#49: Quality of Life Patch Inbound & Community Mar 31, 2017
    Show notes

Mike, Rob and Luke are back for their weekly round-up of all things The Division, with news of changes fresh from this weeks State of the Game broadcast. There is also a nod towards the future with confirmation that update 1.6.1 is in bound sometime in May after a short PTS period. This update will be focused on Quality of Life improvements, Bug Fixing and Balancing but will not include Loadouts, which has been confirmed for update 1.7 that is due during Summer 2017.
In addition to their usual news-fest this week #TeamSITREP are joined by BinaryNumb (George). The lads were fortune enough to be invited on to the first ever broadcast of StolenSignalRadio last weekend, which Binary is a co-host of, so to return the sentiment the lads have been excited to hear George’s thoughts and get his opinions on a few things. This week was the perfect time for him to make his debut on SITREP Radio, as he is also the brains behind #TDCWeekend -- the community event focused around The Division and the positive side of it’s community. TDCWeekend2 is THIS very weekend (Friday 31st March, Saturday 1st April, and Sunday 2nd April) so keep your eyes on Twitch and Twitter for plenty of streams and updates.

    #48: A Year One Retrospect & Beyond Mar 24, 2017
    Show notes

The usual SITREP Radio crew welcome four (yes 4) guests to the podcast this week to spread the word that this game is definitely not dead and to keep the positivity flowing through The Division community. Gracing the show with their voices and wisdom once again are friends-of-the-show DeepFriedDave and Weezer. The boys also give a very warm welcome to Tinkkz and Remy from #BombshellJackets to complete this weeks American Invasion and round-off the line-up for what #TeamSITREP have been affectionately calling “The Megasode” throughout the planning/preparation stages.
Topics for discussion range from reminiscing about the early days of The Division, its development cycle from vanilla through to 1.6, the three DLCs, the current state we feel the game is in, the recent YouTuber/Streamer exodus and our collective hopes/wish list for Year Two. With such a plethora of opinions and input on tap, this is another mammoth effort -- so once again the boys recommend you pour yourselves a drink and get comfortable.

#47: Some Year Two Clarity Mar 17, 2017
    Show notes

This week SITREP Radio talks about the clarification on Year 2 that was delivered to the community via the latest State of the Game broadcast. Hamish and Yannick apologised for mis-leading/disappointing the community with the special report last Wednesday, and admitted that they understand why the community reacted in such a negative manner. Without giving away any more concrete information they reassured the community that the studios involved throughout Year 1 were still dedicated to The Division throughout Year 2 and that full support (DLCs, Patches, Bug Fixing) were all incoming for Year 2.
Mike, Rob and Luke also re-iterate that SITREP Radio will be sticking around throughout Year 2 and that they will still be releasing weekly episodes. The boys remain optimistic as the game officially transitions into Year 2, and will continue to provide content with a positive outlook. Apologies if they didn't stay on target for this week's topics -- alcohol was a suspect for the cause.

#46: Our Final Stand as Year Two Begins Mar 10, 2017
    Show notes

#TeamSITREP give their reviews of 1.6 and Last Stand now that they’ve had their hands on them for more than a week. The overwhelming feeling is a positive one. Last Stand has gone down very well with Mike, Rob, and Luke and while the new difficulties are punishing, the boys are enjoying the challenge.
The team also want to congratulate everyone who took part in #TDCWeekend last weekend. It was a huge success, and very enjoyable. The Division also had it’s first birthday this week, and the team bought the community a Special Report to celebrate the fact. There were giveaways and discussions with members of the development team, and also initial details pertaining to Year 2 content. The community did not warm to this announcement, in fact it’s fair to say the reaction from many has been very negative indeed, but it remains to be seen just what the future holds for The Division.

#45: Salty Avatars and The Last Stand Mar 03, 2017
    Show notes

The final DLC of the Season Pass, Last Stand, was released across all platforms this week along with the latest free patch update 1.6. Mike, Rob, and Luke have been chomping at the bit to get their hands on the PvP expansion so it’s safe to say they’ll have done little else this week. The guys also give you the rundown of this week’s State of the Game broadcast. Yannick and Hamish did reveal that the team over at Massive would be celebrating the one year anniversary of the release of the game on Wednesday and stated that we “would not want to miss what they have planned”, so set your reminders now Agents.
#TeamSITREP will also be heavily involved in the Division Community Weekend this coming weekend (Friday 3rd, Saturday 4th, and Sunday 5th March). This is a content-creator driven initiative featuring YouTubers, streamers, artists and fellow podcasters, so your support and participation will be greatly appreciated. There will be a smorgasbord of activities and challenges running across the entire weekend, including a weekend version of the SITREP Speedrun Challenge. Keep your eyes on Twitter.

#44: Pancakes, PVP, and All Things Weezer (FT GameWithWeezer) Feb 24, 2017
    Show notes

As was teased during last week’s episode, Mike, Rob and Luke sit down this week for an informative chat with none other than @GameWithWeezer. It’s another lengthy effort, but in all honesty this interview could have gone on all night. There is talk of update 1.6, the Last Stand DLC, ETF2, builds, gaming history, and we push for Year 2 exclusives/secrets. There’s also the back-story of Weezer’s past interactions with the band he shares his name with. So pour yourself a drink, get comfortable, and settle in for Episode 44.
In other news, Hamish soloed this week’s State of the Game broadcast and announced that Update 1.6 and the Last Stand DLC would be released on PS4, XBox One, and PC on Tuesday 28th February 2017. And finally, #TeamSITREP have been running Week 2 of their #SRRSpeedChallenge all week, with some official The Division merchandise on offer for the winner, kindly supplied by the awesome guys over at Massive.
Details of the challenge can be found on any of the guys’ Twitter handles (@sitrepradiopod, @SITREPLuke or @sitrepradiorob) or via the hashtags #SRRSpeedChallenge or #TeamSITREP. Week 3 of the challenge will be announced over the weekend.

#43: Hang Tight Agents, It's On The Way! Feb 17, 2017
    Show notes

#TeamSITREP presents a short episode this week, as there really wasn’t much news around. The State of the Game broadcast provided the news that update 1.6/Last Stand had gone out to Sony and Microsoft for authentication, but an official release date was not provided. Yannick and Hamish also provided a tiny bit of news about the tweeks that were made to the patch after the PTS closed down. The biggest bit of news from this weeks broadcast was undoubtedly that Yamish finally admitted the game would continue to be supported and updated beyond the current “Year One” cycle, but stopped short of announcing an official “Year Two”. An official announcement will no doubt be incoming shortly as the Anniversary of release rapidly approaches.
Mike, Rob and Luke will be joined next week by a special member of the #The Division community – so please stay tuned.

#42: PTS 2.0 Ends as Last Stand Awaits Feb 10, 2017
    Show notes

This week the lads present a laid-back, shorter 30 minute episode that takes a look at the few key changes that are coming to the PTS build before it is shut down during “Massive’s office hours on Friday 10th February 2017” – as confirmed by Hamish during this weeks State of the Game broadcast. Keith (from RedStorm) joined for a sizeable chunk of the broadcast to discuss behind the scenes tweeks that 1.6/Last Stand will be receiving before release. However, all talk post-broadcast was that Keith had officially given Yannick cause for concern this week as he made his move on Hamish, making #Kamish potentially THE power couple of 2017.
Mike, Rob and Luke also give a run down of the games they have been playing recently as they look to reduce their The Division play-time while awaiting the release of update 1.6/Last Stand. There’s also some inter-clan PvP chatter from their Agents of the Technodrome clan and brief nod towards the future/Year 2.

Ghost Recon Wildlands: Is it Wild Enough? Feb 07, 2017
    Show notes

SITREP Radio bring you a special episode dedicated to Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands . The boys were lucky enough to be granted access to the closed beta that was available over the weekend ahead of the games general release on March 7th, 2017. There’s talk of the storyline, missions, tactics, weapons, vehicles and the undoubted open world beauty of the game. The lads also dive into the mechanics and physics of various aspects of the gameplay as well as discussing what they would like to see from the game moving forward.
So, kick back and listen to Mike, Rob and Luke give their honest opinions of what the Wildlands has to offer, and whether they will be picking it up day one or leaving it by the wayside. #TeamSITREP will be back on Friday with their regular dose of all things The Division

#41: Getting Things Right vs Community (Feat TheGamingScotsman) Feb 03, 2017
    Show notes

With the arrival of PTS3 this week Mike, Rob, and Luke discuss the latest wave of changes that are being implemented to the test build. They also enlist the help of TheGamingScotsman who picks up the mantel as this weeks “SITREP Radio PC PTS Correspondent”, and sits down with #TeamSITREP for a chat. There was quite a comprehensive list of changes and tweaks released during this weeks State of the Game broadcast so once again the boys try to condense this down a fair bit for anyone who wasn’t able to watch the SOTG.
Spoiler Alert – next week the boys will be taking a break from their usual scheduled programming and delivering a special episode dedicated to Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands, as #TeamSITREP were lucky enough to be granted beta access keys, and will also be checking out Rainbow 6 Siege as its free over the coming weekend.
