#69: The Carrots Back in this Meal for Two! Aug 18, 2017
    Show notes

SITREPRadio present episode 69, the focus of which is update 1.7 which went live on Tuesday. Mike, Rob and Luke have been grinding away at the Global Event since its launch, and are really enjoying the fun element that is very much back in-game now. “Outbreak” as this Global Event is known forces players to play missions, incursions and HVTs in a specific way, with a damage modifier being applied to you if you get too close to NPCs. This doesn’t quite agree with Rob and Luke’s play-style, but they certainly appreciate the way it is changing their focus and forcing them to change their Division-habits.
There is also talk of Commendations which also went live with the new update. These are challenges that get players to perform specific tasks (for example, burst 400 car tyres) with small rewards and new vanity patches for those that you complete. Completionists like Luke are really enjoying these and have multiple carrots to chase after, so #TeamSITREP say “go and chase those carrots guys and girls”.
Update 1.7 is a success, simple as that.

    #68: 1.7 GETS A RELEASE DATE YAY! Aug 11, 2017
    Show notes

It’s official, update 1.7 will release on all platforms on Tuesday 15th August. The SITREP Radio lads have been taking a break from The Division recently playing a little here and there but focusing on other games in their collection of-late, but it’s fair to say they are all very much on-board for the new patch and will be grinding the incoming Global Event “Outbreak” when that goes live with the update. #TeamSITREP will also be streaming this weekend for the latest DCW event. With Luke now joining Mike and Rob as part of the PC MasterRace the boys will be streaming the grind from level 4 onwards (once the Base of Operations is unlocked at level 4 you can team-up and play co-operatively on The Division).
#IFM is shelved again this week so Mike, Rob and Luke end the show for the second week running with an extended chat about the other games they have been playing this week. Mike has been very focused this week on all 3 of the BioShock titles, Rob has jumped onto the Warframe train and Luke has been splitting his time between PUBG, LawBreakers and TeamFortress 2.

#67: And Now We Wait... Aug 04, 2017
    Show notes

With the Public Test Servers for update 1.7 now officially closed and the development team working on the final balancing and tweaking pass, the SITREP Radio lads take a quick look at the remaining issues ahead of a potential mid-August release for this patch. Shotguns, RNG, Global Event Caches, and LAG are all discussed and/or ranted about -- with several of the topics having featured pretty heavily across the Twitter and Reddit communities already this week.
With no #IFM discussion this week Mike, Rob, and Luke end the show with an extended chat about the games they have been playing this week while spending a bit of time away from The Division. Player Unknown’s Battle Grounds, Gigantic, Bioshock Remastered, LawBreakers, Rainbow Six Siege, and Battlefield 3 are all discussed, with the lads admitting to having a fair amount of fun across their various titles and platforms.

    #66: RNG's a Bitch, Right? Jul 28, 2017
    Show notes

Mike, Rob and Luke bring you the latest news around The Division. With PTS3 live across all platforms update 1.7 is inching closer and closer. The guys over at Massive have all-but confirmed that this will be the final stage of the PTS, barring any game-breaking issues arising, and have tentatively stated a release date of “mid-August” is their aim for the final build of the update to go live. Obviously, this is very much subject to change, particularly over the course of the next week or so. Any feedback you have will still be greatly received by the dev-team, so carry on testing agents. Let’s make 1.7 as good as it possibly can be.
Mike was back on Ideas for Massive duty this week, and called for the studio to make the Season Pass Content free-for-all to help boost the player base. Failing that, go Destiny-esque and repackage the game with the entire set of up-to-date patches (including the DLCs) all in one box for an enticing price. We know this idea may be controversial seeing how the game and the Season Pass were approximately £75.00 upon release, but plenty of games have taken similar approaches in the past, and many more will follow this model in the future, so if it helps the game we here at #TeamSITREP would be fully behind this.
And finally, in other news the guys talk about their gaming week where Player Unknown’s Battle Grounds features heavily, especially now that Luke has caught-up with Mike and Rob in joining the PC Master Race.

#65: 1.7 PTS End is Near, But is it Ready? Jul 21, 2017
    Show notes

Mike, Rob and Luke are back for more talk around The Division. The main focus of this weeks episode is the outgoing PTS2, which Luke has been testing fairly rigorously and Mike has spent a few hours in too. The boys talk about buffs and nerfs to Classified Gear Sets and their drop-rates, give feedback on where they think the build of 1.7 is currently and provide news from State of the Game regarding PTS3 which is live on PC now, and hopefully launching on console next Tuesday (25/07/2017).
In other news Rob and Mike quiz Luke on his experiences in the Destiny 2 beta, and there’s a little more talk of Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds.
This weeks Ideas For Massive was a call for more stats in the game. Luke, Mike and Rob have all played games like Battlefield 1 which provide a plethora of in-game statistics. Luke has been wanting more and more stats to be added into The Division for a long time now, so made his request official this week with #IFM. These kind of tie-in with Commendations which are part of update 1.7, but perhaps don’t go far enough so things like Agents Killed, Weapon Accuracy, Most Played Mission, Times Died in Dark Zone are called for.

#64: Keep Calm & Test The Fucking PTS Jul 14, 2017
    Show notes

The focus of this weeks episode is the launch of the console PTS which the team are happy to announce Luke will be taking part in. There has been a lot of call throughout the life of The Division for PTS’ to be made available for console players, and that finally happened on Thursday for a lucky select group of 20,000 players (10,000 for each console). However, things haven’t quite gone as smoothly as Massive would have liked with the selection process, nor the launch, so Yannick tried his best to placate some of the community during this weeks State of the Game broadcast.
Sticking with the PTS, the lads call for those lucky enough to be taking part to go out and actually test things. Luke said he’s looking forward to theory crafting newer builds, especially if the newly revised NinjaBag is active. Runs of Survival, Last Stand and Underground are also on the agenda to see how changes to those portions of the content are looking ahead of 1.7’s release.
This weeks Ideas For Massive was a wish-list of sorts for vanity items, new gear mods and new weapon mods. This was to keep in-line with the brand new survey that Massive put out this week that was focused around the same subjects. For anyone that hasn’t had chance to fill the latest #TheDivision survey out, this is linked here.

    #63: PTS 2 & WHERE'S THE CONSOLE PTS AT? Jul 07, 2017
    Show notes

Episode 63 of SITREP Radio sees the return of Luke to the team, fresh from two weeks sunning it up in the Caribbean. With the very able assistance of Mike and Rob there is plenty of talk about the PTS, both the freshly updated build for PC players, as well as the console PTS latest update. The lads also talk about what they have been up to this week gaming-wise. Apparently Rob and Mike have ditched their PS4’s this week and been living it up with the PC Master Race.
With Hamish on holiday this week, Yannick was flying solo for the State of the Game to bring news of PTS updates and to re-iterate the fact that the game is still being supported in terms of maintenance updates (as if to prove a point, this week they have fixed a wall glitch in DZ02).
It was supposed to be Luke’s turn to provide an Idea For Massive for the show segment this week, but he completely forgot. So, #IFM will return next week.

#61: CLASSIFIED GEARSETS ARRIVING WITH GLOBAL EVENTS Jun 23, 2017
    Show notes

On this weeks episode of the show Mike & Rob sit down to discuss the huge announcement of the rewards that will be available to players along side the Global Events coming to the world of The Division in the form of Classified Gear sets.
Classified Gear sets will be rewarded to players who take part in global events and earn caches to obtain a stat boost for the build of your choice. The classified gear sets will also come with a set performance buff. Players will also be rewarded by wearing 5/6 piece versions of the set with a unique talent that enhances the current use of the gearset.
These gear pieces will bring vast diversity and refresh the current way we play the game and will be fully tested in the upcoming PTS for all platforms. And we ask you to send all ideas, thoughts and bugs over to the official Ubisoft Division Forums.
Changes made to the Ninja Back Pack that makes it fricking awesome instead of plain useless! #60: Commendations & E3 Discussion (FEAT REMPANCY) Jun 16, 2017
    Show notes

On this week episode the guys are joined by Rempancy from the Bombshell Jackets Podcast in SITREPLuke's absence to discuss a new feature being added to the game in Update 1.7. Commendations, previously known as feats, will be adding achievement like activities to the game which will take players back to the streets of New York to hunt down things that we might not have seen in game.
The commendations will award you not only with loot as you progress, but also give the player a new vanity option in the form of patches as we speculated correctly in recent episodes. And there is a special in game event this weekend giving players more rewards for killing named enemies.
After SOTG coverage the guys discussed E3 and all the games it brought to people's attention over the weekend. Listen to find out what games at E3 stuck out to the team.
We end this weeks episode of the podcast with another #IFM where SITREPRob wants to bring OP weapons to the game to then face off all other players in a timed event for fun-sises.
