Slam the Gavel welcomes Patriot Dad to discuss what it is like to be a father victimized by CPS. The Patriot Parents were last on the show Season 3, Episode 71 and Season 3, Episode 81.
We discussed exactly how CPS works, this is very important for men to hear. CPS works with a main informant, conduct witness tampering and "illusionary promises," this is a promise to get a parent to do something but will not be fulfilled once the parent completed their task. CPS is looking for adoptable children and these children bring in $4,000.00 to $6,000.00. Kids for cash corrupt extortion scheme. And there is so much more in this discussion.
We discussed what courtrooms should look like in regards to which American flag is in that courtroom. If the American flag has no fringe on it, it is a commonwealth court. If the flag has gold/orange fringe on it, it is a Maritime Courtroom where they don'y practice common law.
So much to learn from this podcast from a father's perspective and what to watch for, know your laws of your state and self care during the time you are separated from your children.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Patriot Parents. Patriot Mom back on the show. She and her spouse were last on Season 3, Episode 71.
DFPS is a Cartel. as they ransom our children by strong arming parents with statements such as,: “All you have to do is complete the family plan and you’ll see your children again.” CPS is a Cartel because they collect the “inventory.”
The “Inventory” being The People’s children. They have a link to their adoption page which shows pictures of all the children “available/eligible for adoption.” We call this “eBabies for Adoption.” Ladies and Gentlemen, they market our children and this is where the SCAM comes in. Truth be told, it is the judges who are the traffickers as they have the ultimate say. CPS just solicits the children and puts them on the market for profit to sell to the highest bidder.
We discussed Texas Laws, false accusations as well as ASFA (1997) and the destruction it caused. There is no accountability and no one is safe. Jenny Reimenschneider Speaks Out On The Perils Of Asking For County Assistance Jul 18, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Jenny Reimenschneider , a long-term activist and Montgomery County, PA resident. She comes from a very close-knit, community-service oriented family. The idea that in the year 2022, in the United States, a human being can actually own another human being, is atrocious.
The family has been living the nightmare of having an uninvolved, stranger taking complete control not just of their Mother, but their entire extended family. After unfortunately reaching out to the county looking for assistance, the family suddenly found themselves falsely accused of not properly clothing and feeding their Mother, not taking her to appointments, using her money, and other things that were easily refuted had anyone taken the time to look at.
A County-appointed psychologist spent five or ten minutes with their Mother, without her consent, declared she had dementia. A county-assigned lawyer read the petition written by a county social worker, and took it at face value. The petition was replete with outright falsehoods. A series of people paid by tax payer dollars had decided their Mother needed the “help” of a complete stranger who didn’t know anything about her, and at this point, EIGHT MONTHS LATER still doesn’t.
After attending a hearing with a clearly predetermined outcome, a judge assigned this stranger, whom none of the family had ever met, and who didn’t even speak to their Mother, became the owner of their Mother.
For eight months now, she has endured multiple fractures and head injuries, the situation has caused her to mentally, physically and cognitively decline exponentially, and the county claims they “can’t do anything”.
What Jenny wants everyone to know is that NO ONE should not, under any circumstances ask county agencies for help. Do not under any circumstances allow anyone you care about to become under the control of a “Guardian “. It’s a malicious, dangerous system designed to separate families and take advantage of vulnerable seniors. It’s an unwarranted, unnecessary and harmful arrangement.

Monica Griego Updates Us On Her And Her Daughter's CYFD Case And How Educated Is CPS Jul 16, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Monica Griego from New Mexico back to the show. Monica was last on the show January 8, 2022, Season 2, Episode10, Season 3, Episode #2 and Season 3, Episode 32. She was back on the show to give updates on her daughter's possible adoption. Monica explained that people need to know that family services are either involuntary or voluntary and what that entails. A parent can complete the family services plan, jump through hoops and still not get their child back.
Monica was deprived of seeing her daughters on Mother's Day and her daughter's birthday as well. What was explained by Monica is that CYFD on an adoption tax audit collects $14,900.00 a year per child. Kids for cash. Her children are pulled out of one foster home and put into another. Many children endure this, and they don't know which end is up while suffering abuse. CASA does not have the children's best interest at heart, only PARENTS do.
The children need to be returned to Monica Griego. She is their mother and knows what their special needs are. Monica has a strong belief in God. Monica also informed us of a website called caught.net. It's a website that exposes systemic powers and judges.

Attorney Reguli has been an attorney for 27 years. She is the mother of three adopted children and knows first hand how challenging the Family Court can be, both legally and emotionally. Using her personal and professional experience to guide clients through their case, Attorney Reguli cares about what is happening to these families and children inside the courtrooms.
Social Media is indeed the heart beat for CHANGE in the Family Court System and Attorney Connie has huge concerns she has for families and the the judicial system as Family Court has a hostile narrative for the Target Parent. Children are monetized and humanity is being managed. There are many dysfunctional individuals out there and we have to give people, early on, tools to understand how to pick a spouse, pick a partner, communicate with their boss, develop incentives that work and goals that work and really help them WORK WITH people instead of against them and that's why Social Media is very important.

George Roche Discusses Shared Toxicity Among The Dysfunctional Family Matrix Jul 11, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes George Roche to the show. He was last on the show Season 3, Episode 68. George Roche has a Masters in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Family Systems, Child Development and the various forms of abuse related to Parental Alienation.
He also brings a BA in Business Administration to the Presidency and CEO of America and Canadian Rights Watch, a human rights defense organizations that provide various logistics consultations, legal referrals and mental health services to citizens.
We had a great discussion on shame and guilt and how toxicity is really shared. Children learn to adapt to the way things are being done within the family whether it is broken or not. When a person is unfinished and they have kids, they wind up having the same needs their kids do, so the kids will trigger the developmental stages of the parent. When the child reaches the stage the parent was wounded in, that stage is going to call up the parent's wounds because they won't know what to do. As a child goes through his or her developmental stages they are going to trigger the needs the parent did not get met at each of those stages, specifically infancy, toddler, preschool and school age.
George advises to avoid the adversarial arenas as it's no longer about the children. EXCELLENT discussion not only on the courts, but the psychology of Parental Alienation that happens prior to marriage.

Slam the Gavel welcomes County Attorney Matthew Mills to the show. Matthew was born in Dallas and grew up on the DFW area. He obtained a bachelor's degree at the University of Pittsburgh, a master's degree at Baylor, another master's degree at TCU, and a law degree from Texas A&M Law School.
He and his wife Dina have three children, and they live in Granbury, Texas. After working in private law practice for about nine years, Matt became Hood County Attorney on January 1, 2017. He's currently in his second term as County Attorney after winning reelection in 2020. His office office prosecutes misdemeanors, handles protective orders and mental commitments, and advises the commissioners court, among other duties.
Interesting discussion regarding mask mandates and how the the lockdowns destroyed the small business owners and the economy.

Michael Sayen Explains What The Reversal Of Roe v. Wade Could Mean For Parental Rights Today Jul 06, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Michael Sayen to explain what reversing Roe v Wade could mean to parental rights.
Snap Shot: Roe v Wade was based on privacy rights under the substantive, due process clause of the 14th Amendment. Planned Parenthood v Casey confirmed Roe v Wade prohibiting government interference if the child could not live outside of the womb (fetal viability). It also said that abortion was a “liberty” right under the 14th and 5th Amendment. This was thought to put an “undue burden” on the woman (by the State) to carry a child that she did not want.
However, the court was split 5-4. The main argument was over the constitutionality of Roe v Wade. Although Planned Parenthood v Casey confirmed Roe v Wade, the split decision made it possible for a new case to directly challenge Roe v Wade in the future.
All-in-all, Planned Parenthood v Casey made it harder for the States to interfere with the abortion rights of the woman. Roe v Wade and Planned Parenthood v Casey could be reversed in the summer of 2020.
The question will be over privacy rights, State interference, and the child’s constitutional rights to life. If reversed, this will change how the State looks at their ability to interfere in the private life of its citizens. That means, gay marriages could likely be reversed in the future. What this means to family advocates is that substantive, due process rights really do not exist. That protective barrier that prohibits the State from interfering with how you parent your child. Like; public education, religion, free speech etc… In reality, these rights are unalienable rights guaranteed in the Declaration of Independence.
The bad thing for us is the courts do not look at the Declaration as a legal document. That means, there is no protection for our parental rights should the State want to interfere other than those rights expressly spelled out (enumerated) in the Constitution. Which Justice Scalia in Troxel v Granville (2000) correctly said is “zip.”

Slam the Gavel welcomes Mary Kovacs to the show. She is a retired Department of National Defense NATO Dispatch/Base Security employee overseas for the Military Police and has 41 years of experience with the Canadian Armed Forces.
After a 27 year marriage and while seeking a divorce, Mary was falsely arrested twice. She then became alienated from her three children due to severe Parental Alienation. Now, Mary has become involved in advocating for others and helping others as a parent coordinator, assisting in supervised visits and educating others with Vernon Beck of Canada Court Watch.
Mary is strongly involved in Equal Shared Parenting and has become involved in multiple alienated family groups on and off of Facebook.
"Parental Alienation Is Child Abuse," found on Facebook, is a solution to problem solving group founded by Mary Kovacs which educates alienated parents, grandparents, children and all members involved as an educational tool.
As an Executive Producer of REAL TALK on Parental Alienation and Narcissistic Abuse and on the Andy Marten's Show. Mary is a 45 year survivor. She has interviewed Dr. Jennifer Harmon Ph.D., Dr. Mark Roseman of the Toby Center, Brian Ludmer Law and many others. With Mary's knowledge and expertise she has been a great asset for not others but for her own health which has taken toll while enduring a court battle that has dragged out for 17 years since her divorce.
