Slam the Gavel welcomes Amy Palacios last on the podcast Season 3, Episode 147, 165 and 179. She is a Mother of six children. In Amy's case there are two ex-husbands fighting in court with the SAME lawyer, Attorney Jay White to perpetuate 14 years of corruption. Her first ex-husband paid the second ex-husband $50,000.00 to be a false witness against her. Her case started in Mecklenburg County and has now moved to Cabarrus County, NC. Now both ex's along with an attorney, Jay White wants to extort monies from Amy or put her in jail days before Christmas....but that didn't happen.
This is the most egregious crime committed against this mother, a Nurse Practitioner. What will happen on January 25th or February 9th at 9:00am? Amy is asking for Court Watchers on February 9th.
People ask Amy how is she doing it? How is she making it through this rough time in Family Court without giving up? She has a STRENGTH and FAITH in GOD that is maneuvering her through the labyrinth of the extortion via Family Court.
Even her ADA Advocate has asked, "why is this continuing to happen?" This has been going on for 14 years. When will it end? We discussed that families started falling apart because they don't know Jesus and that the court is corrupt and the harder you fight with God on your side the devil's fight back just as hard because they don't want justice but God is in control. Amy adds, “I truly believe you getting out my story stopped me from being put in jail for Christmas.”

Bill And Lisa Woolley Speak Out On RESCUE CLAYTON.COM And "There's No Such Thing As A SIDS Death" Jan 22, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Bill and Lisa Woolley to the podcast. They explained how both their cases, where they were falsely accused and incarcerated for a total of eight months for first degree murder and abuse of their baby grandson, Elijah after he was found deceased in his crib on the morning of March 30, 2018. They also had legal guardianship of him as well as his 5 yr old brother, Clayton, while the boy's mother was going through a hard time.
Soon the property was filled with people from the Sheriff's office, ME office, and DHS. The investigator called to lead this investigation, while in route to the scene, spoke to his supervisor stating, "there is no such thing as SIDS, so I know this was a murder." The older brother was already at school for the day and had no idea all this had happened or was going on.
Much exculpatory evidence was left behind at the scene and discovered after a few days such as 2 weeks of dirty diapers from Elijah. The Woolley's asked why they wouldn't take the diapers to see the difficult constipation problem the baby had and to analyze for DNA since they were now accusing the Woolley's of daily sexual abuse. At that time the Woolley's, still believing that the investigators motives were true, volunteered gladly to go down to the station for questioning where each of the 3 were separated and questioned one at a time. Unbeknownst to the family, while at the station, their grandson, Clayton was whisked away to Kid's Space in Muskogee for forensic interviewing.
Two weeks after baby Elijah passed they were charged and arrested for alleged child abuse and and remained in jail awaiting their preliminary hearing for 4 months. They were let out after prelim but rearrested 4 months later to be incarcerated for another 4 month stint with accusations of murder and now awaiting a 2nd prelim where they were,to everyone's amazement, offered an unheard of bond of only 12.5k from what had been a million dollar bond and was later completely denied any right to bond at all.
Clayton, over the next few days was put through 6 interviews and in the weeks and months that followed, 1 or 2 more. Even the ADA took her liberties to interview him personally and privately. Each interview was consistent exonerating the Woolley's except for one hearsay interview that was unrecorded, had no witnesses present, and was shown in court to have many discrepancies. The interviewer claimed that Clayton made many wild accusations and spoke in a way far advanced for his age and obvious speech impediment which she claimed he did not have.
She claims to have spoken to no one else, not even the detective, but it was later learned that she had in fact.
Within the continually emerging new evidence, it was discovered that 2 of the interviews little Clayton had gone through had been hidden from the defense for a year or more. These were of course the strongest and most directly exonerating.
This happened over 5 years ago and is the last time anyone in the family or related to the family has SEEN Clayton at all. This length of time has been a situation that the DHS perpetuated and then turned and used the argument that he has been gone too long to go home. When confronted with this in a meeting they had no real answer. And yet, if a child is kidnapped and gone for however many years, no one has any problem with the child going back to his family directly.

Stacey Sonnelitter Speaks Out On What To Do When Your Opponent Is A Friend Of The Court And The Steps To Take Jan 20, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Stacey to the podcast for an update. She was last on the podcast November 18th, 2022, Season 3, Episode155. Stacey's family’s story goes back to the year of 2013 when she filed for divorce to protect her children from a variety of abuse. However, her ex is an attorney formerly for CPS and current Public Defender.
While she knew sometimes law enforcement and the courts might cut some slack for "friends or family" on things like minor traffic infractions, Stacey never thought things would turn out to be so dirty when presented with life and death matters of children. So she trusted her high-paid attorney to do the "right things." Unfortunately, she literally served Stacey right into the "conflict of interest" courts where her ex appears regularly and is known by everyone.
Stacey explained that she is being called vexatious litigant for filing meritless petitions. The Supreme Court Judge read all the applications but didn't give the content of the applications and he mentioned three motions in particular the previous disqualified for cause, one application was for custody and the other was to vacate orders from the previous judge and that judge did step down, which is proof of merit. This has caused retaliation for asking the prior judge to step down and also perceived as a favor to the ex to silence Stacey in January 2022.
In July 2022, regardless that Stacey was ordered precluded from filing but Stacey filed an Order to Show Cause for Custody again because of things happening in the household of the ex with her children and police were involved. The judge stated he would still entertain that Stacey was precluded from filing despite the fact that her ex now had four CPS indications against him....When Stacey received the letter of the four indications, Stacey asked the judge to please do a hearing on the Order to Show Cause, but he held a conference and yelled at Stacey the whole time. Stacey, a PA of 23 years, asked him if she could take her children to the doctors and he did not give her any relief. Her kids are still in his custody even though there is one of four indications and one is lack of medical care. Stacey said to the judge, that this would be better dealt with in Family Court where the kids could be better represented. However the ex said that she was precluded from filing, so she can't file in Family Court. All Niagara County judges recused themselves as they had a conflict of interest with her ex and a visiting judge came in and creating an order appointing the same attorney over her children and was never signed nor served it. Her children's interests were never protected.
We discussed 18 USC 2071, and Stacey discussed how important it is when filing for divorce, to file in another jurisdiction and why. We also talked about the importance of court watching and how powerful affidavits are and how powerful a Non-Party Witness Affidavit is. Stacey also talked about a discussion she had with the FBI.

Rob and Jamie Jolicoeur Speak Out On Their Nightmare With CPS In North Carolina And The Effects It Has Had On Their Children Jan 19, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Rob and Jaime Jolicouer to the podcast. They have been married for 18 years and have been providing a loving, stable home for their teens. They are from North Carolina
Their nightmare with DSS began in May/early June 2020 when Jaime reported a person who had been a family friend to Thomasville Police Department for inappropriate behavior with their then 16yr old daughter as well as the man's own step daughter (We will call him Mr. A). Naturally, they had to contact DSS Davidson County, where they had been living at the time.
However, they were questioned, given drug tests, and were told that their daughter would need to go in for an exam and questioning. Because of the relationship with the alleged perpetrator, they would not be able to accompany their daughter at all. It would have to be the DSS caseworker, Staci Gray, or her supervisor Kim Craver, who would take her. NOTHING ever came of it, they simply NEVER showed up.
Moving forward to September 2021. The family had moved to Randolph County, NC. After more than a year of COVID-19 shut downs, schools were officially opened all the way.
Their son who was 15 at the time, had always suffered from social anxiety. But after the shut downs, it became severe when he tried to go back to school. Jaime made a doctor's appointment for him, so they could get a referral to a psychiatrist.
The doctor never gave a referral. He wanted their precious son to go to Moses Cone Mental Ward for an Emergency Mental Evaluation.
Naturally, their son who was too anxious to deal with a school environment, panicked at the idea of a hospital. He was in a full blown panic mode, so his parents refused to force him.
Jaime was in the process of switching his primary care doctor through their insurance, so they could get a second opinion and the referral they had asked for in the first place. But when Randolph County, DSS showed up that is when their NIGHTMARE truly began. Over the last year and a half, Rob and Jaime have gained a true understanding of just how TWISTED and CORRUPT these MONSTERS truly are.
From falsified drug tests, which Jaime can prove, to ignoring potential pedophiles while re-traumatizing the victims she would never believe it, if she and Rob weren't living it.
Much to learn on this podcast about the devastating affects CPS has when removing a child from loving, fit parents as written in the June 6th, 2018 letter to Trump when separating children from their parents at the border, "The American Academy of Pediatrics HAS CONDEMNED THESE POLICIES, saying that "highly stressful experiences, like family separation, can cause irreparable harm, disrupting a child's brain architecture and affecting his or her short- and long-term health. This type of prolonged exposure to serious stress- known as toxic stress-can carry lifelong consequences for children." Yet CPS has no problem disrupting families on American soil.

Bailey Smith, Author, Discusses Her NEW Book, Married To An Illusion And Why It Is A Survivor's Guide Jan 18, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes back AUTHOR, Bailey Smith to the podcast. Bailey has written a book, "Married to an Illusion, A Survivor's Guide To Identifying and Escaping Narcissistic Abuse."
Bailey Smith has went through more than two decades of torment, married to a narcissist who physically, mentally, and verbally abused her and her three boys.
"For every pain, there is wisdom; for every loss, there is gain, and for every tear, there is purpose. Out of these truths, I determined to write this book and use my experience, wisdom, research, and resultant strength to be a force for change. I know what I have endured is for a purpose; so that through my stories, I can teach more powerfully what needs to be done to stop this cycle of abuse. Sharing is healing! This book is divided into four sections. In the first two sections, each chapter is laid out in a “show and tell” format. Bailey begins by sharing a few stories from her experience which reveal traits, abuses, and terms related to narcissism and then she explains in detail what these stories teach, including the wisdom and counsel Bailey has to give after going through such adversity in hopes of providing knowledge needed by individuals as well as society.
We discussed how Bailey wants to educate people and that abuse is not just physical but also mental, sexual, verbal and financial. Planning ahead is very important when leaving a Narcissist as well as the consequences of loving a Narcissist. After divorcing, they will use your children to hurt you.

Mike Rowe: Proving Family Court Fraud And The Deception Of Federal Court Jan 17, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes a new guest, Mike Rowe to the podcast. Mike was once a public school teacher and was arrested off campus which set off a chain of events.
Now, a Civil Rights Lawyer with no law degree, he is in the process of suing the State of Nevada, now two times in Federal Court under the, “Due Process Clause.”
He stuck down a state statute as being unconstitutional by accident, involving Assembly Bill 255. All of these "legal principles" over lap with Family Court.
Mike had also drafted a motion for a 78 year old man proving Family Court is one big fraud. The court gave this 78 year old man a divorce AND he was NEVER married. Think about how ASININE that is.
We discussed fraud in the Clark County School District as they are an entity unto themselves.
A national PROBLEM, being RAILROADED in the Family Courts generates a revenue for people to use kids or assets to extort money and to keep a person in litigation for years. We also encouraged everyone and anyone to go in as a Pro Se Litigant (representing yourself), as this would bring a decline to the revenue generated by the courts. Also, we discussed the Due Process of Law and will be discussing what really goes on in the Federal Court System on our next podcast in February 2023.

Dari Langone: TAKE MY ADVICE Be Proactive And That Begins NOW Jan 15, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Dari Langone to the podcast for an update and overview. Dari was last on the podcast Season 3, Episode 156 and 189. Dari is a mother of three and she has explained how a foster couple utilized the BROKEN SYSTEM to kidnap her daughter at the age of eleven years old, going on twelve with selective mutism that she was growing out of in the last two podcasts.
These individuals, Lainie and Robert Roldan deliberately inserted themselves into Dari's family's life 'pretending' to be a friend and to care. What happened next was the JCCA foster agency in NY. Their mission statement: "Repair the World, Child by Child," Dari disagrees with this and says it is more like destroy the world, child by child. They never intended on reunifying her daughter with herself, but instead conspired with the ACS (CPS) and Family court to keep her daughter away from her family.
It is dumbfounding how the Family Court Judge, Judge Jacqueline Deane did not do the right thing and wrote a decision filled with lies and half-truths while allowing Dari's daughter to be absconded with by the foster couple to Florida. Was this a set-up?
Dari talked about how her other daughter is going down to Florida next month. In the last podcast the Police Officers went to the house where Rhiannon is staying and were told, "Rhiannon is out living her life." Soon After Dari filed a Missing Person's report.
Dari states that they have no respect for the Constitution and wants to see what their version the Constitution is.

Judge David B. Katz, President Of The National Council Of Juvenile And Family Court Judges Discusses Domestic Violence Issues In Family Court Jan 12, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Judge David B. Katz to the podcast. Judge Katz is the President of the National Council of juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ), and is the Presiding Judge in the Essex Vicinage of the New Jersey Courts.
The NCJFCJ's mission is to provide all judges, courts and related agencies involved with juvenile, family and domestic violence cases with the knowledge and skills to improve the lives of the families and children who are seeking justice.
Judge Katz was appointed to the Superior Court of New Jersey in 2008. Judge Katz is also chair of the New Jersey Supreme Court's Family Practice Committee and the Conference of Presiding Family Judges and in that capacity, he has served as a member of the New Jersey's Judicial Council. He has also served as the lead judge for Domestic Violence, lead judge for the Children in Court Docket and the family drug court judge and chair of the Model Court.
A former chair of the state-wide Domestic violence Working Group, Judge Katz is also active in his community where he served three terms as mayor and fifteen years as a member of his local Emergency First Aid Squad as an EMT.
We discussed many issues including Domestic Violence, firearms and when should a case be referred to Criminal Court if so. We talked about accountability when litigants disobey judge's orders and Child Psychological Abuse (Parental Alienation.

Thomas Pepe Speaks Out On Society And How It Is Designed To Take What Is Theirs Jan 09, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Thomas Pepe to the podcast. Thomas lost his father in 2020 and he didn't even know his father had passed and didn't even know an autopsy was done stating that his father died of natural causes. However the will went missing.
Thomas's father had four children including a set of twins. This probate issue has caused mass havoc within the family. The siblings are using the courts to ruin Thomas's life and brag about it. The issue is the will was never registered with the state of Florida and now Thomas is finding himself as administrator and being forced into probate court.
Thomas explained that it has taken eight years to sell his mother's home. He explains that they have taken something so simple and complicated it and how society is taught to look at things in conflict and create it. Thomas wants to honor the deceased and honor his father's wishes.
We discussed how easy it is to get away with a crime. Thomas said that he signed a document where the escrow was $25,000.00 and then he was presented with the same document, or so he thought but the escrow figure was now $2,900.00. This is explained fully as Thomas discussed this issue. Also, no one will listen to his story including law enforcement. Society is really not safe under the laws and the laws are designed only to make money. Thomas cares about his father and honoring his memory but for others it's all about the money. On January 13, 2023, Thomas will be the defendant in a hearing. More to follow.

Slam the Gavel welcomes back author Kenneth Gottfried (Season 2, Episode108, 122 and 148 and Season 3, Episode 98 )to the podcast. He discussed his book, VICTIM How the American Psychological Association Kills Parents, Abuses Children & Grows Their Base and his website childabusivejudges.com.
When a child/teen is kept from the other parent, they end up hating half of themselves with a shared persecutory delusion, Depression and Anxiety. This issue at hand is that psychologists are not reporting child psychological abuse V995.51 in the DSM nor V61.20 Parent-Child Relational Problem, 309.4 Mixed Disturbance Of Emotions And Conduct to the proper authorities, which makes these psychologists a big part of the problem.
Ken spoke about the recorded phone conversation with the FBI and when discussing Child Psychological Abuse and reporting perpetrators—these issues that are so greatly affecting the psychological health of our youth today that will haunt them for the rest of their lives, they HUNG UP ON HIM..
A child should just be living the best time of their lives of being a child or teen, not placed under the pressure of being lied to about the Target parent by a vengeful parent/grandparents.
Ken gave advice and recommends that people record and demand that reports are made at the Sheriff's Office/Magistrate. We discussed the Shared Persecutory Delusion in V995.51 and how children and parents are suffering, living through judges orders of FORCED ALIENATION at the hands of the abusive parent, only using the child as a pawn to hurt the targeted, alienated parent.
Excellent informative podcast not to be missed when it comes to standing up for your children and the psychological abuse they are enduring at the hands of their abuser, judges and attorneys. More to come.....
