Slam the Gavel welcomes back Attorney Bobby Chacon. Last on the show Season, 2 Episode 102. Attorney Chacon has been a career federal law enforcement professional with over 27 years of experience. With a varied career profile including complex criminal investigation, international deployments as well as underwater forensic training. A proven effective team leader, Attorney Chacon has led teams with missions around the globe including going into Iraq in 2005 and 2006.
Being a Certified Police Instructor and FBI Adjunct Professor Program, Attorney Chacon has helped establish and develop the FBI's underwater forensic program from its beginning to its current state and developed the FBI's Underwater Forensic Training Program.
In 2015 Attorney Chacon became the technical advisor on Criminal Minds Beyond Borders, then for season 14 of Criminal Minds, where he also became a writer's consultant. Attorney Chacon then co-wrote an episode of season 15 of Criminal Minds. He has also worked on a series for HBO and ABC.
This was such an interesting podcast on not only cases discussed but how the system evaluates people as to whether they may self harm or harm others and how Mental Health carries a stigma. Perhaps there should be facilities set up to help people prior to tragedies happening; in schools children should be learning meditation and empathy and other ways to deal with trauma. We discussed the "Psychopath Gene," and what that entails as well as harmful Guardianships.

Claire Wirth Discusses: Abusive Judge, Ongoing Legal Abuse And A Mother Unjustly Imprisoned May 24, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Claire Wirth, former Kentucky Congressional Candidate to discuss a National breaking Story regarding a Stephanie Russell, a Mother and much loved pediatrician who was driven to SNAP due to the corrupt justice system in Jefferson, Louisville, Kentucky.
In Judge Denise Brown's biased courtroom many things have taken place that should never happen to ANY parent. The case with Stephanie Russell is that she had two children in vitro and married a wealthy man. When things did not go well, Stephanie divorced him and off to court they went into a custody battle and family court FAILURE. The judge gave the ex-husband HER children that weren't even HIS. Stephanie Russell also had to pay him child support on her OWN children and she had said that the judge told her to put his name on one of the children's birth certificate. She also feared that the judge would force her to sign over her retirement to her ex. To make matters worse, Stephanie had to pay hundreds of dollars for visitation to see her own children. Threats came as well, notes found on her car. Stephanie has NO family members to lean on. Then the unimaginable happened last week that made the national news.

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Steven Wade, Family Law Specialist from Wales, United Kingdom. Last on the show, Season 2, Episode 92, Steven Wade is one of the co-founders of the Family Law Assistance Franchise, a total of five around the UK. The Family Law Assistance Franchise is a growing band of a new breed of legal practitioners who help people represent themselves in the family courts using a mix of legal knowledge and coaching techniques .
We talked about false allegations as well as the current US case involving celebrities and how in the UK the burden of proof is in the balance of probability. We discussed the Order of Finding of Fact Hearings and what that entails for parents. Allegations have become less common and now are titled: "concerns." Great discussion on the reform of family law and how hostility is not in the Child's Best Interest. The family unit has changed throughout the years and we talked about how 'blood is not thicker than water' anymore. When there is a false allegation, a person can lose siblings as well as other close family members.
Steven Wade encourages not to give up as you will regret it, and Parental Alienation is the hardest thing a person can deal with. Steven mentions to write letters and postcards and put them in a box, because one day if the child returns, they will know that you were always thinking of them.

Single Mother Of Three Tells Her Story: It Can Happen To You, And What You Can Do About IT May 16, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes a Mother of three girls who became entangled in a CPS conspiracy involving the police and corrupt CPS caseworkers and her battle started in 2010. However, it ramped up in 2015 when her children went to visit their father for the weekend and were never returned.
This Mother was met with a Direct Indictment where there is no Due Process and no interview. She tells her story and how the conflict grew and how it scaled back and describes corrupt CPS caseworkers and attorneys. "Not all judges are bad," Mother states.
She states that she is reunited with her three but the TRAUMA is still there. She says that in-depth prayer has gotten her through this whole ordeal and how effective prayer was and still is.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Amy Betts to the show. She is a protective mom, parent advocate, and the President of Aidiley's - a non-profit in North Carolina. Aidileys works to improve the quality of life for women and their families. Amy is striving to be the change that she wants to see.
We discussed the legal abuses and the abuse of the power within theFamily court corruption that perpetuates years of generational trauma as well as unlawful ex-parte communication that takes place on a routine basis. There are also fraudulent charges to keep the litigation going and in turn keeps the family law attorney's money flowing. Another topic was how complaints and lawsuits are ignored and judges unlawfully appointing those that contribute to their judge campaigns.
Excellent and intense conversation and Amy will be back on the show after the Rally in Washington DC on the 21st.

We talked about the importance of communication and future plans of visiting NYC with his daughter and how their relationship has become deeper. Enjoying each other’s company with longer conversations than before, they are both looking forward to the future and their upcoming trip to the USA.

William Dubree, Ph.D., Speaks Out On The Failings Of The Family Court And The Learning Theory May 10, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes William Dubree, Ph.D. on to the show. Dr. Dubree is a Project Developer, Learning Theory Applications to Human Behavior, Visionary and teacher.
Dr. Dubree saw the importance of blending the fields of economics, behavioral psychology, healthcare and other sciences in developing a critical understanding and definition of the productive and well adaptive human operating in a complex social environment.
Dr. Dubree has spent a 50 year career working in experimental psychology with special focus on the Learning Theory applications to behavior. His work in Quality of Life resulted in an expansion of the understandings in Learning Theory, especially the constructions of theoretical evolutionary models that explained the roots of the unaffected motivational drive systems in human behavior. His career has concentrated on large scale planning of Quality of Life projects and extensive research.
As an experimental psychologist, Dr. Dubree specialized in the observation and measurement of behavior. Learning Theory spawned behavior solutions that worked in addressing even pathological behavior such as parental child abuse.
Over the last 4 years, Dr. Dubree shifted his work to address the global epidemic of families destroyed by abusive parents where the insouciance of the Family Courts has become an ENABLER. Using his experimental background, he has crafted solutions to the victims of Parental Alienation through the lens of directive behavioral strategies, which recognize the pathology quickly and implement procedures that are both intuitively reasoned and we now know are effective modifiers that remove the victims from the experience field that caused and maintained the aberrant alienation influenced behaviors.

Ben Tomes, Author, MMA Coach Discusses When Celebrity Stories Translate Into REAL LIFE And Borders And Boundaries May 06, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Ben Tomes to the show. He is an award-winning wrestling and mixed martial arts coach as well as an author of the Confessions of the Unmedicated Mind series and an alienated parent.
At age 49, he recently made the 2nd oldest debut MMA fight ever as part of an upcoming book and documentary about parental alienation entitled Proxy War. Ben discussed his time in Family Court along with a Guardian Ad Litem who did not function appropriately in her job capacity. The Family Court battle is decided before it get started.
Ben explained how the alienation began not only in the beginning but throughout his children's lives, even before his daughter was born and the groundwork was laid long before he and his future wife had married.
Consistent patterns continued even after his marriage. It seems that Empaths find themselves to be intercepted by Narcissists and other Personality Disorders. There is hidden trauma in families who then cover it up while it perpetuates into Parental Alienation and this evolves, manifesting itself as a child grows up into adulthood.
Ben discussed a case that was very similar to his involving the same Guardian Ad Litem. More to come.
The divorce/family court industry works with the same incestuous spinning wheel with no justice in sight as the rabbit holes reach deep. Parents find themselves railroaded as their case ends up hijacked by money-hungry attorneys, GAL's and caseworkers.

He is one of the few lawyers with an advanced law degree in trial advocacy from Temple Law School. Attorney DeMarco has been a sole practitioner in the Philadelphia five county area for 29 years and has a litigation firm and general practice. He serves as a Judge Pro-Tem for the Court of Common Pleas Court system, a board member for the Justinian Law Society and a mediator.
We discussed how he got involved in making YouTube videos and his continuing Legal Education Course that he produced about Parental Alienation. He also believes in family court reform and would like to see transparency and accountability, eliminate absolute judicial immunity for malicious and corrupt orders, enforce judicial conduct with a non-partisan oversight body. Mark Sowersby, Pastor and Book Author Speaks Out On Forgiveness May 02, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Reverend Mark Sowersby. He is a Pastor, Author, Husband and father. Pastor Sowersby has been married to his wonderful wife Jennifer for 18 years and is the father of four children. Mark has been an ordained minister with Assembly of God for over 25 years and is currently the Pastor of Calvary Community Church in Dudley, MA. Pastor Mark holds a BA in theology from Zion Bible College/Northpoint Bible College.
In 2019 Pastor Mark went through a time of great healing. He began speaking about the experiences of his past and God’s grace and the transformational work of forgiveness in his life. He now speaks about his story through his ministry through his book, Forgiving The Nightmare. His book has been recently endorsed by Mark Batterson, author of The Circle Maker.
Excellent discussion on forgiveness and how in forgiveness there is justice and peace.
When he isn’t serving his congregation and his community through ministry, teaching, and support, you can find him on all the trails and lakes in State of Maine New Hampshire and Upstate New York, spending time with his family.
