Slam the Gavel welcomes Jareth Mansfield, Chairman of The Rose Knight Foundation, Non-Profit Organization. The Rose Knight Foundation is a small charity looking to make a big impact against poverty and child/human trafficking. The foundation is committed to seeing the end to both issues and do not believe it should exist in such prevalence.
The Rose Knight Foundation started off the back of Jareth's own charitable works with primary schools in Kampala, Uganda. This began in 2020 with himself and the help of some other donations in a just giving account. They managed to renovate the school's roof and pay for the grounds to be maintained as well as food for the children.
At present time, The Rose Knight Foundation has six trustees, a couple of volunteers and over 10 NGO's it supports. They are now feeding between 300- 500 plus children monthly.
The Rose Knight Foundation works predominantly in Uganda, although they recognize their services are a necessity in every country in the world, with varying levels of presence.
The foundation has trustees in the UK, Australia, America and New Zealand. They are fervently and consistently looking to fight poverty and child/human trafficking.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Laurie Smith, LMSW to the show. She has been practicing social work for 18 years and is well versed in multiple modalities, theories and evidence-based practices. Her work has continuously involved working with marginalized populations. Her passion is working with Trauma Survivors (individuals, providers and systems ), through offering self-guided, self-paced journeys that point towards Harnessing the Power of Our Own Internal GPS, Wielding Our Survival Skills and Building Armor Strategically to improve Quality of Life, Effectiveness and Sustainability for all and dig into our Birthright to Our Power and Joy.
What has impacted her work the most is her own Trauma Transformations and Utilization of Universal Laws in everyday life.
Excellent, impressive information given to us by Laurie regarding trauma, families marked by trauma including PTSD. There needs to be Trauma Informed Education so this does not affect future generations.

Kenneth Gottfried, Author: The FBI Doesn't Care About Your Rights Being Violated Nor Your Children Being Abused Nov 03, 2021

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Kenneth Gottfried. He was last on the show in September 21st Season 2, Episode #108/Child Abusers Wear Black Robes and on October 6th, Season 2, Episode 113 APA Fighting To Abuse Children. This is a highly important episode that every American should be aware of.
Kenneth talked about how he learned about Shared Persecutory Delusions and how it evolves. "The look in your child's eyes," Kenneth questions, 'why is my child is doing this?" Falling into the psychology of this, Kenneth found that the child is fighting, "I love and miss you and now I have to grieve the loss of you." This is child psychological abuse at it's finest, as an alienator uses fear and hate to instill in their own child to hate the loving, Target Parent. In order for the child to stay safe emotionally/physically the child begins to cut the Target Parent out of their lives.
All suffer; parent and child. This causes CPTSD, PTSD, Cognitive functions become disrupted and no one understands this until they themselves go through it. Kenneth states when working with other parents, be kind and patient because the worse thing you could do is be curt and nasty to that Target Parent. Some of these parents may be suicidal. Kenneth reinforces, "be kind and understanding."
The sad part is that the Target Parent's own family have no concept of what their loved ones are going through and do not understand losing a child to Parental Alienation and yet they are alive and walking around and hating that Target Parent. Always be kind.
Kenneth encourages parents to have rallies in front of courthouses and create awareness to this global problem that is inflicted on the Alienated Parent as well as their emotionally abused child given to an abuse at the hands of a corrupt judge.

Marita Murphy, Australia, Challenges The Statute Of Limitations Regarding Child Sexual Abuse Oct 29, 2021

Slam the Gavel welcomes Marita Murphy from Ballarat, Melbourne, Australia on to the show. Marita shared her story of being a sexual abuse victim in Melbourne at the age of seven back in 1968 by two young men twice her age.
Marita explained that her mother had fallen ill and went to live with friends of the family. That is when the incident occurred. However, the adults Marita was staying with at the time found out because after a week to ten days, she spoke up about these strangers at the dinner table.
For over four decades, Marita coped in sadness, silence and anger. She was determined to revisit this incident when she became emotionally stronger and an adult.
There is so much to Marita's story and it is highlighted in the now well documented and subject of a self produced documentary titled, "You Be The Judge," the Marita Murphy story now online and found on YouTube. It is a MUST SEE.
But her story takes a definite twist, and not in Marita's favor. As a consequence of pretty much following "Due Process," she became the first test case in Victoria Australia challenging the Statute of Limitations laws, and sadly failing.
Marita Murphy has used "horse therapy," to get her through her emotions of sadness and anger. As she evolved, and at the age of 15, she became licensed in 1976 at the Victoria Racing Club. She is also a very strong advocate and warrior for children of child sexual abuse.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Michael Sayen back on the show to discuss how Parens Patriae interferes with the school districts controlling the parents rights over their children. The discussion continues on the Best Interest of the Child and how that supersedes Parental Rights and how this is in fact destroying not only our nation, but the world as a whole.
Michael explains how the 14th Amendment and Federal Courts are entwined with their decisions over The People. The kids for cash scheme is alive and well and working hand in hand with the school districts. Parens Patriae allowed for the the government to gain control over our children. Children are property of the state, leaving parents with no Due Process rights. Perhaps children are better off in private schools or even home schooled.
This is an in-depth discussion on the direct attack on Christianity and families via Family Court, school districts and CPS. A fascinating discussion not to be missed for sure on this episode of Slam the Gavel.

Heidi Weber, Whistleblower: Challenged Again Oct 24, 2021

Slam the Gavel welcomes Heidi back on the show. She was last on in Season #1, Episode 17.
Heidi is back on to discuss her ongoing CPS case and how far she has come. She also discusses how she trusted CPS and explained that the Deputy Sheriff has a very important recording. There was no proper investigation. Heidi was asking for counseling services for her and her family and CPS did nothing. This case has been going on since 2020.
Heidi has a fifteen-year career as a dual board-certified medical assistant practitioner, working directly with physicians in five different specialties. She then moved into her teaching skills in the college/university realm. She was honored as a Faculty Member of the Year and then quickly promoted to Corporate Network Program Dean of 1800 students across 25 campuses in several states for a large "For Profit/Proprietary" school network. She soon started seeing several disturbing patterns, that she had seen before, only now at all campuses.
Heidi is credited as being the first whistleblower in Higher Education to win a 7 day jury trial agains a large "For Profit" College/University chain.
She has spoke in the halls of Congress more than once, called to testify in court proceedings, and her story was the season one finale of CBS WHISTLEBLOWER WITH (JUDGE) ALEX FERRER.

PART FOUR: Monica Griego Discusses How The Effects Of Her CYFD And Court Case Has Upon Her Children Oct 23, 2021

Slam the Gavel welcomes Monica back on the show. Monica walks us through her journey of now dealing with her children back in Foster Care. She explained her one daughter is Autistic and that it would be better for her children to be home with her. Monica states that Foster Care is not a home as her children don't know when they are coming or going. "Foster Care profits over pain," Monica explained.
Monica also discussed how the GAL in the case, wants it to continue when it could have closed months ago. This is time wasted with her children
Monica encourages parents to read and educate themselves in the law when dealing with CPS. She explains that it is a parent's right to video and take pictures, read the treatment plans thoroughly and call the Governor's Office if parents can't get the ahold of the treatment plan. Don't give up on your children, Monica encourages and that Autistic children need help and a routine, however the courts are treating them as a child with no learning deficits and judges and lawyers need to understand this.
What concerns Monica is that when her children are returned to her from Foster Care there needs to be agencies to help with the transition from being exposed in Foster Care to returning to their forever home with their parents.

Vincent McGovern, Author, Discusses Parental Alienation Oct 22, 2021

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Vincent McGovern, Author, who was last on Slam the Gavel in Season 2, Episode 107 to discuss Parental Alienation. We discussed how the term is loosely thrown around in the family court system so one parent can gain advantage over another. However, it is the child that pays dearly.
Discussing statistics, Vincent states that Mothers obtain custody 95% in the UK, however Fathers obtain custody in 95% in Nigeria. How rare it is that a judge recognizes Parental Alienation for what it actually is and how it is being used among personality disorders in the courtroom. It is indeed the state that controls the destiny of the child and parents do not realize this until they set foot into a courtroom.
Between a custody battle and poverty playing it's role, it then creates an avalanche effect and that's where mother's lose out. It is the, "win or take all," mentality in an adversarial court system designed to destroy families.
Vincent discusses how judges are not making decisions nor enforcing the orders and there is no regulation or inspection on outcomes of these cases.
Vincent also discussed "perverted chauvinism," that literally force mothers into making false allegations. More to come in our next podcast in November!

Vincent discusses how shared parenting is not viewed the same in the US as in the UK. He states he is not a Father's Rights Activist, but an activist for the rights of the children as children are the first to be weaponized in the family court system. Once a parent is targeted they will lose the most because they are either too honest and not aware of how the system was designed. The excellent conversation on his book was very insightful and informative. It is a must read.

Michaela is one of the Co-Founders of the Family Law Assistance Franchise, which is a growing band of a new breed of legal practitioners who help people represent themselves in the family courts, using a mix of legal knowledge and coaching techniques.
Her background as a Master Coach and Hypnotherapist, as well as being an NLP and Hypnosis Trainer, means she has all the tools to help clients manage their mindset and anxiety and put themselves in the best possible position to win their case in Family Court.
The emotional and physical toll is the cost of going through a divorce, especially when it involves children. The Family Law Assistance helps people navigate through Family Court with all the emotional and physical demands while being the helping hand to help their clients have a voice in court.
Michaela finds that once parents represent themselves in court, they never go back to having a barrister/attorney and they also got on to have blossoming careers. Court is a "process," and Michaela emphasizes this. Michaela also gives excellent tips for parents going through the court process and how important it is to have a support system. What she is finding is that these unresolved issues are following generations.
Is the Court Order worth the paper it is written on? Courts don't enforce these orders leaving parents frustrated, however, parents have to learn to live their life alongside their court life.
Michaela encourages parents to look after themselves and take care of themselves so they can be healthy; emotionally and physically when their children need them to be at their best.

Janice talks about how to be your own press and what free the Grand Jury is and what that entails. Telling her own story, Janice explains how she came to put up the website, Judicialpedia.com.
The four branches of the government, Janice explains, are the Executive Branch, Legislative, Judiciary and the Grand Jury. Many turn a blind eye to the corruption that goes on around us, but the Grand Jury indicts, giving power for the people to expose the corruption. Judges need to be held ACCOUNTABLE. Jurisdiction and Venue are very important as well and Janice further explains that.
