#31: PS4 Delays and Thoughts to the Future Nov 25, 2016

Show notes

Mike, Rob and Luke sit down for their weekly review of this week’s happenings in the world of The Division. PlayStation 4 users were no doubt glued to this week’s State of the Game, but for anyone who didn’t/couldn’t watch it the news was not good. Update 1.5 has been delayed until next week, at the earliest! The news did not go down well with the community, after initially being told the update would only be “a couple of days late”. The lads also review what they know regarding Survival and update 1.5 as PC and Xbox One have had access to these for a week now, and the feedback has been plentiful. There is also a brief discussion about what they would all like to see from The Division moving forward in terms of Year 2 content and support in the future – Oh, and can everyone say “Sequel”?

#30: SURVIVAL/Update 1.5 Release Date Confirmed Nov 19, 2016

Show notes

Huge news this week as we finally have a release date for Update 1.5 [SURVIVAL] on PC and Consoles. Listen to the madcap ramblings of Mike and Rob as they mourn the absence of their co-host Luke and discuss what they have been up to in the Dark Zone this week under the guidance of Master Luke. They discuss thoughts on news of EAD being removed from PVP as it gets debunked, and Spray & Pray hip fire not being a viable option any more due to the increase in recoil, sealed caches being pointless to horde for update 1.5 and much more.

#29: SURVIVAL - Get Warm or Die Trying Nov 11, 2016

Show notes

There was a “Massive” surprise this week as the guys over in Sweden dropped a Special Report broadcast into the laps of the community. DLC Expansion number 2, “Survival”, was the reason with another PC-only PTS going live later that same day for Season Pass holders. It’s fair to say that the hype was off the chart. Join (a very tired) Mike, Rob and Luke as they battle rogue-induced-fatigue to chew the fat regarding what they know about “Survival”. There is also news regarding the free 1.5 update that will be dropping, including details of new Named Weapons, brand new Named High End Gear Pieces, a new Gear Set, a new Gear Score, a much requested Stash Size Increase and a brief round-up of the key details from today's State of the Game broadcast.

#28: Savage Garden (Gloves) & Shhh! Cheat Club! Nov 03, 2016

Show notes

The hype and feel-good-factor are both still present this week as Mike, Rob, and Luke discuss how Update 1.4 feels now that the all of the community has been able to enjoy what is essentially a brand new game for over a week. There’s plenty of chat about gear, weapons, character builds in general and diversity, as well as how 1.4 has changed the meta with all the re-balancing work that Massive has introduced. There’s also news from the latest State of the Game broadcast where topics such as console performance issues, in-game cheat management, other minor in-game bugs and a tease towards update 1.5 (which will include another Public Test Server period) were discussed by The Division Community Managers.
(P.S. There are some old-school Savage Garden reference in this episode – SORRY!!)
