Social Media Burnout Oct 08, 2021
    Show notes

Today we are diving into this feeling of social media burnout and our relationship with social media. We want to have an honest, imperfect conversation about where we're at with social media knowing that our thoughts and feelings may change, contradict each other and be overall just messy.

    _______

QUESTIONS WE COVER IN THIS EPISODE:

    • How does being on social media make you feel right now
    • What are the positive things that social media has brought to your life/what do you enjoy about it?
    • What are the negatives? Has it gotten worse?
    • Can we live without it? Do we want to?
    • How does it make you feel about yourself?
    • Where do you think it's going?

We would love to revisit this topic in a future episode to share your thoughts, input, and experience with these questions too. Be sure to follow us on instagram @galpalspodcast where we ask questions on our stories for upcoming episodes to feature you (always shared anonymously of course).
