse (CSA). Attorney Irwin has acted for police complainants who alleged they were abused by Cardinal Pell and the bulk of her practice has involved acting for women and children in Family Law and family violence matters (where most of the victims are female because the violence if definitely gendered).
At present Attorney Irwin is currently an Activist/Advocate to the plight of brave victims of sexual assault who report to police. However, the system is in a SHAMEFUL STATE OF DISREPAIR despite NUMEROUS Government Apologies, Redress Schemes, Inquiries, and Royal Commissions into family violence and child sexual assault.

Patrick C. Beebe, PhD. Explains The Term Fawning/Appeasement Behaviors After Trauma Nov 12, 2021

Slam the Gavel welcomes Dr. Patrick C. Beebe , PhD. in General Psychology with an expertise in Parental Alienation. He had studied and researched Parental Alienation since the early 1990's.
Patrick was last on the show July 27th, 2021 Season #2, Episode 75.
Being a Navy Veteran, Dr. Beebe has experienced this first hand and the devastating effects of what a High Conflict divorce can do to a career, a new marriage/relationship, a person's health and to one's self-worth.
In the show we discusses appeasement behaviors after trauma and what exactly what "fawning" is and how it evolves from Parental Alienation. Fawning is a survival response to threatening treatment toward the child by the Custodial/Alienating Parent. What the response eventually turns into, is that the child becomes a "people pleaser." From there as they enter into adulthood, they now cannot think for themselves. This is not to be confused with the "freeze" response where the child puts on a flat affect and doesn't let anything bother them.
Children learn from the parent. From there this is how they will treat their friends, spouse and co-workers. Fawning is to be immediately recognized and brought to the attention of the attorneys, CPS and courts. Fawning is a form of child abuse causing the child to fear the Target Parent and to avoid further abuse, essentially collapse and die inside.
This was a highly informative podcast not to be missed.

Saving Fatherhood seeks to glorify God by serving victims of broken families. We help Father's and families apply Biblical principles to family challenges including but not limited to separation, divorce, parental alienation, and any situation caused by, made worse by, or could be prevented by avoiding family court. To make this goal a reality we promote our Podcast, Private Counseling / Discipleship and Group Bible Study for Divorced and Alienated Dads. Additionally, we participate in local and national political groups that seek to prevent family court tragedies thru legislation. Organized in 2017 Saving Fatherhood seeks to serve the body in three ways using Education, Advocacy and Ministry.

To that end Saving Fatherhood hosts regular podcasts that include interviews with Family Rights activists who are experts in Parental Alienation, Psychologists***, Counselors, Politicians, Clergy, anyone who can shine light on the problem of Fatherlessness and help explain why and how broken families are struggling today.

Advocacy – Being an agent of change, promoting groups that fight for political change at the State and Federal Level that will give parents more access to their children. In NJ we have worked with the Family Advocate Network Political Action Committee whose primary aim has been a shared parenting bill. (www.fanpacnj.org) In Pennsylvania we have participated in thePennsylvania Commission on Greater Father Family Involvement and at the national level we have worked with Mark Ludwig’s organization known as AFESP, Americans for Equal Shared Parenting. We would like to be involved in several other groups.

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Elaine Mickman, author of Court-Gate....the Courts "Divorced from the Law". E-BOOK FREE TODAY PROMOTION
A lot to be learned from this podcast: Guardianship within Divorce, Collateral and Judicial Immunity and Hobbs Act as well as other case law that applies to Child Support.
After 8 1/2 yrs. of litigation, the Court never divided the marital assets and only divided Elaine's family. All appeals, including those from orders that proved fraud, were denied. The Court exploited Elaine and her family, and stripped Elaine of everything she had and left her destitute to perish as well as near homeless with minor children. The court then ordered-away her Constitutional Rights to silence Elaine and censor her case, and cover-up the indisputable scandal of which bureaucrats and officials used her case to defraud the Federal Government in violation of Federal Regulations, Codes, the Title IV-D Contract, the Constitution, the Supremacy Clause, and a litany of Pennsylvania and US Criminal Statutes. The court essentially ERASED Elaine and her case.
