Keisha Daniel Speaks Out On The Retaliation Against Her And How Her Child Prays To See Her Mother Jan 04, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Keisha Daniel back to the podcast. Keisha was last on the podcast November 6th, 2022, Season 3, November 20th, 2022, Episode 148 and Episode 157. Keisha has been going through unspeakable crimes and retaliation in order to silence her in Birmingham, Alabama.
It all started when she was threatened with incarceration by Magistrate A. Teele while getting fingerprints done for her job while at the courthouse. Keisha did not keep quiet about this harassment. This is the story nightmares are made of.
The magistrate threatened her and drove her to the precinct to have her booked and then drove her back to the courthouse and it was in the car he assaulted her. Keisha then spent 131 days incarcerated and kept away from her seven year-old daughter. While imprisoned, at Birmingham City Jail, Keisha was then assaulted by officers, denied medical care afterward along with keeping her sleep deprived. However, her one sister helped her get out of prison and has been helping her since.
Keisha gave updates on the previous podcast to her court date that took place November 15, 2022. She explained that DHR (CPS), immediately wanted to close the case and leave her baby with the other party. Mother only sees her daughter FOUR HOURS a MONTH.
The judge, Judge Summers, handled this case extremely fairly as he now wants Keisha to present her evidence.
Keisha states she is writing three books about her experience of being jailed and others trying to label her as "crazy." However, now the judge wants to listen and this is a tremendous ray of hope, not only for Keisha but others as well. Keisha's next court date is January 24th, 2023 and Slam the Gavel will be speaking to her afterwards.

Deborah Hunter Speaks Out On Her Son's Case: CPS RACISM at its FINEST Jan 03, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Deborah Hunter from Oklahoma to the podcast as she talks about her son's journey with Alicia and their baby Miles, who was born at 32 weeks. Their baby was absconded by CPS shortly after Alicia's passing from a brief illness. Miles was then legally kidnapped, taken away from the Father, and put into Foster Care. On several occasions when the Father has gone for 'visitation,' Miles has had a bruised lip, bronchitis, respiratory infections, swollen feet an extreme diaper rash and then had to have tubes put in his ears as well as on another visit Miles had a cut/wound in his skin after Father removed the diaper.
Shortly after, Judge Corley decided to take Miles off the donated breast milk Miles had been on since birth as a preemie and ordered baby formula, notarized a document, signing off on the Birth Certificate (which would make the judge the Grandfather). They took the Father's visits down to 1.5 hours every other week. How can a Father bond with their own flesh and blood for such short periods of time? Deborah has been documenting everything and they have a court date January 5th, 2023. Update will be following.

Joan Kloth-Zanard Speaks Out On Fixing The Division To Stop The Corruption And Greed That Is Being Bred In Family Courtrooms Jan 02, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Joan Kloth-Zanard to the podcast. She has a Masters Magna Cum Laude in Marriage and Family Therapy, a BS in Health and Psychology with a Minor in Business which includes extensive training and certification in Reunification Therapy and work with children. Joan has also been a Guardian Ad Litem and Certified as a Recovery Support Specialist in ABI.
Presently, Joan runs and manages a non-profit with over 50 chapters around the world. This 501 (c) (3) is an international non-profit organization for the Prevention, Intervention and Support of Survivors of abuse (www.pasintervention.com). Part of this work includes running online support groups for these Survivors of Abuse and in particular, Psychological Abuse since 1998.
Joan is an author of numerous articles and publications including two books. Her first book, "Where Did I Go Wrong? How Did I Miss The Signs? Dealing with Hostile Parenting and Parental Alienation," is now in its second edition. This book is a culmination of all her research and studies into the world of high conflict divorce. She is also the co-author of "Broken Family Bonds," which is a book of survivor's stories of alienation.
Joan has also created programs and tools to help with the prevention and intervention for the courts, counselors and families. She also continues to expand her education with extensive work with families and children affected by Parental Alienation Syndrome and HAP. She recommended, "we need to come together with more mediation and collaboration, reasonable conversation and proove-able research and need to address these issues properly regardless of GENDER."

John Sullivan Speaks Out On Corrupt State Employees: DOES THIS SOUND RIGHT TO YOU--FIX THIS Jan 02, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes John Sullivan to the podcast. He is from Holland, Michigan with a story about CPS "workers," that have falsified court documents against him. However, court system employees in Holland, Michigan allowed this to happen.
Cps workers had a two-year investigation against John's children's Mother and numerous CPS agencies from other counties have ties in Michigan also. John was never living with the Mother nor where they ever married, so all of the sudden John has CPS at his door they day they took the kids away from their Mother on May 20th, 2022.
This was the first time ever knowing anything about the whole investigation about the children's Mother and the CPS "workers" tell John that his children were homeless and living in the streets with their Mother. John was never contacted throughout any of this when they showed up on May 20th, 2022, saying they took the children and placed them in two Foster Care homes.
Now CPS has placed the same charges on him as the Mother and now John pays Child Support on his children that should be with him.
The Child Support comes out John's Disability check every month and CPS tells him nobody could find him and nobody knew who John was. John had asked the worker that day why was he was NEVER CONTACTED by anyone. He was told he was not able to be found.
After they left, John received paperwork in the mail stating that he abused and neglected his children just like the Mother and John never received paperwork stating that he is an immediate threat to danger and harming and harming his children.
John also received paperwork stating that his parental rights were terminated, all due to a CPS worker FALSIFYING COURT DOCUMENTS and writing up FALSE PETITIONS and presenting them to the court without proof.
Not having any proof of ever speaking to John or his family or John even being around when any of these agencies had these investigation against the Mother not once at all and now John has abuse and neglect charges to deal with and being treated like he did the things to his children that the Mother did.
However, John was NEVER LIVING with Mother when any of these agencies had contact with her and they had state workers come to a trial and lie, saying they made contact with John when he has never seen any of these people in the first place.
John is asking if there is anyway someone can help because the CORRUPTION IS REAL and not only did they do this to John, they even treated his parents like criminals in the courtroom.
It is hard to believe that John has to pay child support on his children as he did for years, that comes out of his Disability every month and nobody could find John to see if he wanted his children, but CPS has stuck John with the same charges as the Mother and he WAS NEVER INVOLVED in any of the investigations they had against her.
John states, "it is been breaking me down knowing my kids are living with strangers and could of have been with me, but a CPS worker in holland abused her powers to push paperwork through and also got co-workers to lie and say they made contact with me when none of these people never made contact with me. I would be so grateful for help as I'm so devastated how the justice system here is so unjustified."

Dari Langone Updates On Her Trip To Florida To Locate Her Daughter NOW A MISSING PERSON Dec 29, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Dari Langone to the podcast for an update in the search for her daughter in Florida. Dari is a mother of three and she has explained how a foster couple utilized the BROKEN SYSTEM to kidnap her daughter at the age of eleven years old, going on twelve with selective mutism that she was growing out of.
These individuals, Lainie and Robert Roldan deliberately inserted themselves into Dari's family's life 'pretending' to be a friend and to care. What happened next was the JCCA foster agency in NY, never intended on reunifying her daughter with herself, but instead conspired with the ACS (CPS) and Family court to keep her daughter away from her family.
It is dumbfounding how the Family Court Judge, Judge Jacqueline Deane did not do the right thing and wrote a decision filled with lies and half-truths while allowing Dari's daughter to be absconded with by the foster couple to Florida.
Dari's daughter, Rhiannon is now 18 and mother fears that she will be put into a Guardianship as they are giving her sedatives to not only calm her but to control her. Dari also fears that Rhiannon may have Stockholm Syndrome, suffer from Coercive Control and Child Psychological Abuse .
During the trial in 2018 the court knowingly had a social worker testify however, using a different social worker's name, which is suborning and/or perjury. This Family Court allowed Dari's daughter to go across state lines WITHOUT a proper ICPC in place. Mother implores on this podcast, "PLEASE HELP MY CHILD."
Dari talked about going down to Florida and spoke to the Sheriff and two Police Officers. The Police Officers went to the house where Rhiannon is staying and were told, "Rhiannon is out living her life." Soon After Dari filed a Missing Person's report and will be returning back to Florida in the near future. Dari states, "that as long as I am alive I will get this rectified."

Tim Goldich, Author Discusses Gender Equalism And Where Feminism Failed Dec 28, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes guest Tim Goldich, an author who has devoted the last thirty years to researching, pondering, and writing a four-book series on gender issues. The first book—Loving Men, Respecting Women: The Future of Gender Politics—was published in 2011 and is available on Amazon.com. The second book—Equal Partners: The History of Gender Equality—is due out in 2023. He has also created a series of YouTube videos under the umbrella title of “Man Against the Wall.”
Tim Goldich is a board member of both the National Coalition For Men and of the ManKind Project, two organizations that variously support men politically and emotionally. He is NCFM vice president and president of the Chicago chapter of NCFM. He was one of the editors of NCFM’sTransitions: A Journal of Men’s Perspectives (the longest running journal of its kind). Goldich facilitates the personal growth work of men on New Warrior Training Adventure weekends, and of men and women on personal growth weekends calledPath To Spirit. Tim’s latest venture is the founding a new Internet-based organization calling itself, Gender Equalists: Transforming gender political space for unity, fairness and forgiveness.
We discussed how men are more respected but less loved while women are more loved but less respected. Also discussed were the issues of female modes of power and influence along with male emotional dependence on women. How this all plays out in a divorce and a family court setting was talked about very candidly and openly. Not a conversation to be missed!

Monica Griego Updates On Getting Her Kids Back BUT ..... CYFD Still Won't Leave Her Alone Dec 21, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Monica Griego from New Mexico back to the podcast. Monica was last on the show January 8, 2022, Season 2, Episode10, Season 3, Episode #2 and Season 3, Episode 32, 142. She was back on the podcast to advise the public to stop going into the court in order to end the corruption via CPS. A parent can complete the family services plan, jump through hoops and still not get their child back. With the demands CPS makes on parents, they NEVER meet their expectations and NEVER get their children back.
Monica is updating that she has gotten her two daughters back for a four month trial home visit. However, Monica does not trust CYFD as she is worried they will again take her children away after this time period. This has been going on for seven years. She also advises not to trust the state of New Mexico with your kid's case. What bothers Monica is that she had been in Foster Care and one of their kids, the evidence was there and it was ignored.
The Federal Funding is what keeps CPS going and they do nothing but destroy families. No one will understand this UNTIL IT HAPPENS TO THEM.

Reggie And Tamsen Bowles Ask Why They Haven't Heard From The DA When He Has Their Evidence Dec 19, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Reggie and Tamsen Bowles to the podcast. They were last on the podcast December 2nd, 2022 Season 3, Episode 167. The Bowles family, like many other families in Oklahoma and across the United States, were violated by CPS unlawfully, and had their children stolen. The children were placed in kinship care at the time.
In the case of the Bowles family however, this has happened twice. CPS is in violation of the law and all morality. What does CPS care about families and their children who are thriving in their own homes? They are basically a rogue, three-letter alphabet soup agency that answers to no one and with no oversight.
They have judges and D.A.'s that rubber-stamp anything they are given by CPS and believe everything told to them by inept caseworkers. They have go-to pediatricians that if you give them a child, they'll make sure that you a case.
Many people may find this hard to believe, but they can invade your home at any time and steal your children without a warrant as well as deny you of trial by jury.
Their current judge, Julie Doss, is extorting the family via an unlawful, void court order. Attorneys are also allowing Tamsen and Reggie to be RAILROADED. Attorneys are acting as if the only way they can take effective legal action is if the State of Oklahoma commits yet another felony kidnapping under color of law of their spiritual, biological property.
This is an extreme violation of human rights on all four family members, especially when the State has no legal leg to stand on. It is unacceptable, and must be immediately stopped in its tracks.
We discussed how the Head DA has seen the evidence before when the ADA withheld the ER report on the children. Steven Caswell, DA has the power to shut this case down, as he has this evidence. Tamsen has called several times with radio silence.
Tamsen and Reggie warn that CPS has a quota to make every month and our children are their ATM. This can happen to anyone and their next court hearing is January 19th, 2023.
