Slam the Gavel welcomes Bill Edgett from Grandbay, New Brunswick, Canada back on the show to talk about his Documentary Film, "Parental Alienation and the Family Court System." This documentary will be forthcoming very soon to YouTube. Six individual cases as well as Bill's own case will be highlighted.
In this documentary, professionals will be on discussing how parents alienate their children from the other parent, the parent's story, and especially the patterns of alienation.
Bill discusses what Persecutory Delusions are and how the Alienating Parent streams a false narrative about the Target Parent while recruiting flying monkeys that include, the police, physicians, psychologists as well as close friends.
All of these behaviors are so damaging to a child at any age. Bill emphasizes that the patterns must be looked at closely of the Alienating Parent. Judges and psychologists must be educated to see these patterns of behaviors and act in the best interest of not only the child but the Target parent as well.

Great discussion on what happens when the leading organization for psychology, The American Psychological Association, blatantly ignores child abuse more horrific than sexual and physical abuses combined. The APA has made a deal with the devil a long time ago.

Sybil Cummin, MA, LPC, ACS Discusses Being A Professional Counselor Specializing In Working With Survivors Of Domestic Violence Oct 05, 2021

Slam the Gavel welcomes Sybil Cummin on to the show. Sybil is a licensed professional counselor and approved clinical supervisor running a small group private counseling practice in Arvada, Colorado. She specializes in working with victims and survivors of domestic violence and narcissistic abuse including the youngest child witnesses to the abuse.
Sybil has created a training website for training other mental health professionals on working with survivors including how to assess and safety plan, how to assess for domestic violence in couples therapy and how to support victims and survivors when they are dealing with all aspects of the legal system. Sybil has provided several online trainings for a continuing education program for social workers as well.
In order to close the gaps in support for survivors of narcissistic abuse, Sybil has recently launched a new online coaching program called Rising Beyond Power and Control. Members have access to virtual trainings, a safe online forum for connection, interviews with other experts, small group coaching sessions and individual coaching sessions. The focus in this program is helping women manage post separation abuse and heal from their abusive relationships.
Sybil emphasizes that there is hope for parents and children throughout this process and rising beyond.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Tina Fumo and her book, soon coming out the end of October called, "Fancy Prison."
It is a memoir, plea and to advocate for innocent children all in one. Tina thinks ALL children are beautiful and DESERVE the utmost attention, energy and care. It comes on the heels of, yet another multi-million dollar, wasteful government election and Tina feels Canadians have had enough.
Rather than wallow in anger over the government's short-comings, Tina's book is a call to action to solidify what is already so positive and so loving about Canada and to move forward as one, with their children and family by their sides.
Tina describes a one-sided, rigged system and how it breeds confusion and perpetuates lies. Families are denied Due Process and their Human Rights are abused and Tina states that sensitive family matters DO NOT belong in Family Court.

Elaine Mickman, Author, Unleashes The Corrupt Extortion Tactics Throughout Family Court Oct 02, 2021

Slam the Gavel welcomes Elaine Mickman, author, from a suburb of Philadelphia in Montgomery County, PA. She is an Allied Health college graduate, but her life-career has been a full-time Mother to five children and Domestic Manager.
After 21 yrs. of marriage, she was blindsided when her ex-husband deserted the whole family without warning and filed for divorce about four months later.
She found myself trapped in a sinister, draconian, and eroded court system where not one court order was based on fact or law which accurately describes her book title: Court-Gate....the Courts "Divorced from the Law".
After 8 1/2 yrs. of litigation, the Court never divided the marital assets and only divided Elaine's family. All appeals, including those from orders that proved fraud, were denied. The Court exploited Elaine and her family, and stripped Elaine of everything she had and left her destitute to perish as well as near homeless with minor children. The court then ordered-away her Constitutional Rights to silence Elaine and censor her case, and cover-up the indisputable scandal of which bureaucrats and officials used her case to defraud the Federal Government in violation of Federal Regulations, Codes, the Title IV-D Contract, the Constitution, the Supremacy Clause, and a litany of Pennsylvania and US Criminal Statutes. The court essentially ERASED Elaine and her case.

Kara Witkowski Of Chicago IL, Mother Of James Ryker Biel, Seeks JUSTICE FOR JAMES Oct 01, 2021

Slam the Gavel has a very amazing Mother on the show, Kara Witkowski, from Chicago, Illinois. She is the Mother of James Ryker Biel and has been not only seeking justice but being a voice for James and his suspicious murder.
With Kara's stamina in this case, she has proved to be a champion for demanding JUSTICE for her son. There has been so much collusion surrounding this case. There has been so much deceit in RAILROADING this Mother.
JUSTICE needs to be brought forth as she also has a darling daughter, Sasha to think of and to protect as well.
Kara was chastised by the corrupt Family Court system for trying to protect her children from an abuser, who not only abused Kara, but pulled the Parental Alienation card in the courtroom to obtain custody of the two children ages one and three years old.
What enfolded next was an egregious act of violence upon a one year-old little boy. The system colluded and failed Kara, James and Sasha via Guardian ad Litems, DCFS, Attorneys, and Judges.

Slam the Gavel welcomes author Kenneth Gottfried. We did an over all discussion regarding the three books he has written. Excellent conversation regarding his book, Killing Judges: The Upcoming Massacre of Family Court Judges, Corruption in the Court. We discussed how judges rule to give children to the abuser and how this is affecting the children and creating Parental Alienation and mental health disorders. Much needed Protests must happen.
In his book, “Victim, How the American Psychological Association Kills Parents, abuses Children and Grows Their Base,” Kenneth describes what really happens when the leading organization for psychology ignores child abuse more horrific than sexual and psychical abuses combined. Vincent McGovern, Author, Discusses How Shared Parenting Is Not What You Think And Is Not Happening In The United Kingdom Sep 17, 2021

Vincent McGovern, Author of, "The War on Dads and Children," is based on having obtained 5 Ombudsman Investigations, 3 were Parliamentary Ombudsman, and also quite pivotal in procuring the first ever investigation by the European Union Commission into the 'Systemic Failings in the UK Family Court process.'
Also Vincent is the Chair of two branches of the UK 's largest shared parenting charity Families Need Fathers, Central and North London. In this capacity he sees over 900 attendees per year pre Covid, somewhat less via Zoom.
Below is his 2020 presentation to the ICMI 20 Conference on YouTube. His views are his own, and he doesn't speak for the charity.
Vincent discusses how shared parenting is not viewed the same in the US as in the UK. He states he is not a Father's Rights Activist, but an activist for the rights of the children as children are the first to be weaponized in the family court system. Once a parent is targeted they will lose the most because they are either too honest and not aware of how the system was designed. The excellent conversation on his book was very insightful and informative. It is a must read.

Jillian Coburn, Author, Participated In The Passing Of Bill 492 And Is A Survivor Turned Thriver Sep 16, 2021

Jillian Coburn is an entrepreneur, two-time published author, advocate, inventor of the MOMMYGOBAG, outdoorswoman, and mother of three.
Jillian Coburn is passionately committed to supporting and elevating women who often have nowhere to turn. A survivor herself, Jillian helps other women living with abuse, teaching them how to get out, heal and build a better life.
Jillian is a co-owner of NOLA Prestige Electric, a women/minority/disabled veteran based contracting company.
Jillian was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of SCSA, where the entire board unanimously voted for her to ascend to the Chairman of the Board for SCSA. She also sits as the VP of Women's Support Programs. She also was on a committee, where she and her colleagues triumphed, passing Bill 492, allowing victims of Childhood Sexual Abuse to have their day in court. Now, in its final form, the Statue of Limitations has been completely eliminated, and there is a three year retro (look-back window), which now covers all survivors and victims. Here next states to conquer will be Texas and Michigan. Her dream is to have all states follow the new trend of eliminating the Statue of Limitations for Childhood Survivors.
Energetic and involved in speaking and outreach, Jillian continues striving women/men in situations of domestic violence to get out safely. She also has been working with victims of the Boy Scouts of America Victims, Human Trafficking Victims, and those who need to escape, but empower them to pursue the life they’d always imagined. Healing, listening, and providing tools is her expertise. Jillian spends her time on the lake or at home creating new books. She is readily involved with TAASA, ETT Women,Women Warriors Group, and is readily involved in her children's lives. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her kids. Jillian lives and works in Lago Vista, Texas with her husband and three children.

Mary Bush Discusses The Loss Of Her Mother Through A Fraudulent Guardianship And There Is No Judicial Accountability Sep 14, 2021

Mary Bush received no Due Process in a fraudulent Guardianship case that lasted well over 12 years involving her beloved mother, Genevieve. Mary goes in-depth about the guardianship that destroyed her mother's well-being and inalienable rights.
Advance directives or wills do not matter, even if they are notarized. Guardianships are unconstitutional acts upon vulnerable persons where inalienable rights are not transferable.
In Season two, Episode 100 Attorney Barbara Stone talked about the destruction of Guardianships as well as Dr. Sheila Owens-Collins in Season two, Episode 51. Mary will tell us this all began in 2004 when Mary's father died of a stroke and the two sons took control over the estate.
Putting their own mother into a nursing home (where they freely called Mary's mother a "cash cow"), they then began to take control over the monies. Next they cut off all communication with Mary Bush and she was purposely kept away from her own mother. Mary Bush was even threatened while in the nursing home trying to protect her mother. Her mother unfortunately died in the nursing home followed by several "coincidences," which Mary finds suspicious. Mary wasn't even allowed to see her at the funeral home. Mary's mother was just dumped into an unmarked grave. This is a disgrace.
When Mary Bush went Pro Se and made a record which holds the evidence, the courts then began to create a false narrative saying that Mary's mother had Alzheimers. The judge on the case did not even lay eyes on her mother to make a proper decision and that started in 2011.
Turning the tables on Mary Bush, she then became the Respondent, abused and harassed. Slam the Gavel welcomes Mary Bush to tell her story so that this deplorable incident will not befall others.
