Slam the Gavel welcomes Riti Chikkerur to the podcast. Riti Chikkerur is Executive Director of OCMM, Our Children Matter Most.
OCMM is a children's rights advocacy non-profit organization headquartered in Austin, Texas with a mission to "Protect, preserve and promote the rights of our children for the benefit of humanity."
OCMM collaborates with civil rights organizations such as the NAACP and ACLU, advocacy groups, Family Courts and Legislators to develop and implement creative campaigns to restore the rights of our children.
Riti explains that this was child inspired by her little boy who suggested a Shanti Walk. Riti wants to find solutions and that there is strength in numbers Nationwide. The entire family court system is dysfunctional and beyond disrepair. Change happens when society is marginalized and rights taken away, where the public has had enough, and this causes awareness to the problem.
OCMM is a non-violent, direct action campaign with a Finding of Fact. The Shanti Walk is a self purification, self healing process. Riti has done a Shanti Walk in 2021 in California as well. There will be Truth, Reconciliations and Consequences for those that have aided and abetted this destruction to families with children involved in the Family Court arena and this means legal action as well as class action lawsuits for Families that have been put through an unjust system. Restorative JUSTICE.
On November 20th, 2022, marking World Children's Day, OCMM starts their Shanti (Peace) Walks 2022 with the support and collaboration of NAACP-Austin and other civil rights organizations.
The Shanti Walks will be held every day from 4:00pm to 6:00pm CST at the Texas State Capitol building starting November 20th through November 30th, 2022. This event is FREE and welcomes all who are seeking peaceful solutions to issues plaguing our children, especially issues that have arisen from the corrupt Family Court dynamics that destroys families and their children.

Jenny Reimenschneider Gives Updates On Her Mother In A Guardianship: Her Family Are Now Co-Guardians Nov 14, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Jenny Reimenschneider back to the podcast. She was last on the show Season 3, Episode 80. She also invited her friend Deb to speak on the podcast in regards to what has happened with Jenny's mother. Jenny is a long-term activist and Montgomery County, PA resident. She comes from a very close-knit, community-service oriented family. The idea that in the year 2022, in the United States, a human being can actually own another human being, is atrocious.
The family has been living the nightmare of having an uninvolved, stranger taking complete control not just of their Mother, but their entire extended family. After unfortunately reaching out to the county looking for assistance, the family suddenly found themselves falsely accused of not properly clothing and feeding their Mother, not taking her to appointments, using her money, and other things that were easily refuted had anyone taken the time to look at.
After attending a hearing with a clearly predetermined outcome, a judge assigned this stranger, whom none of the family had ever met, and who didn’t even speak to their Mother, became the owner of their Mother.
For eight months now, she has endured multiple fractures and head injuries, the situation has caused her to mentally, physically and cognitively decline exponentially, and the county claims they “can’t do anything”.
What Jenny wants everyone to know is that she and her family are "co-guardians" of their mother as of September. They get to see their mother more often and get to take her out of the nursing home per judge's orders. Jenny also encourages that if you need help with a loved one, ask another relative or a friend, but do not go to the state for help. NO ONE should not, under any circumstances ask county agencies for help. Do not under any circumstances allow anyone you care about to become under the control of a “Guardian “.

Attorney T. Matt Phillips Discusses His Admission To Practice In The U.S. Supreme Court And Gives Details Of His Case Nov 13, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Attorney T. Matthew Phillips. He was last on the podcast October 23, 2022, Season 3, Episode 137. He is a California attorney for well over 20-plus years. The discussion was explained extremely well how Family Courts wrongfully allow judges to convict parents on criminal statutes, despite the fact that the accused parents are never actually indicted on such criminal statutes—which means the judges lack legal authority, (SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION) to find and conclude that parents violate criminal statutes, which violates “DUE PROCESS.”
Family Courts wrongfully allow parents—in their custody hearings—to play the dual roles of “victim” and “special prosecutor,” and further, it wrongfully allows parents to privately bring criminal causes-of-action against one another—which violates the accused parent’s right to a “fair trial.” Especially when there are false accusations involved.
Attorney Phillips discussed his admission to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court and what that has involved and details of his case. His case has merit and must be heard.
We discussed the suicide of Judge Matt Hartner in Clark City Nevada and discussed Judge Hartner's involvement in Bankruptcy Fraud and Perjury. Conclusively, all judges and attorneys should be drug tested, pass a Constitutional Literary Test and a Mental Health Exam.
Family Court has removed the Presumption of Innocence while destroying families, Target Parents and Children's LIVES. Title IV-D funding is ruling the roost and the children are paying dearly.

Ernest Rodriguez Discusses His Case As Judge Denise Brown Has Gone Wild In Her Courtroom, Refusing To Look At Evidence Nov 12, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Ernest Rodriguez to the podcast. Ernest and his family is a victim of the Family Court system in Louisville, KY. This had been a very long ongoing domestic abuse relationship, both physically and emotionally draining from his ex, the mother of his child.
Within the first month of dating this woman, she had punched Ernest in the face because she would not leave his home. Ernest does not claim to ever be a victim in this relationship. Ernest has been physically attacked and emotionally abused, for as long as he has been in this relationship with this individual.
However, Judge Denise Brown simply does not care to address the true issues which happen to be Due Process, Subject Matter Jurisdiction, Admitting Evidence and addressing Psychological Child Abuse.
The mother moved to Dallas but then moved back to Louisville KY as she was not able to keep a job nor home.
Ernest was kind enough to say that it was okay to live with him because he wanted his daughter to have a sense of security, so again, Earnest had to endure more narcissistic behavior.
On Oct 1 2018, her family conspired to abscond with his daughter from Dallas, TX and go to Louisville. Kentucky, where the mother's family are originally from. Once they successfully returned to Louisville, the mother then filed an EPO (Emergency Protection Order. There are records she has since filed another EPO against her current partner. However, Judge Denise Brown is accepting Jurisdiction in her courtroom.
The NIGHTMARE continues as Ernest has tried to show evidence to the court of the video of himself being attacked by the mother, but JudgeDenise Brown just said she didn't want to see the video. The judge has put an EPO against him in which the mother uses to her advantage at whim. The ex even shows up to Ernest's home in Louisville unannounced only to cause more chaos.
Judge Denise Brown does not care about JUSTICE or making a change in the broken system. Judge Denise Brown is just there to not only pick up a paycheck, but to make other FIT PARENTS and their CHILDREN'S lives a LIVING HELL.
Ernest is now ORDERED to pay attorney's fees of $15,000.00 by December 31st, 2022 and if he doesn't pay this amount she will send him to Debtor's Prison for 5 days. His next hearing is on January, Friday the 13th, 2023.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Shurouk Mansour to the podcast. She was last on October, Season 3, Episode 118. Shurouk is an Entrepreneur, Mind Adjustment/Life Coach and Counselor to the show. Coach Shurouk's main purpose is to work hand in hand with her client and to bring out the hidden potential and strength so they can view things from a positive perspective as well as seeing the beauty and power of where positive thinking can take her client.
Shurouk loves her job because it goes deeper than what the eye can see and when the soul begins to feel a change, a person's energy begins to move mountains and Shurouk is ready to build a whole new world with her client.
Receiving her BA in Psychology along with her graduate certificate in counselor education from NC State University, Shurouk also received her MS in psychology with an emphasis in general psychology and life coaching at GCU.
We discussed the importance in re-training the mind when it comes to past traumas. Past traumas can come back if they aren't addressed as soon as possible. We discussed the subconscious, unconscious and conscious mind and how hard trauma is on the nervous system. Trauma affects all aspects of life at different times. It is very important to find peace within yourself.
If you can't find the right counselor, it's best to interview others as there may be one that will understand. Do not give up. If you do not heal your trauma it will reappear at the age you experienced it and then what happens is you will project on to others which can destroy relationships.
Lift the weight up off of the mind and heal your trauma so you can move forward with a much happier life.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Coral Anika Theill and Attorney Christophe Difo to the podcast. Coral was last on the podcast October 19th, 2022, Season 3, Episode 134 and is the author of BONSHEA Making Light of the Dark. This book shares her search for freedom and light in a society based on patriarchal religion and laws. Her book speaks out on the ideas and beliefs in our society which enable sexism, racism, the denigration of human rights as well as the intolerance of indifference.
Coral, Christophe and I discussed Patriarchy thoroughly. There is a part of us that is primed to submit to Hierarchy and those who impose Hierarchy on others. When the churches end up being the perfect structure for Patriarchy, people are primed to accept Patriarchy as it remains male dominated and encouraging women to be submissive to their husbands. Coral's experience is a reflection of this.
Why are we entertaining Patriarchy for this long? Fundamentally, Patriarchy comes from the basic imbalance of physical power between men and women. The fundamental problem is that a man can murder or rape a woman when he wants to if she won't do what he wants her to do and that is the power imbalance. Society goes forward and men's and women's roles begin to be less equal. There is a culture and civilization based on that family unit and a man is a King in his own home.....
"It is hard to change a culture when it is rolling in a certain direction. We human beings will do just about anything to not have to stop doing what we are already doing," states Christophe.
Coral has documented in her book exposes the dark side of human nature when people have no value. A healthy society must have the courage to address all these issues and speak out about them and bring them to light. Indifference also encourages a "silent violence," which was the type of violence Coral experienced in her own home, community, religious circles and especially the JUDICIAL SYSTEM.
We also discussed Patriarchy in the Family Court system and this is a podcast not to be missed.

Keisha Daniel Exposes What Really Happened In Birmingham, AL, Harassment, Incarceration And Abduction Of Her Baby Nov 06, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Keisha Daniel to the podcast. Keisha is going through unspeakable crimes in Birmingham, Alabama. It all started when she was threatened with incarceration by Magistrate A. Teele while getting fingerprints done for her job while at the courthouse. Keisha did not keep quiet about this harassment. This is the story nightmares are made of.
The magistrate threatened her and drove her to the precinct to have her booked and then drove her back to the courthouse and it was in the car he assaulted her. Keisha then spent 131 days incarcerated and kept away from her seven year-old daughter. While imprisoned, at Birmingham City Jail, Keisha was then assaulted by officers, denied medical care afterward along with keeping her sleep deprived. However, her one sister helped her get out of prison and has been helping her since.
Keisha has signed grievances from the jails. Lt. Bayles stated that she knew of her abuse, but had orders from the Presiding Judge Andre Sparks not to file anything on her behalf.
When speaking with Internal Affairs, Sgt. Fisher and Handler told her that they were given orders by Judge Andre Sparks not to file anything on her behalf and that her claim is frivolous..
Calling upon Mayor Randal Woodfin's secretary who then forwarded Keisha to the City Attorney's Office, she then spoke with Susan who told her to file an affidavit of claim. However, Judge Andre Sparks and Mayor Randal Woodfin are both operating in the corruption to cover up these crimes that have occurred.
Finding herself in Family Court with Judge Andre Sparks, along with false allegations by DHR (CPS), Keisha's daughter was placed with her one sister who then handed the child over to the father with a criminal history. There have been multiple calls to DHR on a continuous basis. Now she is labeled as insane in the Family Court.
Keisha was hurt badly while imprisoned and no one in Birmingham is willing to help her and other attorneys have turned their backs on her case.
Truly a podcast not to be missed.

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Amy Palacios. She was last on the podcast Season 3, Episode 145. Francesca Amato joined as well and she was last on the podcast with Natalia Dalton and Hannah Morris Season 3, Episode 144.
Amy Palacios discussed her case and how she met Francesca Amato. She spoke of going to Congress to inform about them of the injustice of the Family Court as many other people in the same predicament, and the Mother's Glowing In The Dark meeting in Washington, D.C. "We are standing for justice, as God is on our side," Amy states.
When Francesca met Amy, Amy's case was already in too deep. "We are already seeing positive results," Fran states. Fran also discussed the Americans With Disabilities Acts. We discussed the role of the ADA Advocate and how beneficial it is to someone with PTSD, DV and Legal Abuse.
Amy discussed how she had been impacted since Francesca Amato came into the picture. She also talked about the corruption regarding Attorney Jay White and read from transcript. The court did not want an ADA advocate, Francesca Amato in the courtroom stating that an ADA Advocate is not relevant to a Child Support Case. However, this is not true.
This was a podcast not to be missed regarding the direct violations for not letting Amy have the ADA accommodations in the courtroom.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Angel Law back on the show (Season 3, Episode 107) as well as Alex Baker, JD. We discussed the multifaceted corruption within the Family Court system. By design it is working brilliantly while destroying the lives of good, fit parents and their children. The perfect extortion racket. Churning cases and dragging them out for years keeps the judge's and attorney's income steady.
We discussed how judges have gone wild as they make the law up as they go along. What defines a "good judge." A "good judge" may be good for one person and bad in someone else's case.
Dividing assets prior to going into a courtroom leaves less to fight about. However, the best thing to do is not even enter the courtroom at all. There is no accountability.
Defining the word "step-mother," "step-father," and "Bonus Parent" was also a topic where those terms should only be used when a parent passes away.
When a new partner comes in that's where all the problems begin. Where, usually a female without children of her own enters into the co-parenting relationship and tries, usually successfully, to take over the biological mother's children.
Alex Baker, JD discussed his book, "Railroaded, Stonewalling and Gaslighting," will be coming out by the end of the year and his future Podcast, "Dividing Line," will be coming along as well
There's no such thing as justice. Just taking the money and destroying families. So much to learn from the last podcast on how to make it through Family Court alive while judges literally go wild and make up laws as they go along at the expense of a Target Parent and their children used as collateral damage.

Amy Palacios, Mother, Updates On Her Case In Mecklenburg And Cabarrus County, And Her Fears Of The GAL Allowing A Kidnap To Occur Oct 30, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Amy Palacios back on the podcast. She was last on in September 29th, 2022, Season 3, Episode 117. Amy Palacios is a Mother of six children. There are two ex-husbands fighting in court with the SAME lawyer, Attorney Jay White to perpetuate 14 years of corruption. Her first ex-husband paid the second ex-husband $50,000.00 to be a false witness against her. Her case started in Mecklenburg County and has now moved to Cabarrus County, NC.
Both abusers have now teamed up to claim SHE is the abuser. They are making her pay $2,800.00/per month in Child Support and $85,000.00 to the man that has two criminal convictions of assault and was in jail for six months for attacking her.
Judge Christy Wilhem ordered that Amy did not have to pay child support on her four children. Judge Nathaniel Knust is also involved in her case. The judges haven't been too much of an issue, just the MONOPOLY going on behind the scenes.
Her children are telling their Mother, Amy, that their dad is planning to take them to Florida next week. Skipping town with her four kids. When he potentially has two convictions of criminal contempt which is thirty days each, so a total of 60 days, that her children will be given over to her because of his contempt both with the use of Jay White and for keeping her kids repeatedly on her time.
Amy didn’t ask for jail time, only the two 30 day sentences for her kids to be home with her for sixty days. And this 2800/month Child Support be ended. He has told her kids they aren’t coming back to her house, which is Amy's next weekend, because they will be leaving for, "the beach."
FYI. His plans for kidnapping need to be taken seriously. He thinks he has no consequences for his behaviors and he can continue to keep Amy's kids. This needs to come to an abrupt halt. He needs to be brought in for the verdict, so he can’t skip town with her children
Unfortunately, this sounds like he will have Amy's kids in Florida before the verdict for protection is given. This may add to felony kidnapping charges along with his two convictions of criminal contempt. WHEN DOES IT END?
A Narcissist/Personality Disorder always follows through with their threats. So the truth needs to be found out quickly before he hides Amy's kids with his parents somewhere in Florida. He has a past history and has done this multiple times in the past with his kidnappings. Amy is a deeply spiritual Mother and is praying for justice daily.
