Slam the Gavel welcomes Coral Anika Theill to the podcast. Coral is the author of BONSHEA Making Light of the Dark. This book shares her search for freedom and light in a society based on patriarchal religion and laws. Her book speaks out on the ideas and belies in our society which enable sexism, racism, the denigration of human rights as well as the intolerance of indifference.
Coral's thoroughly documented book exposes the dark side of human nature when people have no value. A healthy society must have the courage to address all these issues and speak out about them and bring them to light. Indifference also encourages a "silent violence," which was the type of violence Coral experienced in her own home, community, religious circles and especially the JUDICIAL SYSTEM.
Implications of Christian fundamentalism's infiltration into courts motivated Coral to publish this new edition of her memoir. When reading Coral's memoir and her experience under the backlash of Christian Fundamentalism will become deeply concerned for the future of JUSTICE, equality and freedom which also includes religious freedom under the United States Constitution.
Coral talked about a Cheyenne proverb: "A nation is not conquered until the hearts of its women are on the ground. Then it is done, no matter how brave its warriors nor how strong their weapons."
A deeply informative podcast, where Coral will be a guest in the future to discuss other topics in regards to her book as well as 10 grandchildren who she has never met and possibly will never meet.

Anthony Cancel, Founder And CEO Of Pro Se Dad And Pro Se Family Foundation Empowers Pro Se Families Through The Family Court System Oct 18, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Anthony Cancel. Anthony is the Founder & CEO of Pro Se Dad, an organization of over 10,000 dads whose focus is to guide, support and empower father's going through custody and life issues.
Temporarily leaving his 20 year IT career due to his own custody issue, Anthony would teach himself family law, pursue a paralegal degree and ultimately worked at a family law firm.
Seeing all sides of a dysfunctional court system and process, Anthony would also have a brief run for state assemblyman. Not satisfied with the limited potential to affect true change from the "inside," Anthony returned to his IT career and launched Pro Se Dad.
Most recently, Anthony is the Founder & Chair of the Pro Se Family Foundation, a 501c3 not-for-profit organization that will use technology to educate, train and empower pro se families; modernize access to information and court processes; and provide legal and charitable assistance to dads, children and families.
We had an excellent conversation on how Pro Se Dad started and Anthony's view of the family court system and corruption involved. Also, we discussed views on 50/50 and legislation. Anthony also shared the aspects of The Pro Se Family Foundation that helps not only fathers, but mothers and grandparents. We talked about how the play on Parental Alienation is handled in the court and outside of the courts.

Marineka Bowman Discusses Advocating For Her Child When CPS Refuses, Lies And Colludes Oct 17, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes back guest, Marineka Bowman and her family members to the podcast. She was last on the podcast Season 3, Episode 104. Marineka is a wonderful Mother of a five year old daughter. Mother explained that her ex-husband left the house when their daughter was only two months old. However she did not go to the courts looking for child support as she tried to work it out with him. There was barely a response.
Now, when her daughter was a happy three year old, the father came back into their lives and went before the courts saying that he wanted to only see his daughter two hours a week. Judge Natalie Haskins made a comment that, 'it would make it harder for you in the future to get full custody if you do this.' But there really was no problem in obtaining custody. Judge Haskins also has recommended to Marineka to lie to her own child and not to tell her where she is going when going to her fathers. Judge Haskins also changed pick-ups and drop-offs from the precinct now to her own home. Judge Haskins also ran a hearing while Mother was asking for an attorney and did not allow Mother to have an attorney present.
At present time, Marineka has a hearing October 21, 2022 and she will be going. in as a Pro Se Litigant as she can't afford an attorney and the attorneys she has had in the past were ineffective.
Father has complete custody while his attorney, Laura Brooks has filed eight motions/petitions between May and July which would constitute vexatious litigation and legal abuse.
There are alleged reports on child sexual abuse that have gone unnoticed from DFS (CPS). The school system is doing nothing to help her, nor the hospitals, even though they are mandated reporters.
What Marineka has learned is that the opposing counsel has a hand in this abuse of her daughter as Judge Haskins addresses Attorney Laura Brooks as "Laura," while in the courtroom. COLLUSION is present in this illegitimate courtroom.
Marineka is being watched very closely as she explains in this podcast. Being a Targeted parent and being penalized for protecting her daughter has gone to the extreme so much so that they now taking complaints of child abuse from Marineka and turn them back on her.
Child support is now an issue as the father is demanding $900.00/month. This case was all about money, kids for cash and her daughter's safety is in question. No one cares.

Team-oriented Behavioral Specialist with a strong track record of establishing solid relationships with her clients, co-workers and administration and local agencies, Lisa has successfully worked with diverse client population in one-on-one and group settings. Lisa is also a skilled Behavioral Specialist with an expertise in the identification and management of mental illnesses.
We discussed her work at San Diego Center for Children and Residential Care, from there she went into Behavior Therapy which included the Autism community. Our discussion also included the lack of training in Social Workers, Case Workers and Guardian Ad Litem who have very little Child Development background.
Civil Rights Claim Under the Color Of Law was discussed as well as how LexisNexis is used to target minorities. We talked about the Tort Intentional Infliction Of Emotional Distress and how that involves the courts. Great conversation with Lisa Breece Linke.

Antonella Giovanna Speaks Out On The Concerns She Has For Her Children's wellbeing And The Appellate Court Case Oct 14, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Antonella Giovanna to the podcast for up-dates to her case. She was last on Season 3, Episode 102. She is a mother and former dental assistant for many years and now works in a school as a teacher’s assistant in support for children with special needs and suddenly called Mentally ill by an extremely corrupt family court. Judge Sheri Eisenpress doesn't have very good press herself. There was an article written on July 6th, 2016, by Lee Higgins and Jonathan Bandler in The Journal News, "Rockland Judge Tied To FBI Sting." Apparently in this article, "an FBI informant at the center of a political corruption probe that brought down the former state Senate majority leader says he helped elect Rockland Family Court Judge Sheri Eisenpress by using her money to bankroll an illegal campaign finance scheme and by bribing a public official, an investigation by The Journal News found." However, this judge still is on the bench abusing families and their children. This judge is also active in the Supreme Court.
Now Antonella has been assigned a "gatekeeper." and has to go through that individual to file motion. She can't file a motion without the judge's permission.There is a lot of control in this courtroom. After a court hearing was over, the judge said in a loud voice to the ex, "I give you permission to tell the kids their Mother doesn't want to see them." When Antonella asked several people around her they acted like they didn't want to get involved.
Another incident was when her 13 year-old was in the courtroom and asked the judge if she could see her mother, the judge stated to her, "you are starting to sound like your Mother."
Antonella has so many concerns for her children. She fears for her children's future. Her children had a happy life, she was hoping for that to continue after the divorce. However, now they are brought into corruption and abuse. Our children are our FUTURE. These judges are destroying their mental state and causing a general mistrust in people. Antonella is not able to communicate with her children due to a disgusting court order.
Antonella recommends to keep moving forward, learn the law and persevere in the courtroom.

Advocate Dolores Feliciano: Seek God And You Shall Find Your Soul; To Know And Love God Is To Love Yourself Oct 13, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Dolores Feliciano back to the podcast. Dolores was last on Season 1, Episode 9. She is a tenacious advocate/activist for Alienated parents since 2015. She has coverage on YouTube, one of which is called, "Family Unjustifiably Torn Apart" (Part1 and Part 2).
Also on YouTube Dolores has videos regarding protests in front of the Department of Social Services, in front of the UN building and has even spoke to Legislation regarding Family Court Corruption and CPS. Discussing representing herself and the advice she gives parents going through this ordeal that she herself endured not only as a Pro Se Litigant.
Tenacious and diligent, Dolores has worked hard on not only her own case but also taking time to provide comfort and advice to Alienated parents and Target parents suffering through the maniacal Family Court System. Dolores updated us on her case with her daughter as her ex-fiancé and partner have absconded with her to another state. But Dolores is not giving up.

Chris Felder Speaks Out On Educating The Judiciary, How Child Support Doesn't Follow Policy And The Need To Fix The System Oct 12, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Christopher Felder from Florida. Chris Felder is a non-lawyer advisor and Florida Chair for National Parents Organization in Sarasota, Florida. Mr. Felder's role as a non-lawyer in matters related to family law is specialized and relatively new within the legal industry as a means of providing better services to their clients.
His work includes activist education with lawmakers, family law practitioners, key influencers and families openly interested in utilizing education methods that effect justice-oriented social change and the process of making changes to the family law system.
The initiatives Chris Felder leads engage participants in guided learning activities that help the families to understand themselves as capable of effecting change for social justice in family law.
We discussed Title 2, American's Disability Act and that every family going into a courtroom should be recognized as disabled as upon entering a courtroom, parents and children have emotions of Depression, Anxiety and PTSD. The Courts should be giving greater care to families.
Also discussing Child Support, because of federal law and state law, however do not follow the process. They suspend parent's due process rights, garnish wages and put a parent in the poor house and there is no education to get out of the system and they don't tell you how to get it fixed.
We need to correct the system. Chris discussed his plan, from the ground up which is an initiative, Florida Supreme Court, called Family Law Advisory Groups. This is community oriented but initiated by the judiciary. This will open up the channels of communication with the public. The only way is to train is to have communities form round table discussions They have to get the training on an annual basis so these issues can be fixed for the communities. This is not a courtroom. That's not the purpose of the meetings, these are community oriented and community driven, but initiated by the judiciary. It's what the community says the community needs.

Rhonda Reyna Speaks Out On The Necessity For Law Enforcement Reform Necessary To End Family Court Kidnapping Oct 11, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes new guest, Rhonda Reyna to the podcast. Rhonda shares her story about what she and her 13 year-old daughter have gone through at the hands of the uneducated and corrupt police of Santa Cruz County, California.
Reyna's daughter has a manipulative and coercively controlling wealthy father who has prevailed in family court in order to separate Mother from Daughter. He is also paying Dr. Rebecca Bailey, a reunification therapist from," Transitioning Families," to continue to brainwash her daughter. SIDE NOTE:Kathleen Russell is looking for other victims of Dr. Rebecca Bailey.
The issue at hand is law enforcement is failing to protect Reyna and her daughter and participating in the family court kidnapping as evidenced by the two videos up on YouTube (in podcast notes).
Reyna has filed a complaint on Santa Cruz PD, but so far no backing from the PUBLIC outraging directly to them for what was done to her then 13 year-old daughter

Ricardo Collins Discusses Why Your Correct Name Is Important In Court And All Commercial Transactions Oct 11, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes a new guest, Ricardo Collins. We discussed the late David Wynn Miller and why your correct name is important in court and all commercial transactions such as Name vs. NAME.
Ricardo has had his own personal interaction, or "testing (autograph with Living Man's name). "Testing," is the absolute refusal of the court ordered attorney for his Grand-daughter while his son is claiming warden of his own offspring until the age of maturity as well as questioning of the language on the order is even correct.
Last in court, September 21st, 2022, his son's ex's lawyer did not show up. This is how the courts drag out court cases. Ricardo is not sure, but the judge gave the ex-girlfriend sobriety orders and that she be granted two hours supervised visitation per week until the next court date in November.

Rod McCall And Melanie Davis Speak Out On The Hard TRUTH Behind The Term Parental Alienation And Kayden's Law Oct 10, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Rod McCall and Melanie Davis back to the podcast to discuss the harsh reality that Parental Alienation does exist and the introduction of other terms such as "resist and refuse," "custodial interference," "hostile parenting," are becoming misused by organizations.
Rod McCall was last on the podcast 2-24-2021, Season 2, Episode 18. He is book author of, "For The Love Of Eryk, Surviving Divorce, Parental Alienation, And Life After," which can be found on Amazon.
Melanie Davis, Publisher of Triumph Press was last on the Podcast, April 13 2021, Season 2, Episode 36. The term Parental Alienation is under attack. This is a battle that is being waged; bickering between those who need be uniting. The bickering is being caused by the "beast", also known as "the courts" when the court is being corrupt more often than not. People are saying we can't use that term, because if we do, we won't be taken seriously. However, it is the court that knows it is a powerful word that is distinctive, simple and says exactly what is happening and when there is a powerful weapon that is phrased that way that those that don't want it used will do anything to throw it out. The problem is that people that are dealing with this are starting to embrace these new terms as if this is the new direction to go in. If this happens it is like bowing to a captor. Parents: fathers and mothers who are alienated should be banding together as a strong force, not creating division. A house divided CANNOT stand.
Rod McCall explained that it's not a man issue or a woman issue, it is a people issue. A paper came out in May of 2022, published and talked about the amount of research going on in PA has taken place since 2016. Rod is a part of the Parental Alienation Study Group, that takes part in the research and publishing articles on the science behind Parental Alienation. The effects of divorce and the ACE study, there is no way Parental Alienation can be denied. Alienation can happen to anyone, this is not a gender issue.
It is important to understand that Parental Alienation is the right word, the most descriptive word instead of, "resist and refuse," which is very watered down. There is cooperation when other's should be defending the term.
We discussed Kayden's law passed by the National Congress earlier this year. There is a Violence Against Women group and there is a version of this to push this in all 50 states. It will allow mandated reporters of violence to a child to report abuse but not allowed to testify in court and only the men are the perpetuators, while it is only the women/mothers that are the victims. It is a mental illness issue not a gender issue.
Parental Alienation can happen to anyone.
