Slam the Gavel welcomes Penny L.A. Shepard to the podcast. She was born into
MKULTRA, Project Genesis, subproject Eve in Hollywood, Florida, and used as an asset, agent for her deep state CIA family, who is Joseph Mengele.
Her entire story can be found on her web shepardentertainment.com and she worked in the entertainment industry since she was a child. Penny was trained as an actress, singer and writer. She was tortured by her deep state family of Hitlers, Mengeles and Speers, in their program of MKULTRA, and sex trafficked to the elite, throughout the country and in Hollywood.
In March of 2016 she left her handler husband who was a retired Carlsbad PD officer,
freemason and deep state CIA, working with her brother and the CABAL. She then began
researching and breaking the MKULTRA that her handlers held her under for 58 years.
What happened next was Penny was declared enemy of the state, under James Clapper and made homeless, arrested and thrown into a crazy house for a year. her brother David was murdered in 2007, by order of the CABAL after writing an unpublished book entitled the Whistleblower about Bush, the Vatican and my evil family.
Currently, Penny speaks on behalf of David and all targeted individuals and MKULTRA enslaved. She is an independentinvestigative journalist and whistlebloweron MKULTRA, sex trafficking, CIA blackops and SRA and Satanic Hollywood.

Anonymous Mother Speaks Highly Of Dr. Stephanie Russell And Her Concern For Her Medical Care While Imprisoned Aug 22, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes another Anonymous Mother who has come forward to speak on Dr. Stephaine Russell's (Season 3, Episode 56) behalf. She had met Dr. Stephanie over 10 years ago with her children in tow. This mother has said that Dr. Stephanie is a HUGE part of their family, advocated for kids and is even her first choice to leave her children in Dr. Stephanie's care should anything happen to her or her husband.
As far as this Mother is concerned, Dr. Stephanie Russell can WALK on water. Not only listening to her and her children's concerns, she also helped this Mother as an advocate in the school system several times.
Far more was said in this podcast discussing Dr. Russell's treatment in prison and that this Mother doesn't believe she should be sitting in there and not being looked after appropriately.

Former Attorney, Maureen Meadows Talks About The Judiciary, 3rd Party Actors And How Family Court Treats Families Aug 18, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Maureen Meadows to the podcast. She was actually a family law attorney from 1999-2003, when she left practice to be a full-time homemaker and mother of two.
Her experience as a litigant from 2017 - present in Georgia has given her a first hand experience from the other side of the "perfect storm" of family court corruption and all the players in government and the legal profession supporting it.
Questioning the bias of some judges who may possibly dislike Family Law Litigants while getting angry at the litigant seeking relief was only one of the topics of discussion. Family Court is supposed to be there to protect families, not destroy the family relationships/bond. However it appears that Family Court is there to defame the Target Litigant with the use of false allegations. Families are destroyed every day through the courts.
Maureen discussed that the judges need to take their ethics seriously and judges do not take harsh actions on people for lying in Family Court while the Guardian Ad Litem helps to drag the case out. The judges are not responsive to the best interest of the child. Target parents are losing their children because the judge will not respond as it is between the two parents and this is how they want people going into Family Court. The problem is that everyone has a right to be heard but there is much interference. The GAL is incentivized to not do their job, the police do not take the crimes seriously and the judge is not held accountable.

Attorney Connie Reguli Speaks Out On New Indictment Of Aggravated Perjury And Other Malfeasance Aug 15, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Attorney Connie Reguli. Attorney Reguli was last on the show Season #2, Episode #98 and Season #3, Episode 63 and Season #3, Episode 70, Season #3, Episode 77.
Attorney Reguli has been an attorney for 27 years. She has been a valiant warrior and attorney, now stirring the pot in so far that they have come after her with more criminal charges for defending a client and since then the state has made a new indictment of Aggravated Perjury. This was brought against Attorney Reguli on August 12, 2022.
To manipulate her, they wanted to track all Facebook and Messenger, watching Attorney Connie so closely after her trial in April, while forcing her out of running for the judicial election this is when the judge changed the language of the law in the jury instructions in the past trial. However, that judge recused himself but then sat in on the new indictment in the back of the room in direct line of the new judge ruling on this current indictment..... When does it end? They have kept Attorney Connie on ROR Bond.
The state of Tennessee has historically been known for corruption such as a State Senator taking a bribe, a Sheriff involved selling Cocaine. The issue is they are trying to quiet Attorney Connie, now a Target for exposing the monetization of children and the court corruption as well as detention centers that use hallucinogenic drugs on these new Foster Children.
Attorney Connie recommended that the more we discuss the corruption and expose it for what it is, the more people will be reached and be made aware. This has and will continue to affect multiple generations of children who have been ripped out of homes and if we don't step it up it will become the new norm. This is a grassroots movement, to bring change. The problem is that the Legislation writes the laws and the judges do not follow the law with no ACCOUNTABILITY. Encourage advocacy and be persistent and tell your story, because everyone should be hearing it to bring forth change.

Anonymous Mother Comes Forward To Talk About Her Children In Care Of Dr. Stephanie Russell Aug 09, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes an anonymous mother to speak on behalf of (Season 3, Episode 56) Dr. Russell's treatment and care while in her practice. Mother stated that Dr. Russell went the extra mile to find the answers to her children's medical conditions and was treating the family for nine years. Dr. Russell was available even on weekends and put in long hours treating patients and that her staff was excellent as well, Mother explained. Dr. Stephanie Russell even called physicians out of the state to find the medical answers to their problems and was able to bring answers back to this Mother. This Mother says that she and her children miss Dr. Stephanie Russell tremendously.
She even explained to her children that whatever happened with Dr. Stephanie, remember how she treated you and do not judge. This is very important not to believe everything you hear.

This Family Court horror story actually began 16 years ago and the "one time" in 10 yrs that she sought protection and help from the courts, was actually the last time she saw her only daughter.
Jennifer suffered through the psychological and physiological detriment of Domestic Violence Abuse, Child Sexual Abuse, Systemic Failure, Institutional Betrayal, Multigenerational Trauma while losing all faith and hope in the American legal system.
Do advocacies, "said supports" such as doctors, schools, agencies, legislators, senators, law enforcement; those who profess safety and protection for Victims "do anything tangible" for victims? The answer is no. This is the ultimate Systemic Failure and Institutional Betrayal.

Jay Rosenthal, Child Welfare Consultant And Founder Of CPSprotect Consulting Services Discusses CPS Pitfalls And Reformation Aug 04, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Jay Rosenthal, a Child Welfare Consultant and a former Child Protective Services (CPS) investigator. He explained how he founded CPSprotect Consulting Services, a first of its kind consulting firm designed to help families prepare for and navigate CPS investigations strategically.
Mr. Rosenthal discussed CPS Intrusion vs. Going to Court, how to handle CPS coming to your door and false allegations. He also explained how CPS investigators have qualified immunity and statistics. In 2017, 37.4% kids come in contact with CPS (4 out of 10 children).
Advocates/Activists, Jay Rosenthal explained, are focusing on Title IV-E funding, in some respect they are right but are getting the target wrong. The reasoning for this is Title IV-E of Social Securities act for funding for prevention services and foster care reimbursement through the states. Most states contract out foster care and prevention services to private/non-profit agencies which are contracted by CPS, these are very lucrative, expensive contracts. Because CPS is conducted by the government these contracts are in essence, political. When that happens the agencies that get these contracts, tend to be friends of the officials signing the contract. The way that these contracts are paid for is reimbursement through the government through Title IV-E.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Steve Thomas, Chairman of the Kentucky Society of Professional Investigators and Director of the Kentucky Special Investigative Unit in Louisville, Kentucky.
Mr. Thomas began as a Private Investigator in 1991 and now he is the owner of the company as well as operating as Director of Operations, managing a team of Private Investigators and Process Servers, specializing in insurance fraud, criminal defense, infidelity, child custody and witness location.
We discussed the difference between overt investigations and covert investigations as well as police situations that intertwine with Private Investigation work. He talked about going undercover at the ICE Detention Center for sixty days and what that entailed.
Targeting successful young women has become a "trend," as we discussed in the case of Dr. Stephanie Russell (Season 3, Episode 56 and Season 3, Episode 85). These successful young women are either attorneys or physicians and are easily targeted and called affectionately by these men, "My Retirement Fund." Their relationships last approximately five to ten years and produce two children. What happens next is the beginnings of a nightmare...
Fascinating discussion in the Private Investigation field as Steve Thomas chooses to help children in trouble and those who can't help themselves.

Anonymous Parent and Friend Speaks To Dr. Stephanie Russell's Practice and Character Jul 28, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes a Friend and Parent that has known Dr. Stephanie Russell (Season 3, Episode 56) for over twelve years. She spoke out on how Dr. Russell always took so much time not only with her patients but with the parents as well. Looking back on all the epic Halloween parties where her staff were fully involved and she prepared it a year in advance to make sure no kiddo was left out, but things were changing in her life, she was slowly being broken down.
Not only was Dr. Stephanie Russell by far the best pediatrician around town who her children loved, she was aloud considered a member of the family. The news tells only one side of the story; making this physician out to be a monster, however she is truly an awesome person who never hesitated to help her patients and reassure their parents.
It is truly sad when the Justice System was not there for her when she needed it to perform as it should: FAIRLY. To this day, the Parent stated she would trust her children in Dr. Stephanie's care without worrying about her being anything but compassionate and loving. Bear in mind, there are criminals who are allowed to walk free with much worse charges, allowed to see their children and she is sitting in a cell denied bond.

John Udesen, Pro Se Litigant Father Wins Case Against CPS And Explains What Is Really Going On Jul 23, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes John Udesen to the show. He is a Pro Se Litigant who presented tips on beating CPS outside the courtroom and winning his case in the courtroom.
The advice he gave was to be polite and keep everything documented in emails. John Udesen also discussed what he endured by not giving up on his case after he went Pro Se and got his children back out of foster care and where they belong: HOME.
John also discussed his upcoming meeting with Senator Ben Sasse and the issues with Title IV-E funding. Such courage and stamina John had to win this case is impressive. We also discussed the disappearances of children out of the foster care homes/system and other ways things should be handled.
Great conversation and so much learned in this podcast for any parent that wants to go Pro Se against a corrupt system such as CPS.
