Slam the Gavel welcomes Michaela Wade from the UK . Michaela was last on the podcast Season 2, Episode 116.
Michaela is one of the Co-Founders of the Family Law Assistance Franchise, which is a growing band of a new breed of legal practitioners who help people represent themselves in the family courts, using a mix of legal knowledge and coaching techniques.
Her background as a Master Coach and Hypnotherapist, as well as being an NLP and Hypnosis Trainer, means she has all the tools to help clients manage their mindset and anxiety and put themselves in the best possible position to win their case in Family Court.
We discussed why it is difficult for parents that are supposed to resolve their differences in an adversarial arena and that the system alone is set up to be adversarial.
Parent's feelings before and after court and that sometimes a parent will feel court didn't go well when it did. Will the court actually see through the lies was a discussion on how the judiciary handles problems such as this. We also talked about court sexism and that it is actually neck to neck, despite how people view it on a personal level which led to how important it is for parents to work together and not make it a Fathers or Mothers rights issue.
Michaela encourages parents to never give up hope whether during the holidays or any day. Never give up.

Marineka Bowman Speaks Out On An ER Ex parte Motion, Denying Her Daughter To See Her On CHRISTMAS DAY, Child Psychological Abuse By The Courts Dec 10, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Marineka Bowman as well as her mother to the podcast for an update to discuss what took place during an Emergency Ex parte Motion on Monday, December 5th, 2022. Marineka was last on the podcast, Season 3, Episodes 104, 131, 159 and 160.
Marineka was reached via telephonic conference and the opposing attorney Laura Brooks was worried and concerned that Marineka was, "disparaging the court, herself, the father and the child due to being on podcasts and this will affect the child psychologically."
Their reasons for this Emergency Ex parte is that Marineka is involved in a series of podcasts, and they say that she refuses to do counseling, took her daughter to the ER stating that her father punched her in the head and refusing to communicate with father with Family Wizard.
Attorney Laura Brooks took this case to the court with no evidence to back it up and no police report was made because all allegations that dad made and the video he made of child sexual abuse. This was never reported to the police, but Attorney Laura Brooks took it to the court.
The father walked out of their lives when Marineka's daughter was two months old. But now he's back. For child support.
DFS (CPS) does not care as it is a child trafficking ring. Judge Haskins has not considered how this is going to affect the child. These are all CHILD PSYCHOLOGICAL ABUSERS that DON'T REALLY CARE if Marineka's child is emotionally tortured and won't see her mother on Christmas.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Barry Goldstein to the podcast. Barry Goldstein is an advocate, speaker and highly recognized Domestic Violence Author as well as being an attorney for 30 years. Most of his practice involved representing protective Mothers.
Barry Goldstein has been involved in the Domestic Violence movement since 1983 and served on the board of a Domestic Violence shelter in Westchester County for 14 years including four years as chairperson. An instructor and later as a supervisor in a NY Model Batterer Program since 1999, Barry Goldstein has written the leading books about Domestic Violence and Child Custody. He also co-edited two volumes of Domestic Violence, Abuse and Child Custody with Dr. Mo Therese Hannah. He also co-authored Representing the Domestic Violence Survivor with Elizabeth Liu. His work also includes authoring, Scared to Leave Afraid to Stay and The Quincy Solution: Stop Domestic Violence and Save $500 Billion.
A sought after speaker, Barry's expertise has been welcomed by many organizations including the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence, Battered Women's Custody Conference, National Domestic Violence Hotline, American Psychological Association, National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges, OVW in the US Justice Department, Center for Judicial Excellence, Canadian Institute of Health, Oklahoma Attorney General's Office and the Louisiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence. Geralyn Lambou Speaks Out On The Mistreatment Of Her Father And Their Family Through Thieving Guardianship Dec 06, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Geralyn Lambou to the podcast to speak out on what happened to her 93 year-old father. It all started after her mother passed in 2017. Her nephew had moved in to help care for her father. Through unfortunate circumstances the nephew had passed. Geralyn had then moved in to help care for her father. She realized his dementia was worsening and also had a Durable POA. Friends recommended a doctor for Geralyn to take her father to. Geralyn was seeking advice from this retired doctor and his wife.
The doctor recommended that he be put in a facility to calm him down and then later return home. However he never returned home. Geralyn would never trust physicians or lawyers again as the lawyer called and told her her father would be staying in the facility permanently. Someone changed the Estate paperwork.
Her father was isolated for three years. The three individuals mentioned in an affidavit had isolated their father, medicated him, changed all of his estate documents, and liquidated his estate.
The family found out where their father was living and all those that visited him were told to leave, otherwise they would call the police for trespassing, even though their father would ask for them to visit. In three years they moved him to four different places. The family would soon find out where he was but on the third move the family could not find him. Geralyn reported her father missing.
On October 10, 2022 Geralyn was notified through the same court their family were fighting this guardianship case in, that their father had passed away on August 20th, 2022, seven weeks later.
Geralyn and her family now knew where he had lived and the funeral home who buried him. They called the last place their father lived and were told that the guardian told them she was his daughter and the funeral home was told he had no family.
Very informative and important podcast involving Guardianship and what really can happen.

Nicole Andersen, CPSS, Discusses Peer Support Certification And Breaking The Generational Cycle Of Dysfunction Dec 05, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Nicole Andersen, CPSS back onto the podcast. She was last on Season #3, Episode 136. She is certified in peer support and very dedicated to helping others heal. Nicole also spreads awareness about psychological abuse, which is also called hidden abuse which we discussed in our last podcast.
Nicole discussed how to obtain Peer Support Certification and gave contact information. All is needed a GED/HS diploma and lived experience of trauma, mental health issues and substance abuse issues. There are two levels, the state, just Google your state and Peer Certification and the requirements will be provided on how to obtain the certification. There is also Nationwide Peer Support Certification as well which is a two year program and 3,000 hours of Peer Support work with a supervisor.
We also discussed The ACE's Scores and how they affect the physical through physical/emotional traumas. Nicole also brought up other therapies to help re-wire your brain such as CVT and DVT. We talked about DVT Therapy where you can learn to re-wire your brain. They are targeted on to getting you out of the survival mindset, abused cycle of thinking and into a more un-traumatized cycle of thinking. You are re-wiring your brain to see things of less than a threat until they prove that they are a threat. In re-wiring your thinking patterns you then are helping to re-wire your nervous system so it's less sensitive and they will start working together to look for the red flags, the proof that it is not a good situation to be in.

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Laurie Smith to the podcast to discuss how to cope during the holidays. We all have been innocently set up to fail, thinking the holidays should be a certain way in families.
When there are other things going on such as a loss, grieving, a loved one deployed in the military and the stress of family court there must be self care.
The holidays are what a person makes it even if family is not or can't be around to celebrate with. Laurie discussed the book Twelve Days Of Gabor Mate, MD. and how helpful it is. Laurie is also running a half off course and the details are in the podcast notes.
Think of out of the box of ways to celebrate the holidays. What does it really mean to have a holiday? We are not taught to ask ourselves what we need. Self care and other distractions such as hobbies, dancing, knitting can help distract the mind. Think outside the box!
We talked about the effects of bringing joy into others's lives. Even smiling is a muscle memory and can help change your own mood. After all, "joy is in the gift of giving."

Lee Granade Explains How Judicial Corruption Is Not Limited To The Murdaughs In The Low Country Dec 03, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Lee Granade to the podcast. Her case is out of the 14th Judicial Circuit in South Carolina which has enabled the Murdaughs, the super lawyers and solicitors for nearly 100 years, to prosper since the 1920's. They have been tied to moonshining and interference with juries and most recently insurance fraud and murders.
Lee Granade's ex-husband's connections with that family go back to the 1970s. She has lost her children and everything to a man who has a long history of abuse and has been demoted from multiple federal government jobs but is connected to the powers that be in the 14th Circuit. Her ex has even told her that "custody has been set, just you see, these are games attorneys play." The predetermined verdict was already set in place before Lee entered the courtroom.
He took a new wife five months after divorce and then less than a month of his marriage there was a suspicious house fire where Lee's then 11 year old son had been left alone moments earlier. He got out alive however he has been plagued with anxiety. However there was no investigation. There was no police report, no change in custody, nothing… The ex’s college roommate is the county attorney who represents the police. They made it all go away. Via FOIA and subpoena, Lee discovered that the authorities did not follow any of their protocols. She also determined that there appeared to be a cover up between the police and her ex-husband.
Lee went to them with subpoenaed insurance documents showing where insurance paid her ex and herself, because she was still owner at the time of the unexplained fire, and they took an incident report but refused to charge that as well.
Next court date is December 13th, 2022 and Lee will be back on the podcast for an update.

Reggie and Tamsen Bowles Speak Out On Their Never-Ending CPS Nightmare And The Destruction Of The Family Unit Dec 02, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Reggie and Tamsen Bowles to the podcast. The Bowles family, like many other families in Oklahoma and across the United States, were violated by CPS unlawfully, and had their children stolen. The children were placed in kinship care at the time.
In the case of the Bowles family however, this has happened twice. CPS is in violation of the law and all morality. What does CPS care about families and their children who are thriving in their own homes? They are basically a rogue, three-letter alphabet soup agency that answers to no one and with no oversight.
They have judges and D.A.'s that rubber-stamp anything they are given by CPS and believe everything told to them by inept caseworkers. They have go-to pediatricians that if you give them a child, they'll make sure that you are the case they have been looking for….
Many people may find this hard to believe, but they can invade your home at any time and steal your children without a warrant as well as deny you of trial by jury.
Their current judge, Julie Doss, is extorting the family via an unlawful, void court order. Attorneys are also allowing Tamsen and Reggie to be RAILROADED. Attorneys are acting as if the only way they can take effective legal action is if the State of Oklahoma commits yet another felony kidnapping under color of law of their spiritual, biological property.
This is an extreme violation of human rights on all four family members, especially when the State has no legal leg to stand on. It is unacceptable, and must be immediately stopped in it's tracks.
CPS worker Shona Goodall committed perjury on a sworn affidavit by signing off on it. She swore under oath that she saw things that were not there, as proven by emergency room reports. CPS worker Kirstie Hilton committed perjury by lying under oath, on the witness stand at the adjudication trial, that she saw things that were not there, as proven by the ER reports in which she signed off on, thus agreeing with ER reports that these things were not there. Another player, Assistant D.A. Matthew Helburg, withheld evidence from discovery, maliciously prosecuted the Bowles and ignored a subpoena issued by the Bowles's then-attorney.
Judge Theresa Dreiling, whom presided over our adjudication trial, changed our sworn testimony on the final judgement that was never given in court, and sabotaged our appeal.
The Bowles's have been bled dry FINANCIALLY. They currently have a Givesendgo that, even at this point, a lot of people DONATING JUST ONE DOLLAR would be beneficial.

Angel Law: HIGHLY EXPLICIT CONTENT WARNING: Is A Dead Body Enough And Why Judges Should Be Disqualified Nov 28, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Angel Law back on the podcast. She was last on Season 3, Episodes 107 and 146. Angel brought us the disturbing and sad news regarding the incident in Orange County, California of a mother, Terra Schlinger, age 37, who was found dead at her home on the 27th of November, 2022.
Prior to her death, in September 19th, 2022 she was in court with her ex where a recording full of foul language and credible threats against two people was played before Judge Lee L. Gabriel, and is on public record. A Temporary Restraining Order was granted against the father. The DA was never notified. So the judge gave custody of the children to the father....The next court date would have been December the 6th, 2022.
There is no jurisdiction for a family court judge to do anything here. Gross negligence, obstructed justice when you have somebody threatening two people's lives, and presented with that evidence you have the duty to give this to the proper jurisdiction, the executive branch. The bailiff also failed to act on a credible threat....
Why we should disqualify judges... Angel gave instructions on how to file the complaint, go through the Judicial Canons and cite the judge's demeanor, conduct and exhibits.
This is not a gender issue. There are good Fathers and Mothers losing custody every day to Personality Disorders that judges can identify with. CONSIDER CAMERAS IN THE COURT AND END JUDICIAL IMMUNITY.
Stay out of the court at all costs or you will lose EVERYTHING.
This episode is dedicated to the LOVING MEMORY of a MOTHER who lost her life far too soon due to a judge's NEGLIGENCE.
