Teri connects and engages with others in order to grow awareness in children, adults communities and schools of the many diverse issues surrounding bullying, Human Trafficking, Mental Health, Suicide, Depression, PTSD and Abuse.
Teri focuses on kindness, empathy and emotional intelligence to inform and educate others as a whole so that change can happen. Prevention starts by understanding others. She has a wide range of skills and does strive to incorporate them into her everyday experiences. Motivated by results, Teri needs to feel what she does matters. Always looking to learn from others as she assists them with their needs.
Teri shared her experience in the Family Court system and how it took five years to get a divorce due to tactics to delay proceedings. ID Theft has followed Teri throughout her court experience until present time. Having a positive outlook on life has helped Teri get through her hardships to help others.

John Udesen Updates On His Case, Working With Families, Lack Of CPS Oversight And Know Who Your True ENEMY Is Feb 11, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes back John Udesen to the podcast. On the last podcast, July 23, 2022, Season #3, Episode #84, he spoke about being a Pro Se Litigant who presented tips on beating CPS outside the courtroom and winning his case in the courtroom.
When we had spoken on the last podcast John gave advice to be polite and keep everything documented in emails. He also discussed what he endured by not giving up on his case after he went Pro Se and got his children back out of foster care and where they belong: HOME. John overheard a Foster Parent say that the kids are their MONTHLY CAR PAYMENTS. Then when they have been used and aged out, they are just thrown away on the streets.
John also discussed helping families navigate through the hoops of CPS, working with lawmakers regarding oversight on CPS cases and false accusations made on parents. Keeping in touch with Jay Rosenthal of CPSProtect.com has been helpful.
What John wanted to make a point of, is that parents are fighting a spiritual battle, an evil. Actual EVIL. Know who your enemy is, John advises and recommends Dr. Tony Evans (@drtonyevans) on YouTube as John explained that this is what guided him through his own journey fighting CPS.
Great conversation and so much learned in this podcast for any parent that wants to go Pro Se against a corrupt system such as CPS and know their actual ENEMY.

Megan, A Mother, Asks Where Is Judicial Accountability When Her Son Was Kidnapped Feb 10, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Megan. Megan grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee where she works as a florist and is currently relying on God’s grace daily. After finally leaving her domestically violent marriage in hopes of a healthier future for herself and her one-year-old, Megan unjustly lost all rights and access to her child through unmerited false accusations from her ex-in-laws that lived in another state and were never investigated.
Her son was ripped away from Megan, from her home and handed to her divorcing alcoholic husband's parents in another state that she nor her ex were residents to. Megan and her son have been split apart for almost a year now with no routes to reunification because of a corrupt few in the family court system. She speaks to her son three times a week with only 15 minute phone calls.
Judge Greg Seigler was her first Chief Judge, then Judge Robert Newton presided over her case however, he is now under investigation due to the murder of five children. Now, Chief Judge Huntley Crouch made the thoughtless and damaging decision to rip her child from the home he has known with his mother as the father didn't see the child for four months.
In lieu of this ongoing trauma, Megan hopes to spread awareness of the hidden dangers of domestic violence in family court and the silence on the topic - especially in the church and the community and she believes the necessary reform will begin with conversations in the home and the education system.

Claudia Ovalles, Marine And Child Advocate, Discusses Texas HB 559, Regarding Statute Of Limitation On Child Custodial Interference Feb 08, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Claudia Ovalles to the podcast. She was last one the podcast December 8th, 2021, Season 2, Episode 46. Claudia is a Marine as well s a Child Advocate out of Texas who helps with Legislation and brings much awareness to Child Custodial Interference.
Claudia assists other parents who want the best for their children by speaking to Legislation to help push HB 969 (filed 12/9/2022), as well as it's companion Senate Bill 431 (filed 1/12/2022). HB 559 (filed 11/14/2022),removing Statute of Limitation with Child Custody. That bill will be named Bianca‘s Law.
Starting a Facebook page, "Interference with Child Custody Coalition-IC3," for parents to join and be aware of laws is extremely helpful when reporting custodial interference to the authorities.
She shared her own experience with Parental Alienation and after going through the pain of her own experience channeled her energy while gathering more parents into speaking with the Legislation into passing not only Senate but House Bills as well.
Determined to make a change in children's lives, Claudia wants to see Texas HB 559 and Senate Bill 431 come forward. She shares with us that all fifty states have a custodial interference law and this comes from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Department of Justice, and the National District Attorneys Association. Both Texas and Missouri have prefiled legislative bills on interference with child custody and parental kidnapping.
We also talked about The Hague Convention and the proper route to report a child missing and shared a story of a parent's struggle trying to get their child back.
Claudia shared with us a little bit of her own story while staying busy advocating to, with and for parents.

Slam the Gavel welcomes guest Tim Goldich, an author who has devoted the last thirty years to researching, pondering, and writing a four-book series on gender issues. The first book—Loving Men, Respecting Women: The Future of Gender Politics—was published in 2011 and is available on Amazon.com. The second book—Equal Partners: The History of Gender Equality—is due out in 2023. He has also created a series of YouTube videos under the umbrella title of “Man Against the Wall.”
Tim Goldich is a board member of both the National Coalition For Men and of the ManKind Project, two organizations that variously support men politically and emotionally. He is NCFM vice president and president of the Chicago chapter of NCFM. He was one of the editors of NCFM’sTransitions: A Journal of Men’s Perspectives (the longest running journal of its kind). Goldich facilitates the personal growth work of men on New Warrior Training Adventure weekends, and of men and women on personal growth weekends calledPath To Spirit. Tim’s latest venture is the founding a new Internet-based organization calling itself, Gender Equalists: Transforming gender political space for unity, fairness and forgiveness.
We discussed the movements of #MGTOW and INCEL and explained the aspects of Heterophobia. We also talked about Patriarchy and what that means to Matriarchy and Feminism, dualism and duality. Both sexes need compassion and accountability as society is not forgiving with either side claiming victimization and powerlessness.

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Joan Kloth-Zanard to the podcast. She was last on the podcast January 2nd, 2023 Season 4, Episode 6. Joan has a Masters Magna Cum Laude in Marriage and Family Therapy, a BS in Health and Psychology with a Minor in Business which includes extensive training and certification in Reunification Therapy and work with children. Joan has also been a Guardian Ad Litem and Certified as a Recovery Support Specialist in ABI.
Presently, Joan runs and manages a non-profit with over 50 chapters around the world. This 501 (c) (3) is an international non-profit organization for the Prevention, Intervention and Support of Survivors of abuse (www.pasintervention.com). Part of this work includes running online support groups for these Survivors of Abuse and in particular, Psychological Abuse since 1998.
Joan is an author of numerous articles and publications including two books. Her first book, "Where Did I Go Wrong? How Did I Miss The Signs? Dealing with Hostile Parenting and Parental Alienation," is now in its second edition. This book is a culmination of all her research and studies into the world of high conflict divorce. She is also the co-author of "Broken Family Bonds," which is a book of survivor's stories of alienation.
Joan has also created programs and tools to help with the prevention and intervention for the courts, counselors and families. She also continues to expand her education with extensive work with families and children affected by Parental Alienation Syndrome and HAP.
Joan discussed the elements of collusion and price-fixing as well as attorneys chipping into judge's campaigns. Joan believes that attorneys should have a BSN in Psychology at the minimum.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Mark Esquibel to the podcast. He is a part of Dad Talk Today that helps Mothers and Fathers navigate through the family court systems. We discussed the failures of CPS in Texas, Title IV-E and ASFA that Bill Clinton signed as he incentivized children being removed from the home. Children are products where states are incentivized for taking children. Judge Janice Graham Jack in the higher level courts recognizes this .
Every single program in CPS is voluntary. It's a SCHEME and a Coercive Control approach to "we are just here to help." The instant media are parents now recording when CPS comes to the door. As Parents we should know our rights when CPS comes to the door however, 83-86% of claims are unfounded claims /false accusations. State and County, CPS gets a bonus for removing children out of the house and into the Foster Care system, and more bonuses at the 6th month hearing, at the 12th, 18th and the 24th month hearing a CSW is going to get a $4,000.00 bonus for keeping the kids an extra 3 months and lying to parents. YOUR CHILDREN ARE THEIR INCOME.
There are unlicensed individuals working for CPS handling drug testing that will taint the drug test to keep the kids away from parents. When a parent tries to stand up for themselves in court they are then called crazy. The deal is: they will force a psyche evals on the parents to drag the case out because they budget how many kids are in the system, how much was the reimbursement through Title IV-E, AND the rest of the money goes into the JUDGE'S RETIREMENT FUND. They are making money abusing our children. The goal is to come together as parents and stay out of court. CPS is not solution based as it thrives off of an incentivized system that destroys families and children.
We discussed the Jeff Younger case (in Texas) where his son is now in California being transitioned to a girl and how this can affect parents across the United States. This case was mishandled by Judge Mary Brown.
Also the sad case of Corbin Henderson, where his father was finally allowed to visit with his son minutes before he died and the grand parents were allowed to visit with Corbin for only 90 minutes on Father's Day.
This is the two year anniversary of the John A. Mast murder that took place on February 5th, 2021. It has taken the DA 2 years and court trials delayed four separate times until this year, this case now goes to trial.
Awareness is key and both sides have to come together and work together.

She has over 24 years of experience and began her career, after graduating from Tennessee Technological University, at RSM International in Washington DC. After working in public accounting for RSM as an Audit Supervisor Leisa left public accounting to work for Stanley Associates as an Accounting Manager.
While at Stanley Leisa successfully assisted in taking the company public on the NYSE with their IPO in October 2006 raising over $80 million dollars in capital. Prior to the IPO she assisted in designing and implementing newly enacted legislation, known at the time as Sarbanes Oxley. Her work satisfied the PCAOB, SEC, DCAA as well as the audit teams of both Deloitte & Ernst & Young. Leisa worked through several M&A’s and Stanley was later merged with CGI, Inc out of Canada. She returned to her hometown of Cookeville, Tennessee where she opened her consulting practice in 2007 while continuing to work as a federal contractor in Washington DC.
Loftis CPA was a paperless hybrid firm from inception as Leisa worked remotely from DC and occasionally met with her clients in person in Tennessee. Leisa volunteered her time to many local nonprofits as well as gave back to the accounting profession by mentoring local high school accounting students through the TSCPA. One of her student teams from CHS competed internationally in a business plan competition sponsored by Microsoft and won 3rd place for 'Best Business Plan'. Leisa also chaired a successful mentoring pilot program with the AICPA Young CPA committee. This mentoring program was designed to match CPAs with aspiring CPAs from colleges and universities across the USA to help them transition from college life to a professional career.
Leisa has worked with small mom & pop companies using QuickBooks all the way to multiple large conglomerates based in Tokyo. Leisa has issued J GAAP reporting packages as well as US GAAP financial statements. Leisa has found working with her Japanese counterparts to be very exciting, fulfilling work and the time zones make the relationship a perfect match! We have become an international small firm and are always excited to partner with entities overseas. In 2011 she was selected by the AICPA to participate in the AICPA’s Leadership Academy and she continues to give back to her profession as often as possible by mentoring students and volunteering for the AICPA Scholarship Task Force.
We talked about www.whiteribbonTN.org and that she received great news that her organization may be able to link with NOVA for a better way to train an advocate. A volunteer to sit with a survivor of the Family Court System for Emotional Support and be a Court Watcher. Leisa wants to bring advocates to her area in TN, but to all the states eventually. Slam the Gavel welcomes Anna Tsekenis-Shehas to the podcast. She is a 54-year-old mother of two adult daughters, a graduate of New York University’s College of Arts and Science, a former Department Manager and Assistant Buyer for Macy’s East, and a former Account Manager for the Swatch Group USA.
She is both a victim of, and a witness to, the violations of law, and abuse of power of officers of the court and their accomplices. Judge Culley actually took away Anna's property rights, forced an illegal transfer of $9 million of NYC real estate, and made her and her younger daughter HOMELESS and PENNILESS.
Anna is speaking out and blowing the whistle on the manipulation of our courts and is doing so in the public interest and to raise a red flag about the injustices that are taking place within our court system under color of law.
A victim of the violations of law of New York State Justice Anna Culley, and as such she has initiated the petition calling on New York State lawmakers to impeach Judge Anna Culley for those violations of law; for denying litigants their due process by falsifying material facts on her judgements and subsequent orders; and for abuse of office in issuing Contempt of Court orders and eviction orders for her favored litigants. New York State lawmakers need to address the violations of law of Judge Anna Culley during this legislative session AND she must be removed from the bench as soon as possible and certainly before December 31, 2028, the end of her elected term of office.
Anna has also submitted a letter of testimony to the United Nations Special Rapporteur, Ms. Reem Alsalem, in response to the Special Rapporteur’s call for input on the subject of custody cases, violence against women and violence against children.

Deandre Arnold Speaks Out On Forthcoming Legislation Proposal Regarding Title IV-D Feb 03, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Deandre Arnold. He is a Father, an Equal Rights advocate for PARENTS involved in Family Court proceedings and potential political candidate. He is the Chief Organizer of a group called the Father's Rights of Georgia as found on Facebook, the CEO of a Youth Group based in Atlanta to educate young adults about the importance of family to counter Motherless and Fatherless-hood as well as alienation of children, including the Founder of a 150 member organization called the United Coalition Family and a self taught scholar on the United States Constitution.
Mr. Arnold's mission is to bring about a uniform transformation of unjust custody and support laws that he feels will save America's FUTURE. This is what we discussed today, which was his own personal plights involving shocking claims of ongoing corruption in the State of Georgia involving local and state level officials including the family court system which he states has resulted in public corruption complaints to law enforcement alleging threats to his safety and security as a result of this corruption.
We also talked about a legislative proposal that he believes will not only put American families first before the states purse/wallet and save the seed-corn of our nation, but to ensure that no other parent experiences or undergoes the type of systematic abuse that he is currently up against...
Mr. Arnold studied law and the constitution and the reasons why he formed the organizations and Youth Groups. He went on to explain how this conspiracy started and his challenge to the constitutionality of state court convictions in Georgia's city courts and all relevant actions. This conspiracy spilled over into a Family Court CUSTODY proceeding that resulted in the removal of his daughter over the claims of alienation and assault of his child's mother and the falsification of records that would be used to falsely imprison him.
Deandre Arnold's claims are currently pending in Federal lawsuits concerning what he has alleged is a state of created danger and how his legislation would have prevented the WEAPONIZATION of the CHILD SUPPORT SYSTEM and how it can save parents across the United States from the inequitable abuses of the Family Court System.
