Slam the Gavel welcomes Patriot Parents. Mom has severe PTSD as a result of the Psychological Trauma and Psychopsema perpetrated against her and her family.
DFPS is a Cartel. as they ransom our children by strong arming parents with statements such as,: “All you have to do is complete the family plan and you’ll see your children again.” CPS is a Cartel because they collect the “inventory.”
The “Inventory” being The People’s children. They have a link to their adoption page which shows pictures of all the children “available/eligible for adoption.” We call this “eBabies for Adoption.” Ladies and Gentlemen, they market our children and this is where the SCAM comes in. Truth be told, it is the judges who are the traffickers as they have the ultimate say. CPS just solicits the children and puts them on the market for profit to sell to the highest bidder.
Let it be known that The People’s children are not paychecks, cash cows, or means of profit. If any untitled citizen were to do this, they would rightfully be punished to the fullest extent of the law. What is exempting DFPS/CPS from facing the ramifications of these said crimes? I have an answer for you. . . The commit their crimes under the guise of “Best Interest of The Child,” “Crystal Ball theories,” and “Erring on the side of caution.” We are asking you to join us in bringing awareness to the child trafficking within the Unconstitutional Agencies charged with “protecting Children & Families.” Please join us on our mission to save children and families from ALL facets of the child trafficking industry. Time to cut down the trees that do NOT bear fruit.
It is time for all of us to be heard and to bring awareness to the trafficking and incentivized violation to the 4th and 14th Amendments of The US Constitution DFPS and Family Court poses to The American Families. DFPS is the Family Service/Welfare Program that houses CPS here in Texas. However, the foster system is a nationwide, and on a much larger scale, Global Child Trafficking Industry.

Attorney Connie Reguli Speaks Out About Social Media Being A Threat To The Establishment Jun 28, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Attorney Connie Reguli. Attorney Reguli was last on the show Season #2, Episode #98 and Season #3, Episode 63.
Attorney Reguli has been an attorney for 27 years. She is the mother of three adopted children and knows first hand how challenging the Family Court can be, both legally and emotionally. Using her personal and professional experience to guide clients through their case, Attorney Reguli cares about what is happening to these families and children inside the courtrooms.
Today we focused on how Attorney Reguli's case has morphed into a criticism of public expression on Social Media to the events that had occurred in her case with Miss Hancock. This case has gone on since 2018. We discussed that the judge cannot re-write the LAW. Apparently the judge wanted Attorney Connie to admit she was wrong. Attorney Connie is standing by the truth. This judge took the language out of the law that would have required them to produce an order of VISITATION which is all Custodial Interference is all about.
The judge had several issues with this case that we discussed as well. We discussed Amber Alerts and Social Media as well as theFirst Amendment Right of Free Speech. Attorney Connie explained the case and that the jury was not aware that the judge changed the law three years after the fact nor was she allowed to testify. There was a lot the jury didn't get to hear.
Unfortunately, removing Connie has caused 30 families to be stranded without an attorney to help them get their children out of DCS involvement.
Attorney Connie will be returning to Slam the Gavel in the future.

He also brings a BA in Business Administration to the Presidency and CEO of America and Canadian Rights Watch, a human rights defense organizations that provide various logistics consultations, legal referrals and mental health services to citizens.
We discussed how questionable statements of known liars works people into compliance through fear and control. We also talked about the book/movie "The Stand," by Steven King as well as, "Bradshaw On: The Family: A New Way of Creating Solid Self-Esteem," by John Bradshaw (on Amazon). "For Your Own Good, The Hidden Cruelty in Child-Rearing and The Roots of Violence,” by Alice Miller (on Amazon) which George highly recommends.
George Roche also states that society has been divided and alienated from all it's people, they want us to hate each other and fight and want us in chaos as much as possible because those distractions keep us preoccupied and unaware of what's coming on the heels of our ignorance, which is the NWO. Rick Black Speaks Out On Guardianship Abuse And The Exploitation Of The Vulnerable Jun 16, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Rick Black to the show. He and his wife established the Center for Estate Administration Reform in 2018
Their headquarters are located in Charlotte, NC and they have been advocating for seniors and dependent adults as well as those exploited by the legal community in equity court proceedings since 2014.
Rick's wife, Terri, lost her father in Las Vegas when she discovered his landlord and longtime friend had stolen $220,000 from him and was systematically exploiting and neglecting him. When confronted with this, his “friend” took him hostage and was able to completely isolate him from all family with the help of a "professional guardian" and three attorneys until he died in 2015. Terri had all the legal authority and executed documents to protect her father and yet law enforcement negligence and the predatory legal community ensured his complete exploitation.
This experience caused Rick to leave his profession as an Engineer and begin studying guardianship files and proceedings in Nevada and nationwide. His research and work with local media and the Nevada Attorney General gained a state wide investigation into adult guardianship abuse.
As of 2020, those efforts have yielded massive statewide reforms and 10 convictions of Nevada attorneys and professional guardians who used guardianships as a cover for their criminal acts. There were two cases in Clark County that went to trial in 2020.
Since 2014 CEAR has investigated and counseled over 5,000 cases nationwide of suspected DPOA, trust, and adult guardianship and probate frauds orchestrated by the predatory legal community.

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Michael Volpe, Investigative Journalist, to discuss the rampant corruption taking place in the Family Court System in the state of Connecticut. Along with it's corruption, Michael explains several cases that have taken place where Parental Alienation is used against a parent to remove children. There is a common pattern where a mother will go back into court for Child Support and the judge will go along with the opposing side of false allegations and Parental Alienation to remove the children from the mother.
Guardian ad Litems continue to make money out of the conflict, parent's and their children's suffering all in order to get a colleague elected for judge. The extreme lengths and far reach of corruption is immeasurable.
Michael also wrote up an Act to be submitted, called The Elaine Pudlowski Act. This would end the reign of rogue Custody Evaluators, Guardian ad Litems' and other third party appointees. Fast-paced and intriguing podcast not to be missed.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Sandra Speer, Ph.D. to the show. Her experience includes having a Ph.D. in Public Safety and 30+ years of experience in the Domestic Violence and Emergency Management industries with research concentrations in abuse, leadership, narcissism, parental Alienation, and interpersonal communication. I am a published author of the book The Remains of Hurricane Katrina, a chapter in the textbook Terrorism Inside America's Borders, and various articles, coupled with having been a broadcaster for 20+ years
Her specialty is investigating CPS/ high conflict divorce cases for origins of abuse, what types are being committed, and communicating as a consultant or as an expert witness to sources within the system to send children to their safe homes.
She assists through every step of a case and have helped many leave wrongful placements, physically abusive situations, grooming to be trafficked, etc.
Our discussion defined Parental Alienation and talked about why it should be viewed as an abuse and what is Parental Alienation Language. Also we discussed why do so many parents find that they are wrongfully accused of Parental Alienation and why Practitioners misunderstand Parental Alienation. It is important to allow yourself to go through recovery to become strong enough to fight the horrendous legal abuse many Narcissists commit.
In closing, Sandra Speer, Ph.D. wanted to say that she is proving that dreams can come true with what she is doing today. As a Legal Advocate, not an attorney, she works with her clients throughout their cases doing whatever it takes to achieve their goals. Because she is not an attorney, there are no legal limits to whom she can approach for assistance. Sandra also helps her clients emotionally become strong enough to fight their abuser without becoming accused of being a Narcissist or Parent Alienator.

Justice For Betty Hayes: The Family Speaks Out As To What Is Really Going On With Their Mother And Inside The Courtroom Jun 13, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Randy Hayes, Cynthia Misfud and Holly Hayes to the show to explain what has happened to their mother who has been placed in a Guardianship through a family member. Their niece had absconded with their mother on May 1, 2021 and Cynthia then filed for guardianship not knowing how corrupt it really is. Her Mother's Guardian ad Litem refused to talk to Cynthia or her brothers and never came to see her home where her mother lived for over two years. This niece had her mother sign a revocation of Cynthia's Power of Attorney after having dementia for 5 years.
However, the niece also notarized it. Now they have been isolated from their mother for over a year now, including 27 family members.
The siblings went to New York State Capital on May 23, 2021 to introduce a new bill called Karilyn's Law that would prevent isolation of family in a guardianship. The niece got personal protection order against the family so she could isolate their mother. She even tried to have Cynthia arrested when she was at the hospital with her son who has a brain condition and had just had a seizure. Cynthia has well over $100,000 in legal fees. Probate court took their mothers $275,000 protected trust and are paying the Guardian ad Litem, court appointed attorney Terry Jordan and the guardian Family Option Services attorney Bruce Rice all from the trust.
A very insightful podcast where a family is spreading the word of what happened to their mother and their hopes for visitation with her.

Attorney Connie Reguli Speaks Out On Silencing The Voice Of Child Welfare Reform And How The Government Used A Fake Felony To Prevent Her Reform Efforts Jun 13, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Attorney Connie Reguli. Attorney Reguli was last on the show Season #2, Episode #98.
Attorney Reguli has been an attorney for 27 years. She is the mother of three adopted children and knows first hand how challenging the Family Court can be, both legally and emotionally. Using her personal and professional experience to guide clients through their case, Attorney Reguli cares about what is happening to these families and children inside the courtrooms.
Attorney Reguli came onto the show to explain how far they have gone to silence her. Reguli has built up a reputation for defending parents against this uncontrollable monster, known as DCS (CPS) that other parent's attorneys will not do.
When Attorney Reguli stood up, they silenced her and kept her from defending other parents. We spoke about Child Welfare and how there are a critical mass of people speaking out and people on the periphery should be paying attention, as they have a false belief in trusting the Government.
Calling Mothers and Fathers drug abusers triggers judges and DCS knows this. Attorney Connie discussed a case she was working on and at the same time decided to run for judge. Simultaneously she was indicted along with her client convicted of a two Felonies and a misdemeanor, ROR and no bond accessory after the fact for custodial interference.
The statute for custodial interference is very specific and written for parents to keep parents from violating parenting plans, visitation and taking a children out of state when there is a custody order and prohibited from doing that. In the indictment they changed the language of the statute as the DA did and the judge did not look this over closely and signed it. The law says 'it's custodial interference to detain a child after the expiration of a lawful period of visitation in violation of a court order,' however it was changed to, 'to detain a child in violation of a court order.' This is a statutory offense There is a lot going on and now Attorney Connie's future is hanging in the balance as her license has been taken away.
Attorney Connie cautions, question everything, the government is taxpayer funded employees and we want to believe in our hearts they will do the right thing. Connie will not be silenced.

Sam Sugar, M.D., Questions: Can America Trust Its Courts? Guardianships From A God's Eye Perspective Jun 08, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Dr. Sam Sugar to the show. He was last on the show Season #3, Episodes33 and 39. He is a medical doctor and a founder and president of Americans Against Abusive Probate Guardianship. This is an organization designed to help expose the corruption of this nation's guardianship systems.
Dr. Sugar received his M.D. from the Abraham Lincoln College of Medicine at the University of Illinois, Chicago. He also achieved certification as a specialist in internal medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine and was distinguished as a fellow of the American College of Physicians.
He has served as the director for managed care at Evanston/Northwestern Healthcare. Dr. Sugar has also taught at both Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine and the Chicago Medical School.
In 2014, after experiencing the horrors of guardianship firsthand, Dr. Sugar teamed up to create the Americans Against Abusive Probate Guardianship.
We talked about the impact and ripple effects of an abusive Guardianship that are emotionally, spiritually, financially and physically devastating to future generations. Guardianships prey on peoples naïveté and we talked about the deception. There are no checks and balances and no oversight nor accountability. Unfortunately the judges and the probate litigators all work together behind the scene; power and money is now woven into the fabric of this nation. Equity courts have been going on since 1939 with no JURY and no RULES OF PROCEDURE. This cannot be fixed, hopefully future generations can replace it with something better, however IT COULD BE YOU NEXT......
