    Private Practice Success Stories

My name is Jena Castro-Casbon, MS CCC-SLP (of The Independent Clinician and The Private Practice Solution).

I am part of a group of private practitioners who have taken client care into our own hands.

We are skilled clinicians who pride ourselves on providing high-quality care to our clients and their families.

We are fighting against productivity requirements, administrative red tape and unnecessary restrictions.

We started our own private practices to take control of our professional and personal lives. Of our schedules. Of our incomes. Of our future.

We work hard for our clients but on our terms.

We believe in helping others – but also helping ourselves.

We’re not interested in competing with each other. We hope that we all make it.

We are successful private practitioners and these are our stories.

Thank you for taking the time to listen to this interview.

"Private Practice is The Vehicle to Get You Where You Want to Go" Nov 18, 2019
    Show notes

    Summary:

On this episode of Mindset Monday we will be taking about how Private Practice is a vehicle to get you where you would like to go in life.

I've been thinking a lot about this lately. As you know in my beginner course where I teach people how to start private practices. In talking to all the thousands of people, most people are coming to private practice from another setting. They’re either coming from schools, hospitals or early intervention generally because the setting has affected them in a negative way.

That is where Private Practice comes in. You are in control of your caseload, what types of clients you see and how you want your practice to be run. In this episode you will learn how to take this from an idea to a real business.

    What I discuss:

    • How to set up your Private Practice for success from the very beginning
    • If you're already an establish Private Practice how to pivot
    • How to change your business and mindset if things aren't going exactly how you imagined.
